河南(nan)(nan)開(kai)放(fang)(fang)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)是經(jing)教育部(bu)批準,河南(nan)(nan)省(sheng)人民(min)政(zheng)府主辦(ban)的新型本科高等(deng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)。前(qian)身(shen)是創辦(ban)于(yu)1979年的河南(nan)(nan)廣播電視(shi)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue),2020年11月正式更名為河南(nan)(nan)開(kai)放(fang)(fang)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)以促(cu)進全民(min)終身(shen)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)和技能社會建設(she)為使(shi)命、以現代(dai)信(xin)息(xi)技術為支(zhi)撐、以“互聯網+”為特征,面向社會開(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷教育和非學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷教育。2009年,經(jing)省(sheng)政(zheng)府同(tong)意,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)代(dai)管一所(suo)公(gong)辦(ban)全日制普通高職(zhi)院校(xiao)——鄭州(zhou)信(xin)息(xi)科技職(zhi)業學(xue)(xue)(xue)院。
河南開放大學(xue)(xue)(xue)實行系統(tong)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue),現(xian)(xian)有(you)市級(ji)電大22所(suo)(suo)(含省直(zhi)(zhi)電大和(he)3所(suo)(suo)行業(ye)電大)、直(zhi)(zhi)屬學(xue)(xue)(xue)習中(zhong)(zhong)心1所(suo)(suo)、縣級(ji)電大91所(suo)(suo)(含3所(suo)(suo)直(zhi)(zhi)管縣級(ji)電大)、其他類(lei)(lei)型學(xue)(xue)(xue)習中(zhong)(zhong)心19個(ge)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)現(xian)(xian)有(you)東、西兩個(ge)校(xiao)(xiao)區,占地總面積500畝,設(she)有(you)8個(ge)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)、3個(ge)書院(yuan),開放教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)開設(she)本專(zhuan)科(ke)專(zhuan)業(ye)65個(ge),職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)開設(she)專(zhuan)業(ye)32個(ge);學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)現(xian)(xian)有(you)教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工705人(ren)(ren)(ren),各類(lei)(lei)在校(xiao)(xiao)生(sheng)28萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(開放教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)本專(zhuan)科(ke)23萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、網絡教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)3.1萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、全日(ri)制高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)10342人(ren)(ren)(ren)、高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)擴(kuo)招6182人(ren)(ren)(ren)、中(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)4675人(ren)(ren)(ren))。建(jian)(jian)校(xiao)(xiao)以來,培(pei)養本專(zhuan)科(ke)畢業(ye)生(sheng)98萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren),中(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)畢業(ye)生(sheng)18.2萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren),開展非學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)培(pei)訓服務(wu)400余(yu)萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)次,非學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)崗位培(pei)訓、職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)資(zi)格培(pei)訓和(he)考試規模(mo)穩定在每年(nian)4萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)次左右,為滿(man)足各類(lei)(lei)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷和(he)履職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能力(li)提(ti)升需(xu)求(qiu)、加快我省高(gao)等教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)大眾化進程、服務(wu)我省學(xue)(xue)(xue)習型社(she)會建(jian)(jian)設(she)作出(chu)了較大貢獻。
