河(he)南(nan)(nan)(nan)開(kai)放(fang)大學(xue)是經(jing)教(jiao)育(yu)部批準,河(he)南(nan)(nan)(nan)省人(ren)民政府主辦的新型(xing)本(ben)科(ke)(ke)高(gao)等學(xue)校。前身(shen)(shen)是創辦于1979年(nian)的河(he)南(nan)(nan)(nan)廣播電視大學(xue),2020年(nian)11月正式更名(ming)為(wei)(wei)河(he)南(nan)(nan)(nan)開(kai)放(fang)大學(xue)。學(xue)校以促進(jin)全民終身(shen)(shen)學(xue)習(xi)和技能社會建設為(wei)(wei)使(shi)命、以現代信息(xi)技術(shu)為(wei)(wei)支(zhi)撐、以“互(hu)聯網(wang)+”為(wei)(wei)特(te)征,面(mian)向社會開(kai)展學(xue)歷(li)教(jiao)育(yu)和非(fei)學(xue)歷(li)教(jiao)育(yu)。2009年(nian),經(jing)省政府同(tong)意,學(xue)校代管一(yi)所公辦全日制普通高(gao)職(zhi)院校——鄭州信息(xi)科(ke)(ke)技職(zhi)業學(xue)院。
河南開(kai)放(fang)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)實行(xing)系(xi)統(tong)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue),現(xian)有市級電(dian)大(da)22所(suo)(suo)(含省直電(dian)大(da)和(he)3所(suo)(suo)行(xing)業(ye)電(dian)大(da))、直屬(shu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習中(zhong)心(xin)1所(suo)(suo)、縣(xian)級電(dian)大(da)91所(suo)(suo)(含3所(suo)(suo)直管縣(xian)級電(dian)大(da))、其他類型學(xue)(xue)(xue)習中(zhong)心(xin)19個(ge)(ge)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)現(xian)有東、西兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)校(xiao)區,占地總(zong)面積500畝,設有8個(ge)(ge)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院、3個(ge)(ge)書院,開(kai)放(fang)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)開(kai)設本(ben)專(zhuan)(zhuan)科(ke)(ke)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)65個(ge)(ge),職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)開(kai)設專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)32個(ge)(ge);學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)現(xian)有教(jiao)職(zhi)工705人(ren)(ren),各類在(zai)校(xiao)生(sheng)(sheng)28萬(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(開(kai)放(fang)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)本(ben)專(zhuan)(zhuan)科(ke)(ke)23萬(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)、網絡教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)3.1萬(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)、全日制(zhi)高(gao)職(zhi)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)10342人(ren)(ren)、高(gao)職(zhi)擴招6182人(ren)(ren)、中(zhong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)4675人(ren)(ren))。建校(xiao)以來,培(pei)(pei)養(yang)本(ben)專(zhuan)(zhuan)科(ke)(ke)畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)98萬(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren),中(zhong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)18.2萬(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren),開(kai)展非學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)服務400余(yu)萬(wan)(wan)人(ren)(ren)次,非學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)崗位培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)、職(zhi)業(ye)資格(ge)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)和(he)考試規模穩定(ding)在(zai)每年4萬(wan)(wan)人(ren)(ren)次左右,為滿足各類人(ren)(ren)員學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)和(he)履職(zhi)能力提升(sheng)需求(qiu)、加快(kuai)我省高(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)大(da)眾化進程、服務我省學(xue)(xue)(xue)習型社會建設作出(chu)了較大(da)貢獻。
