河(he)南開(kai)放大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)是經(jing)教(jiao)育部批準,河(he)南省(sheng)(sheng)人民(min)政(zheng)府主辦的新型本科高等學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。前身(shen)是創(chuang)辦于1979年的河(he)南廣(guang)播電(dian)視大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue),2020年11月正式更名為河(he)南開(kai)放大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)以(yi)促進全(quan)民(min)終身(shen)學(xue)(xue)習和技能社會(hui)(hui)建設(she)為使命、以(yi)現代信(xin)息技術(shu)為支撐、以(yi)“互聯網+”為特征,面(mian)向社會(hui)(hui)開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)歷教(jiao)育和非學(xue)(xue)歷教(jiao)育。2009年,經(jing)省(sheng)(sheng)政(zheng)府同意,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)代管一所(suo)公(gong)辦全(quan)日制(zhi)普通高職(zhi)院校(xiao)(xiao)——鄭(zheng)州信(xin)息科技職(zhi)業(ye)學(xue)(xue)院。
河南開(kai)(kai)放大(da)(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)實行系(xi)統辦學(xue)(xue),現有市(shi)級(ji)電(dian)大(da)(da)(da)22所(含(han)(han)省(sheng)直(zhi)電(dian)大(da)(da)(da)和(he)3所行業(ye)(ye)(ye)電(dian)大(da)(da)(da))、直(zhi)屬學(xue)(xue)習(xi)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)1所、縣級(ji)電(dian)大(da)(da)(da)91所(含(han)(han)3所直(zhi)管縣級(ji)電(dian)大(da)(da)(da))、其他類型學(xue)(xue)習(xi)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)19個(ge)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)現有東、西兩(liang)個(ge)校(xiao)區,占地總面積500畝(mu),設(she)有8個(ge)學(xue)(xue)院、3個(ge)書院,開(kai)(kai)放教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)開(kai)(kai)設(she)本專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)科專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)65個(ge),職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)開(kai)(kai)設(she)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)32個(ge);學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)現有教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工705人(ren)(ren),各類在(zai)校(xiao)生28萬余人(ren)(ren)(開(kai)(kai)放教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)本專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)科23萬余人(ren)(ren)、網絡教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)3.1萬余人(ren)(ren)、全日制(zhi)高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)10342人(ren)(ren)、高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)擴招(zhao)6182人(ren)(ren)、中(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)4675人(ren)(ren))。建(jian)校(xiao)以來,培(pei)(pei)養本專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)科畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生98萬余人(ren)(ren),中(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生18.2萬余人(ren)(ren),開(kai)(kai)展非(fei)學(xue)(xue)歷教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)培(pei)(pei)訓服務400余萬人(ren)(ren)次,非(fei)學(xue)(xue)歷教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)崗(gang)位培(pei)(pei)訓、職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)資格培(pei)(pei)訓和(he)考試規模穩定在(zai)每年4萬人(ren)(ren)次左右,為滿(man)足各類人(ren)(ren)員學(xue)(xue)歷和(he)履職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能力提升需求(qiu)、加快我省(sheng)高(gao)等教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)大(da)(da)(da)眾化進程、服務我省(sheng)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)型社會建(jian)設(she)作出了較(jiao)大(da)(da)(da)貢(gong)獻。
近年來,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)深入(ru)(ru)貫徹習(xi)(xi)近平(ping)新時代中(zhong)國特色(se)社(she)會主義思想(xiang)和(he)習(xi)(xi)近平(ping)總書記關于(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的(de)系(xi)列(lie)重(zhong)要講話精神,緊緊圍(wei)(wei)繞(rao)“構建(jian)(jian)(jian)全(quan)民(min)終(zhong)身(shen)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)體系(xi)”時代命題,積極(ji)探(tan)索并(bing)推(tui)進高等(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)、職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)(yu)繼續(xu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)融(rong)合(he)發展之路,形成了多(duo)種(zhong)辦學(xue)(xue)形式相(xiang)互支撐、相(xiang)互促進的(de)工作格局。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)先(xian)后(hou)承(cheng)擔了“國家(jia)數字化學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)資源(yuan)中(zhong)心(xin)河(he)南(nan)(nan)中(zhong)心(xin)”“河(he)南(nan)(nan)遠程教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)心(xin)”“河(he)南(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)區教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)服(fu)務(wu)指導中(zhong)心(xin)”“河(he)南(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)終(zhong)身(shen)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)學(xue)(xue)分銀行”“河(he)南(nan)(nan)干部網絡(luo)(luo)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)”“河(he)南(nan)(nan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)網絡(luo)(luo)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)”等(deng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設任務(wu),持(chi)續(xu)擴(kuo)大(da)(da)(da)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)范圍(wei)(wei),提升辦學(xue)(xue)內涵,增強社(she)會服(fu)務(wu)能(neng)力;積極(ji)開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)成果認定與(yu)(yu)轉換試點(dian)工作,探(tan)索搭建(jian)(jian)(jian)終(zhong)身(shen)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)“立交橋”;充(chong)分利用(yong)辦學(xue)(xue)系(xi)統(tong)力量,落(luo)實(shi)(shi)高職(zhi)(zhi)擴(kuo)招任務(wu),打造了線(xian)上(shang)線(xian)下結合(he)、校(xiao)(xiao)企多(duo)元實(shi)(shi)訓的(de)人才培養新模式;獲(huo)(huo)批(pi)(pi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部第二(er)批(pi)(pi)人工智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)助推(tui)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊(dui)伍建(jian)(jian)(jian)設試點(dian)項(xiang)(xiang)目,推(tui)動了人工智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)與(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊(dui)伍建(jian)(jian)(jian)設的(de)全(quan)面融(rong)合(he)。高職(zhi)(zhi)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)先(xian)后(hou)被評為河(he)南(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)“品牌示范校(xiao)(xiao)”和(he)“優質校(xiao)(xiao)”,獲(huo)(huo)批(pi)(pi)河(he)南(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)高等(deng)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)高水平(ping)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao),入(ru)(ru)選教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部現代學(xue)(xue)徒制(zhi)試點(dian)和(he)全(quan)國“1+X”證書制(zhi)度試點(dian)院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao),成立了河(he)南(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)人工智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)集團(tuan)和(he)鯤鵬產業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan),獲(huo)(huo)批(pi)(pi)人工智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)技(ji)術及(ji)應(ying)用(yong)、智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)綠色(se)建(jian)(jian)(jian)造等(deng)4個(ge)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)(ji)工程中(zhong)心(xin),入(ru)(ru)選“碼農計劃(hua)”第二(er)批(pi)(pi)試點(dian)院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao),獲(huo)(huo)批(pi)(pi)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)示范性校(xiao)(xiao)企合(he)作項(xiang)(xiang)目、省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)示范性虛擬仿真實(shi)(shi)訓基地(di)。師(shi)生在(zai)各(ge)類競賽中(zhong)獲(huo)(huo)得(de)國家(jia)級(ji)(ji)獎項(xiang)(xiang)50余(yu)項(xiang)(xiang)、省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)(ji)獎項(xiang)(xiang)近400項(xiang)(xiang),在(zai)“互聯網+”大(da)(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)生創新創業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)大(da)(da)(da)賽、全(quan)國職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)技(ji)能(neng)大(da)(da)(da)賽等(deng)多(duo)個(ge)國家(jia)級(ji)(ji)比(bi)賽中(zhong)取得(de)重(zhong)大(da)(da)(da)突破。
