河(he)南(nan)開放大(da)學(xue)(xue)是(shi)經(jing)教育部批準(zhun),河(he)南(nan)省(sheng)人民政府主辦(ban)的(de)新型本科高等學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)。前身是(shi)創辦(ban)于1979年的(de)河(he)南(nan)廣播電視大(da)學(xue)(xue),2020年11月正式更(geng)名(ming)為(wei)(wei)(wei)河(he)南(nan)開放大(da)學(xue)(xue)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)以促進全民終(zhong)身學(xue)(xue)習和技(ji)能社會(hui)建設為(wei)(wei)(wei)使命、以現代(dai)(dai)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)技(ji)術為(wei)(wei)(wei)支撐、以“互聯網+”為(wei)(wei)(wei)特征,面向社會(hui)開展學(xue)(xue)歷教育和非學(xue)(xue)歷教育。2009年,經(jing)省(sheng)政府同意,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)代(dai)(dai)管(guan)一所公(gong)辦(ban)全日制普通高職院校(xiao)——鄭州信(xin)(xin)息(xi)科技(ji)職業學(xue)(xue)院。
河南開(kai)(kai)放大學(xue)(xue)(xue)實(shi)行(xing)系(xi)統辦學(xue)(xue)(xue),現有(you)市(shi)級(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)大22所(suo)(含省(sheng)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)大和3所(suo)行(xing)業電(dian)(dian)(dian)大)、直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)屬學(xue)(xue)(xue)習中(zhong)心1所(suo)、縣級(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)大91所(suo)(含3所(suo)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)管縣級(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)大)、其他類(lei)型學(xue)(xue)(xue)習中(zhong)心19個(ge)(ge)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)現有(you)東、西兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)區,占地總面積(ji)500畝,設(she)(she)有(you)8個(ge)(ge)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院、3個(ge)(ge)書(shu)院,開(kai)(kai)放教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)開(kai)(kai)設(she)(she)本專(zhuan)科專(zhuan)業65個(ge)(ge),職(zhi)業教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)開(kai)(kai)設(she)(she)專(zhuan)業32個(ge)(ge);學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)現有(you)教(jiao)職(zhi)工705人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),各(ge)類(lei)在校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)生(sheng)28萬(wan)(wan)(wan)余人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(開(kai)(kai)放教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)本專(zhuan)科23萬(wan)(wan)(wan)余人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、網絡教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)3.1萬(wan)(wan)(wan)余人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、全日制高職(zhi)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)10342人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、高職(zhi)擴招6182人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、中(zhong)專(zhuan)4675人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren))。建(jian)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)以來,培養(yang)本專(zhuan)科畢業生(sheng)98萬(wan)(wan)(wan)余人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),中(zhong)專(zhuan)畢業生(sheng)18.2萬(wan)(wan)(wan)余人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),開(kai)(kai)展非學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)培訓(xun)(xun)服務(wu)400余萬(wan)(wan)(wan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)次,非學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)崗位培訓(xun)(xun)、職(zhi)業資格(ge)培訓(xun)(xun)和考試規(gui)模(mo)穩定在每年4萬(wan)(wan)(wan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)次左右,為滿(man)足各(ge)類(lei)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷和履職(zhi)能力提升需求、加快我省(sheng)高等教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)大眾化進程、服務(wu)我省(sheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習型社會建(jian)設(she)(she)作(zuo)出了較大貢獻(xian)。
