河(he)(he)南開放大學(xue)(xue)是經教育(yu)部批準,河(he)(he)南省人(ren)民(min)政府(fu)主(zhu)辦的(de)新型本科高等(deng)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)。前身是創辦于1979年(nian)的(de)河(he)(he)南廣播電視大學(xue)(xue),2020年(nian)11月正式更(geng)名為河(he)(he)南開放大學(xue)(xue)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)以促進全(quan)民(min)終身學(xue)(xue)習和技(ji)(ji)能社會建設(she)為使(shi)命、以現代信息(xi)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)為支撐、以“互(hu)聯網+”為特征(zheng),面(mian)向社會開展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)歷教育(yu)和非學(xue)(xue)歷教育(yu)。2009年(nian),經省政府(fu)同意,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)代管一(yi)所公辦全(quan)日制普通高職院校(xiao)——鄭州信息(xi)科技(ji)(ji)職業學(xue)(xue)院。
河(he)南開(kai)放(fang)(fang)大(da)(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)實行系統辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue),現有市級電(dian)(dian)大(da)(da)(da)22所(suo)(含(han)省直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)大(da)(da)(da)和(he)3所(suo)行業(ye)電(dian)(dian)大(da)(da)(da))、直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)屬(shu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)中(zhong)心1所(suo)、縣級電(dian)(dian)大(da)(da)(da)91所(suo)(含(han)3所(suo)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管縣級電(dian)(dian)大(da)(da)(da))、其他類型學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)中(zhong)心19個(ge)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)現有東、西兩個(ge)校(xiao)區,占地(di)總面積500畝,設有8個(ge)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)、3個(ge)書(shu)院(yuan),開(kai)放(fang)(fang)教(jiao)(jiao)育開(kai)設本專科專業(ye)65個(ge),職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育開(kai)設專業(ye)32個(ge);學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)現有教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工705人(ren)(ren),各類在(zai)校(xiao)生(sheng)28萬余(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(開(kai)放(fang)(fang)教(jiao)(jiao)育本專科23萬余(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)、網絡教(jiao)(jiao)育3.1萬余(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)、全日制高職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)育10342人(ren)(ren)、高職(zhi)擴(kuo)招6182人(ren)(ren)、中(zhong)專4675人(ren)(ren))。建(jian)校(xiao)以來,培養本專科畢業(ye)生(sheng)98萬余(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren),中(zhong)專畢業(ye)生(sheng)18.2萬余(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren),開(kai)展(zhan)非學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)教(jiao)(jiao)育培訓(xun)服(fu)務400余(yu)(yu)萬人(ren)(ren)次,非學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)教(jiao)(jiao)育崗(gang)位(wei)培訓(xun)、職(zhi)業(ye)資格培訓(xun)和(he)考試規(gui)模穩定(ding)在(zai)每年4萬人(ren)(ren)次左右,為滿足各類人(ren)(ren)員學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)和(he)履職(zhi)能力(li)提升需求、加(jia)快(kuai)我省高等教(jiao)(jiao)育大(da)(da)(da)眾化進程(cheng)、服(fu)務我省學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)型社(she)會(hui)建(jian)設作出(chu)了較(jiao)大(da)(da)(da)貢獻(xian)。
近(jin)(jin)年來,學(xue)校(xiao)深(shen)入(ru)貫徹習(xi)(xi)近(jin)(jin)平(ping)新時代(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特色社(she)會(hui)主義思想和(he)習(xi)(xi)近(jin)(jin)平(ping)總書記關(guan)于教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)系列重(zhong)(zhong)要講話(hua)精神(shen),緊(jin)緊(jin)圍繞“構建(jian)(jian)全民終(zhong)身學(xue)習(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)體系”時代(dai)命題,積極探(tan)索并(bing)推進(jin)高(gao)等教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)、職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)與(yu)繼(ji)續(xu)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)融(rong)合發展(zhan)之(zhi)路(lu),形成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)多種辦學(xue)形式相互支撐、相互促進(jin)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)格局(ju)。學(xue)校(xiao)先后承擔了(le)“國(guo)家數字化學(xue)習(xi)(xi)資源(yuan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)河(he)(he)(he)南(nan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)”“河(he)(he)(he)南(nan)遠程教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)”“河(he)(he)(he)南(nan)省(sheng)社(she)區(qu)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)服(fu)務指導中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)”“河(he)(he)(he)南(nan)省(sheng)終(zhong)身教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)分(fen)銀行(xing)”“河(he)(he)(he)南(nan)干(gan)部(bu)網絡(luo)學(xue)院(yuan)”“河(he)(he)(he)南(nan)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)網絡(luo)學(xue)院(yuan)”等建(jian)(jian)設任務,持續(xu)擴大(da)(da)業(ye)(ye)(ye)務范圍,提升辦學(xue)內涵,增強(qiang)社(she)會(hui)服(fu)務能力;積極開展(zhan)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)成(cheng)(cheng)果認定與(yu)轉(zhuan)換(huan)試(shi)點工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),探(tan)索搭建(jian)(jian)終(zhong)身學(xue)習(xi)(xi)“立交橋”;充分(fen)利用(yong)辦學(xue)系統力量,落實高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)擴招任務,打造(zao)(zao)了(le)線上線下結(jie)合、校(xiao)企多元實訓的(de)(de)人(ren)才培(pei)養新模式;獲(huo)(huo)批(pi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)部(bu)第二批(pi)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能助推教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊(dui)伍建(jian)(jian)設試(shi)點項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu),推動了(le)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能與(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊(dui)伍建(jian)(jian)設的(de)(de)全面(mian)融(rong)合。高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)學(xue)院(yuan)先后被(bei)評(ping)為(wei)河(he)(he)(he)南(nan)省(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)“品牌示范校(xiao)”和(he)“優(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)”,獲(huo)(huo)批(pi)河(he)(he)(he)南(nan)省(sheng)高(gao)等職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)校(xiao)高(gao)水平(ping)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)建(jian)(jian)設學(xue)校(xiao),入(ru)選(xuan)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)部(bu)現代(dai)學(xue)徒(tu)制試(shi)點和(he)全國(guo)“1+X”證書制度試(shi)點院(yuan)校(xiao),成(cheng)(cheng)立了(le)河(he)(he)(he)南(nan)省(sheng)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)集團和(he)鯤鵬產業(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)院(yuan),獲(huo)(huo)批(pi)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能技(ji)術及應用(yong)、智能綠色建(jian)(jian)造(zao)(zao)等4個(ge)省(sheng)級(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),入(ru)選(xuan)“碼(ma)農(nong)計劃”第二批(pi)試(shi)點院(yuan)校(xiao),獲(huo)(huo)批(pi)省(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)示范性(xing)(xing)校(xiao)企合作(zuo)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)、省(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)示范性(xing)(xing)虛擬仿真實訓基(ji)地。師(shi)生(sheng)在(zai)各類競賽(sai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)獲(huo)(huo)得(de)國(guo)家級(ji)獎項(xiang)(xiang)50余項(xiang)(xiang)、省(sheng)級(ji)獎項(xiang)(xiang)近(jin)(jin)400項(xiang)(xiang),在(zai)“互聯(lian)網+”大(da)(da)學(xue)生(sheng)創(chuang)新創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)大(da)(da)賽(sai)、全國(guo)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)校(xiao)技(ji)能大(da)(da)賽(sai)等多個(ge)國(guo)家級(ji)比賽(sai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)取得(de)重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)突(tu)破(po)。
