河南(nan)(nan)開(kai)放大學(xue)(xue)是經教(jiao)育部(bu)批(pi)準,河南(nan)(nan)省(sheng)人(ren)民(min)政(zheng)府(fu)主辦的新型(xing)本科(ke)高等學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)。前身(shen)是創辦于1979年(nian)的河南(nan)(nan)廣播電視大學(xue)(xue),2020年(nian)11月正式更名(ming)為河南(nan)(nan)開(kai)放大學(xue)(xue)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)以促進(jin)全民(min)終身(shen)學(xue)(xue)習和(he)技能社會建(jian)設為使(shi)命、以現代(dai)信息技術為支撐、以“互(hu)聯網+”為特征,面向(xiang)社會開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)歷(li)教(jiao)育和(he)非學(xue)(xue)歷(li)教(jiao)育。2009年(nian),經省(sheng)政(zheng)府(fu)同意,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)代(dai)管(guan)一(yi)所公辦全日(ri)制(zhi)普通高職院校(xiao)——鄭州信息科(ke)技職業學(xue)(xue)院。
河南(nan)開(kai)(kai)放大(da)(da)學(xue)實行系統辦學(xue),現(xian)有市級(ji)電大(da)(da)22所(suo)(含省直電大(da)(da)和(he)3所(suo)行業(ye)(ye)(ye)電大(da)(da))、直屬學(xue)習(xi)中(zhong)心1所(suo)、縣(xian)級(ji)電大(da)(da)91所(suo)(含3所(suo)直管縣(xian)級(ji)電大(da)(da))、其他類型學(xue)習(xi)中(zhong)心19個(ge)。學(xue)校(xiao)現(xian)有東、西兩個(ge)校(xiao)區,占地總面(mian)積500畝(mu),設(she)有8個(ge)學(xue)院、3個(ge)書院,開(kai)(kai)放教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)開(kai)(kai)設(she)本專科專業(ye)(ye)(ye)65個(ge),職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)開(kai)(kai)設(she)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)32個(ge);學(xue)校(xiao)現(xian)有教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)工705人(ren)(ren),各類在(zai)校(xiao)生(sheng)28萬(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(開(kai)(kai)放教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)本專科23萬(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)、網(wang)絡教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)3.1萬(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)、全日(ri)制高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)10342人(ren)(ren)、高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)擴招6182人(ren)(ren)、中(zhong)專4675人(ren)(ren))。建校(xiao)以來,培(pei)養(yang)本專科畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)98萬(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren),中(zhong)專畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)18.2萬(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren),開(kai)(kai)展非學(xue)歷教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)培(pei)訓服務400余(yu)萬(wan)人(ren)(ren)次(ci),非學(xue)歷教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)崗位培(pei)訓、職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)資格培(pei)訓和(he)考試(shi)規模(mo)穩定(ding)在(zai)每年4萬(wan)人(ren)(ren)次(ci)左右,為滿(man)足(zu)各類人(ren)(ren)員學(xue)歷和(he)履職(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)力提(ti)升(sheng)需求、加快我省高(gao)等教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)大(da)(da)眾化(hua)進程、服務我省學(xue)習(xi)型社會建設(she)作出了較大(da)(da)貢獻。
近年(nian)來(lai),學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)深(shen)入貫徹習(xi)近平新(xin)時代(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)特(te)色社會(hui)主義思想和(he)習(xi)近平總書記(ji)關(guan)于教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)系列重要講話精(jing)神,緊緊圍(wei)繞“構建(jian)全(quan)民終身(shen)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)體系”時代(dai)命題(ti),積極探索(suo)并(bing)推(tui)進(jin)高等(deng)(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)、職業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)與(yu)繼續教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)融合(he)發展之路,形成(cheng)了(le)多種辦(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)形式相互支撐、相互促(cu)進(jin)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作格(ge)局(ju)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)先后(hou)承擔了(le)“國(guo)(guo)(guo)家數字化(hua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)資源中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)河(he)南中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)”“河(he)南遠(yuan)程教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)”“河(he)南省(sheng)社區教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)服(fu)務指導(dao)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)”“河(he)南省(sheng)終身(shen)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)分(fen)銀行”“河(he)南干部網(wang)絡學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)”“河(he)南教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師網(wang)絡學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)”等(deng)(deng)建(jian)設(she)任務,持續擴(kuo)大(da)業(ye)(ye)務范圍(wei),提升(sheng)辦(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)內(nei)涵,增強社會(hui)服(fu)務能(neng)力;積極開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)成(cheng)果認定與(yu)轉換(huan)試(shi)(shi)點(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,探索(suo)搭建(jian)終身(shen)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)“立交橋”;充分(fen)利用辦(ban)(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)系統力量(liang),落實高職擴(kuo)招(zhao)任務,打(da)造了(le)線上(shang)線下結(jie)合(he)、校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)企(qi)(qi)多元實訓(xun)的(de)人(ren)(ren)才培養新(xin)模式;獲批教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)部第二(er)批人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)助推(tui)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師隊(dui)伍建(jian)設(she)試(shi)(shi)點(dian)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu),推(tui)動(dong)了(le)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)與(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師隊(dui)伍建(jian)設(she)的(de)全(quan)面融合(he)。高職學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)先后(hou)被評為(wei)河(he)南省(sheng)職業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)“品牌示范校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”和(he)“優質校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”,獲批河(he)南省(sheng)高等(deng)(deng)職業(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)高水平專業(ye)(ye)建(jian)設(she)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),入選(xuan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)部現代(dai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)徒制(zhi)試(shi)(shi)點(dian)和(he)全(quan)國(guo)(guo)(guo)“1+X”證書制(zhi)度(du)試(shi)(shi)點(dian)院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),成(cheng)立了(le)河(he)南省(sheng)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)職業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)集團和(he)鯤鵬(peng)產業(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan),獲批人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)技術及(ji)應(ying)用、智能(neng)綠色建(jian)造等(deng)(deng)4個(ge)省(sheng)級工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),入選(xuan)“碼(ma)農(nong)計劃”第二(er)批試(shi)(shi)點(dian)院(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),獲批省(sheng)職業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)示范性校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)企(qi)(qi)合(he)作項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)、省(sheng)職業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)示范性虛擬仿(fang)真(zhen)實訓(xun)基(ji)地(di)。師生在(zai)各類競賽(sai)中(zhong)(zhong)獲得(de)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家級獎項(xiang)50余(yu)項(xiang)、省(sheng)級獎項(xiang)近400項(xiang),在(zai)“互聯網(wang)+”大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生創新(xin)創業(ye)(ye)大(da)賽(sai)、全(quan)國(guo)(guo)(guo)職業(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)技能(neng)大(da)賽(sai)等(deng)(deng)多個(ge)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家級比賽(sai)中(zhong)(zhong)取得(de)重大(da)突(tu)破。
河南開放大學(xue)將繼續扎(zha)根中原(yuan)大地,牢(lao)牢(lao)把握“互(hu)聯網+教育”發展契機,進一步拓展辦(ban)學(xue)職(zhi)能、拓寬服務范圍(wei)、提升(sheng)服務能力(li),加快構建面向(xiang)人(ren)人(ren)、適合人(ren)人(ren)、更加開放靈活的(de)教育體系,打(da)造(zao)人(ren)民(min)群眾身邊的(de)“互(hu)聯網大學(xue)”,實現“人(ren)人(ren)皆學(xue)、時(shi)時(shi)可(ke)學(xue)、處處能學(xue)”,為河南終身教育體系構建和技能社會(hui)建設作(zuo)出(chu)新(xin)的(de)更大貢獻。
