河南(nan)開放大學(xue)是(shi)經教育部批(pi)準,河南(nan)省人(ren)民政府(fu)主辦的新型本科高等學(xue)校。前身是(shi)創辦于1979年(nian)(nian)的河南(nan)廣(guang)播(bo)電(dian)視(shi)大學(xue),2020年(nian)(nian)11月正(zheng)式更名為河南(nan)開放大學(xue)。學(xue)校以(yi)(yi)促進全民終身學(xue)習和技(ji)能社(she)會建設(she)為使命、以(yi)(yi)現代信息(xi)(xi)技(ji)術(shu)為支撐、以(yi)(yi)“互(hu)聯網+”為特(te)征,面向社(she)會開展學(xue)歷(li)教育和非(fei)學(xue)歷(li)教育。2009年(nian)(nian),經省政府(fu)同意,學(xue)校代管一所公(gong)辦全日制普通高職院(yuan)校——鄭州信息(xi)(xi)科技(ji)職業學(xue)院(yuan)。
河南開(kai)(kai)(kai)放大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)實行(xing)系統辦學(xue)(xue)(xue),現(xian)(xian)有(you)(you)市級電大(da)22所(suo)(suo)(含省直(zhi)電大(da)和(he)3所(suo)(suo)行(xing)業(ye)電大(da))、直(zhi)屬學(xue)(xue)(xue)習中心1所(suo)(suo)、縣(xian)級電大(da)91所(suo)(suo)(含3所(suo)(suo)直(zhi)管縣(xian)級電大(da))、其他類(lei)型學(xue)(xue)(xue)習中心19個(ge)(ge)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校現(xian)(xian)有(you)(you)東、西兩個(ge)(ge)校區,占地(di)總面積500畝(mu),設(she)有(you)(you)8個(ge)(ge)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)、3個(ge)(ge)書院(yuan),開(kai)(kai)(kai)放教育(yu)開(kai)(kai)(kai)設(she)本(ben)專(zhuan)科(ke)專(zhuan)業(ye)65個(ge)(ge),職業(ye)教育(yu)開(kai)(kai)(kai)設(she)專(zhuan)業(ye)32個(ge)(ge);學(xue)(xue)(xue)校現(xian)(xian)有(you)(you)教職工(gong)705人(ren)(ren)(ren),各類(lei)在校生(sheng)28萬余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(開(kai)(kai)(kai)放教育(yu)本(ben)專(zhuan)科(ke)23萬余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、網絡教育(yu)3.1萬余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、全(quan)日制(zhi)高職教育(yu)10342人(ren)(ren)(ren)、高職擴招6182人(ren)(ren)(ren)、中專(zhuan)4675人(ren)(ren)(ren))。建(jian)(jian)校以來,培(pei)(pei)養本(ben)專(zhuan)科(ke)畢(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)98萬余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren),中專(zhuan)畢(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)18.2萬余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren),開(kai)(kai)(kai)展(zhan)非學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷教育(yu)培(pei)(pei)訓服(fu)務400余(yu)萬人(ren)(ren)(ren)次,非學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷教育(yu)崗位培(pei)(pei)訓、職業(ye)資格培(pei)(pei)訓和(he)考試規模穩定(ding)在每年4萬人(ren)(ren)(ren)次左右(you),為滿(man)足各類(lei)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷和(he)履職能力提升需(xu)求、加快(kuai)我省高等教育(yu)大(da)眾化進(jin)程、服(fu)務我省學(xue)(xue)(xue)習型社會建(jian)(jian)設(she)作(zuo)出了(le)較大(da)貢獻。
近年(nian)來,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)深入(ru)貫(guan)徹習近平(ping)(ping)新(xin)時(shi)(shi)代中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國特色社(she)會主義思想(xiang)和習近平(ping)(ping)總書記關于教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的系(xi)列重(zhong)要(yao)講(jiang)話精神,緊緊圍(wei)繞“構(gou)建(jian)全民終(zhong)身學(xue)(xue)習的教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)體(ti)系(xi)”時(shi)(shi)代命題,積極(ji)探索并推進高等(deng)(deng)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)、職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)與繼續教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)融(rong)合(he)發展之路,形成了(le)多種辦學(xue)(xue)形式相(xiang)互(hu)(hu)支撐、相(xiang)互(hu)(hu)促進的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作格局。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)先(xian)后承(cheng)擔了(le)“國家(jia)(jia)(jia)數字(zi)化學(xue)(xue)習資源中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)河(he)(he)(he)南中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)”“河(he)(he)(he)南遠程(cheng)(cheng)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)”“河(he)(he)(he)南省(sheng)社(she)區(qu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)服務(wu)指導(dao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin)”“河(he)(he)(he)南省(sheng)終(zhong)身教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)分銀行(xing)”“河(he)(he)(he)南干部(bu)(bu)(bu)網(wang)絡學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)”“河(he)(he)(he)南教(jiao)師網(wang)絡學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)”等(deng)(deng)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)任務(wu),持(chi)續擴(kuo)大業(ye)(ye)務(wu)范(fan)圍(wei),提升辦學(xue)(xue)內涵(han),增強社(she)會服務(wu)能(neng)力;積極(ji)開展學(xue)(xue)習成果認定(ding)與轉換試(shi)點(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,探索搭建(jian)終(zhong)身學(xue)(xue)習“立(li)交橋”;充分利用辦學(xue)(xue)系(xi)統(tong)力量(liang),落實(shi)(shi)高職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)擴(kuo)招(zhao)任務(wu),打造了(le)線上線下結合(he)、校(xiao)(xiao)企多元實(shi)(shi)訓(xun)的人才培養(yang)新(xin)模(mo)式;獲(huo)批(pi)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)部(bu)(bu)(bu)第二(er)批(pi)人工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)助推教(jiao)師隊伍建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)試(shi)點(dian)項(xiang)目,推動(dong)了(le)人工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)與教(jiao)師隊伍建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)的全面融(rong)合(he)。高職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)先(xian)后被評為河(he)(he)(he)南省(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)“品牌示(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)校(xiao)(xiao)”和“優(you)質校(xiao)(xiao)”,獲(huo)批(pi)河(he)(he)(he)南省(sheng)高等(deng)(deng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)高水平(ping)(ping)專業(ye)(ye)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao),入(ru)選教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)部(bu)(bu)(bu)現(xian)代學(xue)(xue)徒制試(shi)點(dian)和全國“1+X”證(zheng)書制度試(shi)點(dian)院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao),成立(li)了(le)河(he)(he)(he)南省(sheng)人工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)集團(tuan)和鯤鵬產業(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan),獲(huo)批(pi)人工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)技術(shu)及應用、智能(neng)綠色建(jian)造等(deng)(deng)4個(ge)省(sheng)級工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin),入(ru)選“碼農計劃”第二(er)批(pi)試(shi)點(dian)院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao),獲(huo)批(pi)省(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)示(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)性校(xiao)(xiao)企合(he)作項(xiang)目、省(sheng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)示(shi)(shi)(shi)范(fan)性虛(xu)擬(ni)仿真實(shi)(shi)訓(xun)基地(di)。師生在各類競(jing)賽中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)獲(huo)得(de)國家(jia)(jia)(jia)級獎項(xiang)50余(yu)項(xiang)、省(sheng)級獎項(xiang)近400項(xiang),在“互(hu)(hu)聯網(wang)+”大學(xue)(xue)生創新(xin)創業(ye)(ye)大賽、全國職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)技能(neng)大賽等(deng)(deng)多個(ge)國家(jia)(jia)(jia)級比賽中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)取得(de)重(zhong)大突破。
河南(nan)開放(fang)大學(xue)將繼續扎根中原大地,牢(lao)牢(lao)把(ba)握“互聯網(wang)+教(jiao)育”發展(zhan)(zhan)契(qi)機,進(jin)一(yi)步拓(tuo)展(zhan)(zhan)辦(ban)學(xue)職能(neng)(neng)(neng)、拓(tuo)寬服(fu)務(wu)范圍、提升(sheng)服(fu)務(wu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)力,加快構(gou)建面向(xiang)人(ren)人(ren)、適(shi)合人(ren)人(ren)、更(geng)加開放(fang)靈活(huo)的(de)教(jiao)育體系,打造人(ren)民群眾身(shen)邊的(de)“互聯網(wang)大學(xue)”,實現“人(ren)人(ren)皆學(xue)、時時可學(xue)、處處能(neng)(neng)(neng)學(xue)”,為河南(nan)終身(shen)教(jiao)育體系構(gou)建和技能(neng)(neng)(neng)社會建設(she)作出新的(de)更(geng)大貢獻(xian)。
