河(he)南開(kai)放大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)是(shi)經(jing)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部批(pi)準,河(he)南省(sheng)人民政府主辦(ban)(ban)的新型本科高等學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校。前身是(shi)創辦(ban)(ban)于(yu)1979年的河(he)南廣播電視大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),2020年11月正式更名為河(he)南開(kai)放大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校以促進全民終身學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習和技(ji)能(neng)社(she)會建設為使命、以現代信(xin)息(xi)技(ji)術為支撐、以“互聯網(wang)+”為特征,面向社(she)會開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)和非(fei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)。2009年,經(jing)省(sheng)政府同意,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校代管一所公辦(ban)(ban)全日制普通(tong)高職(zhi)院(yuan)校——鄭州信(xin)息(xi)科技(ji)職(zhi)業學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)。
河南(nan)開(kai)放大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)實行系(xi)統辦學(xue)(xue)(xue),現(xian)(xian)有市級(ji)電大(da)(da)22所(suo)(含省(sheng)直(zhi)電大(da)(da)和3所(suo)行業(ye)電大(da)(da))、直(zhi)屬學(xue)(xue)(xue)習中(zhong)心1所(suo)、縣(xian)級(ji)電大(da)(da)91所(suo)(含3所(suo)直(zhi)管縣(xian)級(ji)電大(da)(da))、其他類型學(xue)(xue)(xue)習中(zhong)心19個。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校現(xian)(xian)有東、西兩個校區,占地(di)總(zong)面積500畝,設(she)(she)有8個學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)、3個書院(yuan),開(kai)放教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)開(kai)設(she)(she)本專(zhuan)科專(zhuan)業(ye)65個,職業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)開(kai)設(she)(she)專(zhuan)業(ye)32個;學(xue)(xue)(xue)校現(xian)(xian)有教(jiao)職工705人(ren)(ren),各(ge)類在(zai)(zai)校生28萬(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(開(kai)放教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)本專(zhuan)科23萬(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)、網(wang)絡教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)3.1萬(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)、全日制高職教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)10342人(ren)(ren)、高職擴招(zhao)6182人(ren)(ren)、中(zhong)專(zhuan)4675人(ren)(ren))。建校以來(lai),培(pei)養本專(zhuan)科畢業(ye)生98萬(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren),中(zhong)專(zhuan)畢業(ye)生18.2萬(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren),開(kai)展(zhan)非學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)培(pei)訓(xun)服務(wu)400余(yu)萬(wan)(wan)人(ren)(ren)次,非學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)崗位(wei)培(pei)訓(xun)、職業(ye)資格培(pei)訓(xun)和考試規(gui)模穩定在(zai)(zai)每(mei)年(nian)4萬(wan)(wan)人(ren)(ren)次左右,為滿(man)足各(ge)類人(ren)(ren)員學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)和履職能力提(ti)升需求、加快我省(sheng)高等教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)大(da)(da)眾化進程、服務(wu)我省(sheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習型社會建設(she)(she)作出了較大(da)(da)貢獻。
