河南(nan)開(kai)放大學(xue)是經教育部批準,河南(nan)省(sheng)人民政府主(zhu)辦(ban)的新(xin)型本科高等學(xue)校(xiao)。前身(shen)是創(chuang)辦(ban)于1979年(nian)的河南(nan)廣播(bo)電(dian)視大學(xue),2020年(nian)11月正(zheng)式(shi)更名(ming)為(wei)河南(nan)開(kai)放大學(xue)。學(xue)校(xiao)以促進全民終(zhong)身(shen)學(xue)習和(he)(he)技(ji)能(neng)社會建設(she)為(wei)使(shi)命、以現(xian)代信息技(ji)術為(wei)支(zhi)撐、以“互聯網+”為(wei)特征,面向社會開(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)歷教育和(he)(he)非學(xue)歷教育。2009年(nian),經省(sheng)政府同意,學(xue)校(xiao)代管一所公辦(ban)全日制普通高職院校(xiao)——鄭州信息科技(ji)職業學(xue)院。
河南開(kai)(kai)(kai)放(fang)大(da)(da)學實行(xing)系統辦(ban)學,現(xian)有市級電大(da)(da)22所(含省(sheng)直電大(da)(da)和(he)(he)3所行(xing)業電大(da)(da))、直屬學習(xi)中心(xin)1所、縣級電大(da)(da)91所(含3所直管(guan)縣級電大(da)(da))、其他類(lei)型學習(xi)中心(xin)19個(ge)(ge)。學校現(xian)有東、西兩個(ge)(ge)校區(qu),占地總面積(ji)500畝(mu),設有8個(ge)(ge)學院、3個(ge)(ge)書院,開(kai)(kai)(kai)放(fang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)開(kai)(kai)(kai)設本專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)科(ke)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業65個(ge)(ge),職業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)開(kai)(kai)(kai)設專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業32個(ge)(ge);學校現(xian)有教(jiao)(jiao)職工705人(ren),各類(lei)在校生(sheng)(sheng)28萬(wan)(wan)余(yu)(yu)人(ren)(開(kai)(kai)(kai)放(fang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)本專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)科(ke)23萬(wan)(wan)余(yu)(yu)人(ren)、網絡教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)3.1萬(wan)(wan)余(yu)(yu)人(ren)、全日制高職教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)10342人(ren)、高職擴招6182人(ren)、中專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)4675人(ren))。建(jian)校以來,培養本專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)科(ke)畢業生(sheng)(sheng)98萬(wan)(wan)余(yu)(yu)人(ren),中專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)畢業生(sheng)(sheng)18.2萬(wan)(wan)余(yu)(yu)人(ren),開(kai)(kai)(kai)展非學歷(li)(li)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)培訓服務400余(yu)(yu)萬(wan)(wan)人(ren)次(ci),非學歷(li)(li)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)崗位培訓、職業資格培訓和(he)(he)考(kao)試(shi)規(gui)模穩定在每年4萬(wan)(wan)人(ren)次(ci)左右,為(wei)滿足各類(lei)人(ren)員學歷(li)(li)和(he)(he)履職能力提升需求、加快我(wo)省(sheng)高等教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)大(da)(da)眾化(hua)進程(cheng)、服務我(wo)省(sheng)學習(xi)型社會建(jian)設作(zuo)出了較大(da)(da)貢獻(xian)。
近年來,學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)深入貫徹(che)習(xi)近平(ping)新(xin)時代(dai)(dai)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)特色社(she)會主義思想和習(xi)近平(ping)總書(shu)記關于(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的系(xi)(xi)列重要講話(hua)精(jing)神(shen),緊緊圍繞“構建(jian)(jian)全民(min)終身(shen)(shen)學(xue)習(xi)的教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)體系(xi)(xi)”時代(dai)(dai)命題(ti),積(ji)極(ji)探索(suo)并推(tui)進高等(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)、職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)與繼續教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)融合(he)發(fa)展(zhan)之(zhi)路,形成(cheng)了多(duo)種辦學(xue)形式相(xiang)互(hu)支撐、相(xiang)互(hu)促進的工(gong)作(zuo)格(ge)局。學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)先后承擔了“國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)數字化(hua)學(xue)習(xi)資(zi)源中(zhong)心(xin)河(he)南中(zhong)心(xin)”“河(he)南遠程(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)心(xin)”“河(he)南省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)區教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)服(fu)務(wu)指導(dao)中(zhong)心(xin)”“河(he)南省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)終身(shen)(shen)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)分銀行”“河(he)南干部網(wang)絡(luo)學(xue)院(yuan)”“河(he)南教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)網(wang)絡(luo)學(xue)院(yuan)”等(deng)建(jian)(jian)設任務(wu),持續擴大(da)業務(wu)范圍,提(ti)升辦學(xue)內涵,增強社(she)會服(fu)務(wu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)力;積(ji)極(ji)開展(zhan)學(xue)習(xi)成(cheng)果認定(ding)與轉(zhuan)換試(shi)(shi)點(dian)工(gong)作(zuo),探索(suo)搭(da)建(jian)(jian)終身(shen)(shen)學(xue)習(xi)“立(li)交橋”;充(chong)分利(li)用(yong)辦學(xue)系(xi)(xi)統力量,落實高職(zhi)(zhi)擴招(zhao)任務(wu),打造了線(xian)上線(xian)下(xia)結合(he)、校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)企(qi)多(duo)元實訓的人才(cai)培養新(xin)模式;獲(huo)批教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)部第二(er)批人工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)助(zhu)推(tui)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊伍建(jian)(jian)設試(shi)(shi)點(dian)項(xiang)目,推(tui)動了人工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)與教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊伍建(jian)(jian)設的全面融合(he)。高職(zhi)(zhi)學(xue)院(yuan)先后被評為(wei)河(he)南省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)“品(pin)牌示范校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”和“優質校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”,獲(huo)批河(he)南省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)高等(deng)職(zhi)(zhi)業學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)高水平(ping)專(zhuan)業建(jian)(jian)設學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),入選教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)部現代(dai)(dai)學(xue)徒制試(shi)(shi)點(dian)和全國(guo)(guo)(guo)“1+X”證書(shu)制度試(shi)(shi)點(dian)院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),成(cheng)立(li)了河(he)南省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)人工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)集(ji)團和鯤(kun)鵬產業學(xue)院(yuan),獲(huo)批人工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)技術及應(ying)用(yong)、智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)綠色建(jian)(jian)造等(deng)4個省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)工(gong)程(cheng)中(zhong)心(xin),入選“碼農計劃”第二(er)批試(shi)(shi)點(dian)院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),獲(huo)批省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)示范性校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)企(qi)合(he)作(zuo)項(xiang)目、省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)示范性虛擬仿真(zhen)實訓基地(di)。師(shi)生(sheng)在(zai)(zai)各類競賽(sai)中(zhong)獲(huo)得國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)級(ji)獎項(xiang)50余項(xiang)、省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)獎項(xiang)近400項(xiang),在(zai)(zai)“互(hu)聯網(wang)+”大(da)學(xue)生(sheng)創新(xin)創業大(da)賽(sai)、全國(guo)(guo)(guo)職(zhi)(zhi)業學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)技能(neng)(neng)(neng)大(da)賽(sai)等(deng)多(duo)個國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)級(ji)比(bi)賽(sai)中(zhong)取得重大(da)突破。
河(he)南開放大(da)學(xue)將繼續扎根(gen)中原大(da)地,牢(lao)牢(lao)把握“互聯網+教育(yu)”發展(zhan)契(qi)機(ji),進一步拓展(zhan)辦學(xue)職(zhi)能、拓寬服務(wu)范圍、提(ti)升服務(wu)能力,加(jia)快構(gou)建(jian)面向人人、適合人人、更(geng)加(jia)開放靈活(huo)的(de)教育(yu)體(ti)系(xi),打造人民群眾身邊的(de)“互聯網大(da)學(xue)”,實現“人人皆學(xue)、時(shi)時(shi)可學(xue)、處(chu)(chu)處(chu)(chu)能學(xue)”,為河(he)南終身教育(yu)體(ti)系(xi)構(gou)建(jian)和技能社(she)會建(jian)設作出新的(de)更(geng)大(da)貢(gong)獻。
