河南(nan)開放大(da)(da)學(xue)是(shi)經教育(yu)部批準,河南(nan)省(sheng)人民政(zheng)(zheng)府主辦(ban)的新型本科(ke)高(gao)等學(xue)校(xiao)。前身(shen)是(shi)創辦(ban)于(yu)1979年的河南(nan)廣播(bo)電視大(da)(da)學(xue),2020年11月正式更名(ming)為河南(nan)開放大(da)(da)學(xue)。學(xue)校(xiao)以(yi)促進(jin)全(quan)民終身(shen)學(xue)習和技能社(she)會建設為使命、以(yi)現代信息技術為支(zhi)撐、以(yi)“互聯網+”為特征(zheng),面向(xiang)社(she)會開展學(xue)歷教育(yu)和非(fei)學(xue)歷教育(yu)。2009年,經省(sheng)政(zheng)(zheng)府同(tong)意,學(xue)校(xiao)代管一所(suo)公辦(ban)全(quan)日制普通(tong)高(gao)職(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)——鄭州信息科(ke)技職(zhi)業學(xue)院(yuan)。
河南開(kai)(kai)(kai)放大(da)(da)學(xue)實行(xing)系統辦學(xue),現(xian)有市(shi)級電大(da)(da)22所(suo)(含省直電大(da)(da)和3所(suo)行(xing)業電大(da)(da))、直屬學(xue)習中心(xin)1所(suo)、縣級電大(da)(da)91所(suo)(含3所(suo)直管縣級電大(da)(da))、其他(ta)類型(xing)學(xue)習中心(xin)19個。學(xue)校(xiao)現(xian)有東、西兩個校(xiao)區,占地總(zong)面積500畝,設有8個學(xue)院(yuan)、3個書院(yuan),開(kai)(kai)(kai)放教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育開(kai)(kai)(kai)設本(ben)專(zhuan)(zhuan)科(ke)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業65個,職業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育開(kai)(kai)(kai)設專(zhuan)(zhuan)業32個;學(xue)校(xiao)現(xian)有教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職工(gong)705人(ren)(ren),各類在校(xiao)生(sheng)28萬余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(開(kai)(kai)(kai)放教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育本(ben)專(zhuan)(zhuan)科(ke)23萬余(yu)人(ren)(ren)、網絡教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育3.1萬余(yu)人(ren)(ren)、全日制(zhi)高職教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育10342人(ren)(ren)、高職擴招6182人(ren)(ren)、中專(zhuan)(zhuan)4675人(ren)(ren))。建校(xiao)以來,培(pei)養(yang)本(ben)專(zhuan)(zhuan)科(ke)畢業生(sheng)98萬余(yu)人(ren)(ren),中專(zhuan)(zhuan)畢業生(sheng)18.2萬余(yu)人(ren)(ren),開(kai)(kai)(kai)展非學(xue)歷(li)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育培(pei)訓服務(wu)400余(yu)萬人(ren)(ren)次(ci)(ci),非學(xue)歷(li)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育崗位培(pei)訓、職業資格培(pei)訓和考試規模穩定在每年4萬人(ren)(ren)次(ci)(ci)左右,為(wei)滿足(zu)各類人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)學(xue)歷(li)和履(lv)職能力提升需求、加快我省高等教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育大(da)(da)眾化進程、服務(wu)我省學(xue)習型(xing)社(she)會建設作出了較大(da)(da)貢獻。
近(jin)(jin)年來(lai),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)深入貫徹(che)習(xi)近(jin)(jin)平新時代中(zhong)國(guo)特(te)色社會主義思想和(he)習(xi)近(jin)(jin)平總書(shu)(shu)記關于教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的(de)系列(lie)重(zhong)要講話精神(shen),緊緊圍繞“構建(jian)(jian)全(quan)民終身學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)體系”時代命題,積極探(tan)索并推進(jin)(jin)高(gao)等教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)、職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)(yu)繼續(xu)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)融(rong)合(he)發展之路,形成(cheng)了(le)多(duo)(duo)種辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)形式相互(hu)支撐、相互(hu)促進(jin)(jin)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)格(ge)局。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)先(xian)后(hou)承(cheng)擔了(le)“國(guo)家(jia)數(shu)字(zi)化學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)資源(yuan)中(zhong)心(xin)河(he)南(nan)(nan)(nan)中(zhong)心(xin)”“河(he)南(nan)(nan)(nan)遠(yuan)程教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)心(xin)”“河(he)南(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社區教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)服務指導中(zhong)心(xin)”“河(he)南(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)終身教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)分銀(yin)行”“河(he)南(nan)(nan)(nan)干部網絡學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)”“河(he)南(nan)(nan)(nan)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)網絡學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)”等建(jian)(jian)設任(ren)務,持(chi)續(xu)擴大(da)業(ye)務范(fan)圍,提升辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)內涵,增強社會服務能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)力;積極開展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)成(cheng)果認定與(yu)(yu)轉換試(shi)點(dian)(dian)工(gong)作(zuo),探(tan)索搭建(jian)(jian)終身學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)“立交橋(qiao)”;充分利用辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)系統(tong)力量,落實高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)擴招(zhao)任(ren)務,打造(zao)了(le)線上線下(xia)結合(he)、校(xiao)企多(duo)(duo)元實訓的(de)人(ren)(ren)才培養新模(mo)式;獲(huo)批(pi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部第(di)二批(pi)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)助推教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊(dui)伍(wu)建(jian)(jian)設試(shi)點(dian)(dian)項(xiang)目(mu),推動了(le)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)與(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊(dui)伍(wu)建(jian)(jian)設的(de)全(quan)面融(rong)合(he)。高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)先(xian)后(hou)被評為(wei)河(he)南(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)“品(pin)牌示(shi)范(fan)校(xiao)”和(he)“優質校(xiao)”,獲(huo)批(pi)河(he)南(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)等職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)高(gao)水(shui)平專業(ye)建(jian)(jian)設學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao),入選教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部現代學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)徒制試(shi)點(dian)(dian)和(he)全(quan)國(guo)“1+X”證(zheng)書(shu)(shu)制度試(shi)點(dian)(dian)院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao),成(cheng)立了(le)河(he)南(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)集團和(he)鯤鵬產業(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan),獲(huo)批(pi)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)技(ji)術及應用、智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)綠色建(jian)(jian)造(zao)等4個省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)(ji)工(gong)程中(zhong)心(xin),入選“碼農計劃”第(di)二批(pi)試(shi)點(dian)(dian)院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao),獲(huo)批(pi)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)示(shi)范(fan)性校(xiao)企合(he)作(zuo)項(xiang)目(mu)、省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)示(shi)范(fan)性虛擬仿真(zhen)實訓基地(di)。師(shi)生(sheng)在各類競賽中(zhong)獲(huo)得(de)國(guo)家(jia)級(ji)(ji)獎項(xiang)50余項(xiang)、省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)(ji)獎項(xiang)近(jin)(jin)400項(xiang),在“互(hu)聯網+”大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)創新創業(ye)大(da)賽、全(quan)國(guo)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)大(da)賽等多(duo)(duo)個國(guo)家(jia)級(ji)(ji)比賽中(zhong)取得(de)重(zhong)大(da)突破。
河(he)南(nan)開放(fang)大(da)學(xue)(xue)將繼續扎根中原大(da)地,牢(lao)牢(lao)把握(wo)“互聯網(wang)+教育”發(fa)展契機,進(jin)一步拓展辦學(xue)(xue)職能(neng)(neng)、拓寬(kuan)服務范圍、提升服務能(neng)(neng)力,加(jia)(jia)快構建(jian)面向(xiang)人(ren)人(ren)、適(shi)合人(ren)人(ren)、更(geng)加(jia)(jia)開放(fang)靈(ling)活的(de)教育體系,打造人(ren)民群眾身邊的(de)“互聯網(wang)大(da)學(xue)(xue)”,實現“人(ren)人(ren)皆學(xue)(xue)、時(shi)時(shi)可(ke)學(xue)(xue)、處處能(neng)(neng)學(xue)(xue)”,為河(he)南(nan)終身教育體系構建(jian)和技(ji)能(neng)(neng)社會建(jian)設作出新的(de)更(geng)大(da)貢(gong)獻(xian)。
