河南(nan)(nan)開放大學(xue)(xue)是經教(jiao)育部(bu)批準(zhun),河南(nan)(nan)省(sheng)人民政府(fu)主辦(ban)的新型(xing)本科高(gao)等學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)。前身是創辦(ban)于1979年(nian)(nian)的河南(nan)(nan)廣(guang)播電視大學(xue)(xue),2020年(nian)(nian)11月正式更名為河南(nan)(nan)開放大學(xue)(xue)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)以(yi)促(cu)進全民終身學(xue)(xue)習和技能社會(hui)建設為使命、以(yi)現代信(xin)息(xi)技術(shu)為支撐、以(yi)“互聯網+”為特征,面向社會(hui)開展學(xue)(xue)歷教(jiao)育和非學(xue)(xue)歷教(jiao)育。2009年(nian)(nian),經省(sheng)政府(fu)同(tong)意,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)代管一(yi)所(suo)公辦(ban)全日制普通高(gao)職院(yuan)校(xiao)——鄭(zheng)州信(xin)息(xi)科技職業學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)。
河南開(kai)(kai)放大學(xue)(xue)實行(xing)系統辦學(xue)(xue),現(xian)(xian)有市級(ji)電(dian)(dian)大22所(suo)(含省(sheng)直電(dian)(dian)大和3所(suo)行(xing)業(ye)電(dian)(dian)大)、直屬(shu)學(xue)(xue)習中心(xin)(xin)1所(suo)、縣級(ji)電(dian)(dian)大91所(suo)(含3所(suo)直管(guan)縣級(ji)電(dian)(dian)大)、其他類型學(xue)(xue)習中心(xin)(xin)19個(ge)(ge)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)現(xian)(xian)有東、西兩個(ge)(ge)校(xiao)區(qu),占地總面(mian)積500畝,設(she)有8個(ge)(ge)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)、3個(ge)(ge)書(shu)院(yuan),開(kai)(kai)放教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)開(kai)(kai)設(she)本(ben)專(zhuan)科(ke)專(zhuan)業(ye)65個(ge)(ge),職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)開(kai)(kai)設(she)專(zhuan)業(ye)32個(ge)(ge);學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)現(xian)(xian)有教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工705人(ren)(ren)(ren),各類在(zai)校(xiao)生(sheng)28萬余人(ren)(ren)(ren)(開(kai)(kai)放教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)本(ben)專(zhuan)科(ke)23萬余人(ren)(ren)(ren)、網絡(luo)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)3.1萬余人(ren)(ren)(ren)、全日制高職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)10342人(ren)(ren)(ren)、高職(zhi)擴招6182人(ren)(ren)(ren)、中專(zhuan)4675人(ren)(ren)(ren))。建校(xiao)以來,培(pei)養(yang)本(ben)專(zhuan)科(ke)畢業(ye)生(sheng)98萬余人(ren)(ren)(ren),中專(zhuan)畢業(ye)生(sheng)18.2萬余人(ren)(ren)(ren),開(kai)(kai)展非學(xue)(xue)歷教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)培(pei)訓(xun)服(fu)務(wu)400余萬人(ren)(ren)(ren)次,非學(xue)(xue)歷教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)崗位培(pei)訓(xun)、職(zhi)業(ye)資格培(pei)訓(xun)和考試規模穩定在(zai)每(mei)年(nian)4萬人(ren)(ren)(ren)次左右,為滿足各類人(ren)(ren)(ren)員學(xue)(xue)歷和履職(zhi)能力提升需(xu)求、加快我(wo)(wo)省(sheng)高等教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)大眾化(hua)進(jin)程(cheng)、服(fu)務(wu)我(wo)(wo)省(sheng)學(xue)(xue)習型社會建設(she)作出了(le)較大貢(gong)獻。
近(jin)(jin)年(nian)來,學(xue)(xue)校深入(ru)貫(guan)徹(che)習近(jin)(jin)平新(xin)時代中國(guo)特色社會主(zhu)義思(si)想和習近(jin)(jin)平總(zong)書記關于教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)系(xi)列重要(yao)講話精神,緊緊圍(wei)繞“構建(jian)(jian)(jian)全民(min)終(zhong)身學(xue)(xue)習的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)體系(xi)”時代命題,積極(ji)探(tan)索并(bing)推(tui)進高(gao)等教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)、職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)與繼(ji)續教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)融合發展(zhan)之路(lu),形(xing)成(cheng)了多(duo)種(zhong)辦學(xue)(xue)形(xing)式相互(hu)支撐、相互(hu)促(cu)進的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)格局。學(xue)(xue)校先后承(cheng)擔了“國(guo)家(jia)數(shu)字化(hua)學(xue)(xue)習資(zi)源中心(xin)河南(nan)(nan)(nan)中心(xin)”“河南(nan)(nan)(nan)遠程(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中心(xin)”“河南(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社區教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)指導(dao)中心(xin)”“河南(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)終(zhong)身教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)分(fen)銀行”“河南(nan)(nan)(nan)干部(bu)網絡(luo)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)”“河南(nan)(nan)(nan)教(jiao)(jiao)師網絡(luo)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)”等建(jian)(jian)(jian)設任(ren)務(wu)(wu),持續擴(kuo)大(da)(da)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)范(fan)(fan)圍(wei),提升辦學(xue)(xue)內(nei)涵,增強社會服(fu)務(wu)(wu)能(neng)力;積極(ji)開展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)習成(cheng)果認定與轉換試點(dian)(dian)工(gong)作(zuo),探(tan)索搭建(jian)(jian)(jian)終(zhong)身學(xue)(xue)習“立(li)交橋”;充分(fen)利用(yong)辦學(xue)(xue)系(xi)統力量,落(luo)實(shi)高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)擴(kuo)招任(ren)務(wu)(wu),打造了線(xian)上線(xian)下結合、校企(qi)多(duo)元實(shi)訓(xun)的(de)人(ren)(ren)才培(pei)養(yang)新(xin)模式;獲(huo)批(pi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)部(bu)第(di)二批(pi)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)助推(tui)教(jiao)(jiao)師隊伍建(jian)(jian)(jian)設試點(dian)(dian)項(xiang)(xiang)目,推(tui)動了人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)與教(jiao)(jiao)師隊伍建(jian)(jian)(jian)設的(de)全面(mian)融合。高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)先后被評為河南(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)“品牌示(shi)范(fan)(fan)校”和“優質校”,獲(huo)批(pi)河南(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)等職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)校高(gao)水(shui)平專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設學(xue)(xue)校,入(ru)選(xuan)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)部(bu)現代學(xue)(xue)徒制試點(dian)(dian)和全國(guo)“1+X”證書制度(du)試點(dian)(dian)院(yuan)(yuan)校,成(cheng)立(li)了河南(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)集(ji)團和鯤鵬產業(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan),獲(huo)批(pi)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)技(ji)術及應用(yong)、智(zhi)能(neng)綠(lv)色建(jian)(jian)(jian)造等4個(ge)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)(ji)(ji)工(gong)程(cheng)中心(xin),入(ru)選(xuan)“碼農計劃”第(di)二批(pi)試點(dian)(dian)院(yuan)(yuan)校,獲(huo)批(pi)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)示(shi)范(fan)(fan)性校企(qi)合作(zuo)項(xiang)(xiang)目、省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)示(shi)范(fan)(fan)性虛擬仿真實(shi)訓(xun)基(ji)地(di)。師生(sheng)在(zai)各類競賽中獲(huo)得國(guo)家(jia)級(ji)(ji)(ji)獎項(xiang)(xiang)50余項(xiang)(xiang)、省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)(ji)(ji)獎項(xiang)(xiang)近(jin)(jin)400項(xiang)(xiang),在(zai)“互(hu)聯(lian)網+”大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)大(da)(da)賽、全國(guo)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)校技(ji)能(neng)大(da)(da)賽等多(duo)個(ge)國(guo)家(jia)級(ji)(ji)(ji)比賽中取得重大(da)(da)突破。
河(he)南(nan)開(kai)放(fang)大學(xue)(xue)(xue)將繼續扎根中原大地(di),牢(lao)牢(lao)把握“互聯網+教(jiao)育(yu)”發展契機(ji),進一步拓(tuo)展辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)職能(neng)、拓(tuo)寬服(fu)務(wu)范(fan)圍、提升(sheng)服(fu)務(wu)能(neng)力,加(jia)快構建(jian)面向人(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)、適合(he)人(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)、更加(jia)開(kai)放(fang)靈活的(de)教(jiao)育(yu)體(ti)系(xi),打造人(ren)(ren)民群眾身(shen)(shen)邊的(de)“互聯網大學(xue)(xue)(xue)”,實現(xian)“人(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)皆(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、時(shi)時(shi)可學(xue)(xue)(xue)、處處能(neng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)”,為河(he)南(nan)終身(shen)(shen)教(jiao)育(yu)體(ti)系(xi)構建(jian)和技能(neng)社會(hui)建(jian)設作出新的(de)更大貢(gong)獻(xian)。
