河南(nan)開放(fang)大(da)學是經教育部批準,河南(nan)省人民政(zheng)府主辦(ban)的新型本科高(gao)等(deng)學校(xiao)(xiao)。前身是創辦(ban)于1979年(nian)的河南(nan)廣播電視大(da)學,2020年(nian)11月(yue)正式更名(ming)為河南(nan)開放(fang)大(da)學。學校(xiao)(xiao)以(yi)促進(jin)全(quan)民終身學習和技(ji)(ji)能社會(hui)(hui)建設為使命、以(yi)現代信(xin)(xin)息技(ji)(ji)術為支撐、以(yi)“互聯網+”為特征(zheng),面(mian)向社會(hui)(hui)開展學歷(li)教育和非學歷(li)教育。2009年(nian),經省政(zheng)府同(tong)意,學校(xiao)(xiao)代管一所公(gong)辦(ban)全(quan)日制普通高(gao)職院校(xiao)(xiao)——鄭州信(xin)(xin)息科技(ji)(ji)職業學院。
河南開(kai)(kai)(kai)放大(da)(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)實行系(xi)統辦學(xue)(xue)(xue),現(xian)有市級電大(da)(da)(da)22所(suo)(suo)(含(han)省直電大(da)(da)(da)和(he)3所(suo)(suo)行業電大(da)(da)(da))、直屬學(xue)(xue)(xue)習中心1所(suo)(suo)、縣(xian)級電大(da)(da)(da)91所(suo)(suo)(含(han)3所(suo)(suo)直管縣(xian)級電大(da)(da)(da))、其他類型(xing)(xing)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習中心19個。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)現(xian)有東、西兩(liang)個校(xiao)區,占地總面(mian)積500畝,設有8個學(xue)(xue)(xue)院、3個書院,開(kai)(kai)(kai)放教(jiao)育開(kai)(kai)(kai)設本(ben)專(zhuan)科(ke)專(zhuan)業65個,職業教(jiao)育開(kai)(kai)(kai)設專(zhuan)業32個;學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)現(xian)有教(jiao)職工705人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),各(ge)類在校(xiao)生(sheng)28萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(開(kai)(kai)(kai)放教(jiao)育本(ben)專(zhuan)科(ke)23萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、網絡教(jiao)育3.1萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、全日制(zhi)高職教(jiao)育10342人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、高職擴招6182人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、中專(zhuan)4675人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren))。建(jian)校(xiao)以(yi)來,培(pei)(pei)養本(ben)專(zhuan)科(ke)畢業生(sheng)98萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),中專(zhuan)畢業生(sheng)18.2萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),開(kai)(kai)(kai)展(zhan)非學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷教(jiao)育培(pei)(pei)訓服(fu)務400余(yu)萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)次,非學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷教(jiao)育崗(gang)位培(pei)(pei)訓、職業資格培(pei)(pei)訓和(he)考試規模穩定在每(mei)年4萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)次左右(you),為滿足各(ge)類人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷和(he)履職能力提升需求、加快(kuai)我(wo)省高等教(jiao)育大(da)(da)(da)眾化進程、服(fu)務我(wo)省學(xue)(xue)(xue)習型(xing)(xing)社會建(jian)設作出了較大(da)(da)(da)貢獻。
近(jin)年來,學(xue)(xue)校深入(ru)貫徹習近(jin)平(ping)新(xin)時代(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國特(te)色社(she)(she)會(hui)主(zhu)義思想(xiang)和(he)習近(jin)平(ping)總書記關于教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)系(xi)列重(zhong)(zhong)要講(jiang)話精(jing)神,緊緊圍繞“構建(jian)(jian)全(quan)民終(zhong)身學(xue)(xue)習的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)體(ti)系(xi)”時代(dai)命(ming)題,積極(ji)探索并推進(jin)高(gao)等教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)、職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)與繼續教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)融合發展之路,形成(cheng)了(le)多種辦學(xue)(xue)形式(shi)相互(hu)(hu)支撐(cheng)、相互(hu)(hu)促(cu)進(jin)的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)格局。學(xue)(xue)校先后(hou)承擔了(le)“國家(jia)數字(zi)化學(xue)(xue)習資(zi)源中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心”“河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)遠程教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心”“河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)區教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)服務(wu)(wu)指導(dao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心”“河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)終(zhong)身教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)分(fen)銀(yin)行”“河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)干部(bu)網(wang)絡學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)”“河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)網(wang)絡學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)”等建(jian)(jian)設(she)任務(wu)(wu),持續擴大業(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)范圍,提升辦學(xue)(xue)內涵,增強(qiang)社(she)(she)會(hui)服務(wu)(wu)能(neng)力(li)(li);積極(ji)開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)習成(cheng)果認定與轉換試(shi)點工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),探索搭建(jian)(jian)終(zhong)身學(xue)(xue)習“立交橋(qiao)”;充分(fen)利用辦學(xue)(xue)系(xi)統(tong)力(li)(li)量(liang),落實(shi)高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)擴招(zhao)任務(wu)(wu),打造了(le)線上(shang)線下結合、校企(qi)多元實(shi)訓的(de)(de)人才培養新(xin)模式(shi);獲批教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)部(bu)第(di)二(er)批人工(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)助推教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)隊伍建(jian)(jian)設(she)試(shi)點項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu),推動了(le)人工(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)與教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)隊伍建(jian)(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)全(quan)面(mian)融合。高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)先后(hou)被評為河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)“品(pin)牌示(shi)范校”和(he)“優質校”,獲批河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)等職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)校高(gao)水(shui)平(ping)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)建(jian)(jian)設(she)學(xue)(xue)校,入(ru)選(xuan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)部(bu)現代(dai)學(xue)(xue)徒制試(shi)點和(he)全(quan)國“1+X”證書制度(du)試(shi)點院(yuan)校,成(cheng)立了(le)河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)人工(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)集團和(he)鯤鵬(peng)產業(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan),獲批人工(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)技術及應用、智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)綠色建(jian)(jian)造等4個(ge)省(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)工(gong)程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心,入(ru)選(xuan)“碼農計(ji)劃”第(di)二(er)批試(shi)點院(yuan)校,獲批省(sheng)(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)示(shi)范性(xing)(xing)校企(qi)合作(zuo)(zuo)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)、省(sheng)(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)示(shi)范性(xing)(xing)虛擬(ni)仿真實(shi)訓基(ji)地。師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)在各類競賽中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)獲得國家(jia)級(ji)獎項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)50余項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、省(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)獎項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)近(jin)400項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),在“互(hu)(hu)聯網(wang)+”大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)大賽、全(quan)國職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)校技能(neng)大賽等多個(ge)國家(jia)級(ji)比賽中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)取(qu)得重(zhong)(zhong)大突破。
