河南(nan)(nan)開放大學(xue)是經教(jiao)育部批準,河南(nan)(nan)省人民政府(fu)主(zhu)辦(ban)(ban)的新型本科(ke)高等學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。前(qian)身是創辦(ban)(ban)于1979年的河南(nan)(nan)廣播電視(shi)大學(xue),2020年11月正式更名為河南(nan)(nan)開放大學(xue)。學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)以(yi)促進全(quan)民終身學(xue)習和技(ji)能社(she)會建設(she)為使(shi)命、以(yi)現(xian)代信(xin)息技(ji)術(shu)為支撐、以(yi)“互(hu)聯網(wang)+”為特征,面向社(she)會開展學(xue)歷教(jiao)育和非學(xue)歷教(jiao)育。2009年,經省政府(fu)同意(yi),學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)代管(guan)一所公辦(ban)(ban)全(quan)日制普通高職院校(xiao)(xiao)——鄭(zheng)州信(xin)息科(ke)技(ji)職業學(xue)院。
河南開放(fang)大(da)學(xue)實行系統辦學(xue),現(xian)有市(shi)級電大(da)22所(suo)(含省(sheng)(sheng)直(zhi)電大(da)和(he)3所(suo)行業(ye)(ye)(ye)電大(da))、直(zhi)屬學(xue)習(xi)(xi)中心(xin)1所(suo)、縣(xian)級電大(da)91所(suo)(含3所(suo)直(zhi)管縣(xian)級電大(da))、其他類(lei)型學(xue)習(xi)(xi)中心(xin)19個。學(xue)校(xiao)現(xian)有東、西兩個校(xiao)區(qu),占(zhan)地總(zong)面積500畝,設有8個學(xue)院(yuan)、3個書院(yuan),開放(fang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)開設本(ben)(ben)專(zhuan)科專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)65個,職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)開設專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)32個;學(xue)校(xiao)現(xian)有教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工705人(ren),各(ge)類(lei)在(zai)校(xiao)生(sheng)28萬(wan)(wan)(wan)余人(ren)(開放(fang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)本(ben)(ben)專(zhuan)科23萬(wan)(wan)(wan)余人(ren)、網(wang)絡(luo)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)3.1萬(wan)(wan)(wan)余人(ren)、全日(ri)制高職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)10342人(ren)、高職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)擴招6182人(ren)、中專(zhuan)4675人(ren))。建校(xiao)以來,培(pei)(pei)養(yang)本(ben)(ben)專(zhuan)科畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)98萬(wan)(wan)(wan)余人(ren),中專(zhuan)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)18.2萬(wan)(wan)(wan)余人(ren),開展非(fei)學(xue)歷(li)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)服務(wu)400余萬(wan)(wan)(wan)人(ren)次,非(fei)學(xue)歷(li)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)崗位(wei)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)、職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)資(zi)格培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)和(he)考試(shi)規模穩定在(zai)每年4萬(wan)(wan)(wan)人(ren)次左右,為滿(man)足(zu)各(ge)類(lei)人(ren)員(yuan)學(xue)歷(li)和(he)履(lv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能力(li)提(ti)升需(xu)求(qiu)、加快(kuai)我省(sheng)(sheng)高等(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)大(da)眾(zhong)化進程、服務(wu)我省(sheng)(sheng)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)型社(she)會建設作(zuo)出了較(jiao)大(da)貢獻。
