河南開放大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)是(shi)經(jing)教(jiao)育部(bu)批(pi)準,河南省(sheng)人民政(zheng)府(fu)主辦的新型本科(ke)高等學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)。前(qian)身是(shi)創辦于1979年(nian)的河南廣播電視大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue),2020年(nian)11月正(zheng)式更名為(wei)河南開放大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)以(yi)促進(jin)全民終(zhong)身學(xue)(xue)(xue)習和(he)技能社會建設為(wei)使命、以(yi)現(xian)代(dai)信息技術為(wei)支撐、以(yi)“互(hu)聯(lian)網+”為(wei)特征,面(mian)向社會開展學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷教(jiao)育和(he)非學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷教(jiao)育。2009年(nian),經(jing)省(sheng)政(zheng)府(fu)同意(yi),學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)代(dai)管(guan)一所公(gong)辦全日(ri)制普通(tong)高職院校(xiao)——鄭州信息科(ke)技職業學(xue)(xue)(xue)院。
河南開(kai)放(fang)(fang)(fang)大學實行系統辦學,現(xian)有市級(ji)(ji)電(dian)大22所(含省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)直(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)大和3所行業(ye)電(dian)大)、直(zhi)(zhi)屬學習(xi)(xi)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)1所、縣級(ji)(ji)電(dian)大91所(含3所直(zhi)(zhi)管縣級(ji)(ji)電(dian)大)、其他類型學習(xi)(xi)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)19個(ge)。學校(xiao)現(xian)有東、西兩個(ge)校(xiao)區,占地總面積500畝(mu),設(she)有8個(ge)學院(yuan)、3個(ge)書院(yuan),開(kai)放(fang)(fang)(fang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)開(kai)設(she)本專(zhuan)科專(zhuan)業(ye)65個(ge),職業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)開(kai)設(she)專(zhuan)業(ye)32個(ge);學校(xiao)現(xian)有教(jiao)(jiao)職工705人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),各類在校(xiao)生28萬(wan)(wan)余(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(開(kai)放(fang)(fang)(fang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)本專(zhuan)科23萬(wan)(wan)余(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、網絡教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)3.1萬(wan)(wan)余(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、全日制高職教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)10342人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、高職擴招6182人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、中(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)4675人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren))。建校(xiao)以來,培(pei)養本專(zhuan)科畢業(ye)生98萬(wan)(wan)余(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),中(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)畢業(ye)生18.2萬(wan)(wan)余(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),開(kai)展(zhan)非(fei)學歷教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)培(pei)訓服(fu)務400余(yu)(yu)萬(wan)(wan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)次,非(fei)學歷教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)崗位培(pei)訓、職業(ye)資格培(pei)訓和考(kao)試規模穩定在每年4萬(wan)(wan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)次左右(you),為滿足各類人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員學歷和履職能(neng)力提升(sheng)需求、加快我省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)高等教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)大眾化(hua)進程(cheng)、服(fu)務我省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)學習(xi)(xi)型社會建設(she)作(zuo)出了較大貢獻。
