河南(nan)開放(fang)大學(xue)是(shi)(shi)經教育部(bu)批準(zhun),河南(nan)省人民政(zheng)府主(zhu)辦的新型本科高(gao)等(deng)學(xue)校(xiao)。前身是(shi)(shi)創辦于1979年(nian)的河南(nan)廣播(bo)電視大學(xue),2020年(nian)11月正(zheng)式更名(ming)為河南(nan)開放(fang)大學(xue)。學(xue)校(xiao)以促進(jin)全民終身學(xue)習和技(ji)能社會建設為使命、以現代信息(xi)技(ji)術為支撐、以“互聯網+”為特(te)征,面向社會開展(zhan)學(xue)歷(li)教育和非學(xue)歷(li)教育。2009年(nian),經省政(zheng)府同意,學(xue)校(xiao)代管(guan)一所(suo)公辦全日(ri)制(zhi)普通(tong)高(gao)職院校(xiao)——鄭州(zhou)信息(xi)科技(ji)職業學(xue)院。
河南(nan)開放(fang)(fang)大(da)學(xue)(xue)實行系統辦學(xue)(xue),現(xian)有市級(ji)電(dian)大(da)22所(suo)(suo)(含省(sheng)直(zhi)電(dian)大(da)和(he)(he)3所(suo)(suo)行業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)電(dian)大(da))、直(zhi)屬(shu)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)中(zhong)心1所(suo)(suo)、縣(xian)級(ji)電(dian)大(da)91所(suo)(suo)(含3所(suo)(suo)直(zhi)管縣(xian)級(ji)電(dian)大(da))、其(qi)他類型(xing)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)中(zhong)心19個(ge)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)現(xian)有東、西(xi)兩(liang)個(ge)校(xiao)(xiao)區,占(zhan)地總面積(ji)500畝,設(she)有8個(ge)學(xue)(xue)院、3個(ge)書院,開放(fang)(fang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)開設(she)本專(zhuan)(zhuan)科(ke)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)65個(ge),職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)開設(she)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)32個(ge);學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)現(xian)有教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工705人(ren)(ren)(ren),各類在(zai)(zai)校(xiao)(xiao)生28萬(wan)(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(開放(fang)(fang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)本專(zhuan)(zhuan)科(ke)23萬(wan)(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、網絡教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)3.1萬(wan)(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、全日制高職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)10342人(ren)(ren)(ren)、高職(zhi)擴招6182人(ren)(ren)(ren)、中(zhong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)4675人(ren)(ren)(ren))。建(jian)校(xiao)(xiao)以來(lai),培養(yang)本專(zhuan)(zhuan)科(ke)畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生98萬(wan)(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren),中(zhong)專(zhuan)(zhuan)畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生18.2萬(wan)(wan)(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren),開展(zhan)非學(xue)(xue)歷教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)培訓(xun)服(fu)務400余(yu)萬(wan)(wan)(wan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)次(ci),非學(xue)(xue)歷教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)崗位培訓(xun)、職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)資格培訓(xun)和(he)(he)考(kao)試規模穩定在(zai)(zai)每年4萬(wan)(wan)(wan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)次(ci)左右,為滿足各類人(ren)(ren)(ren)員學(xue)(xue)歷和(he)(he)履職(zhi)能力提(ti)升(sheng)需(xu)求、加快我(wo)省(sheng)高等教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)大(da)眾化進程、服(fu)務我(wo)省(sheng)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)型(xing)社(she)會建(jian)設(she)作(zuo)出了較大(da)貢獻。
近(jin)(jin)年來,學校(xiao)(xiao)深入(ru)貫(guan)徹習(xi)(xi)(xi)近(jin)(jin)平新(xin)時代中國(guo)(guo)特色(se)社會(hui)主義思想和(he)(he)習(xi)(xi)(xi)近(jin)(jin)平總書記關于教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)系(xi)(xi)列重(zhong)要講話精神,緊緊圍繞“構建(jian)全(quan)民終身(shen)學習(xi)(xi)(xi)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)”時代命(ming)題,積極(ji)探索并推(tui)進高等(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)、職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)與(yu)繼續(xu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)融合(he)(he)發展(zhan)之路,形成了多(duo)種辦學形式相(xiang)(xiang)互支(zhi)撐、相(xiang)(xiang)互促(cu)進的(de)工(gong)作格(ge)局。學校(xiao)(xiao)先(xian)后承(cheng)擔(dan)了“國(guo)(guo)家數字化學習(xi)(xi)(xi)資源(yuan)中心河(he)(he)南中心”“河(he)(he)南遠(yuan)程教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)中心”“河(he)(he)南省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社區教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)服(fu)務指導中心”“河(he)(he)南省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)終身(shen)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)學分銀(yin)行”“河(he)(he)南干部網(wang)絡學院”“河(he)(he)南教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)網(wang)絡學院”等(deng)建(jian)設(she)任務,持續(xu)擴大(da)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)務范圍,提(ti)升(sheng)辦學內涵(han),增強社會(hui)服(fu)務能(neng)(neng)力;積極(ji)開展(zhan)學習(xi)(xi)(xi)成果認(ren)定與(yu)轉(zhuan)換試(shi)點(dian)(dian)工(gong)作,探索搭(da)建(jian)終身(shen)學習(xi)(xi)(xi)“立(li)交橋(qiao)”;充(chong)分利用辦學系(xi)(xi)統力量,落實(shi)(shi)高職(zhi)擴招任務,打造了線上線下結合(he)(he)、校(xiao)(xiao)企多(duo)元(yuan)實(shi)(shi)訓的(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才培養新(xin)模(mo)式;獲(huo)批教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)部第二批人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)智能(neng)(neng)助推(tui)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊伍建(jian)設(she)試(shi)點(dian)(dian)項目(mu),推(tui)動了人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)智能(neng)(neng)與(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊伍建(jian)設(she)的(de)全(quan)面融合(he)(he)。高職(zhi)學院先(xian)后被評為河(he)(he)南省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)“品牌示范校(xiao)(xiao)”和(he)(he)“優(you)質校(xiao)(xiao)”,獲(huo)批河(he)(he)南省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)高等(deng)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學校(xiao)(xiao)高水平專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)建(jian)設(she)學校(xiao)(xiao),入(ru)選(xuan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)部現(xian)代學徒制試(shi)點(dian)(dian)和(he)(he)全(quan)國(guo)(guo)“1+X”證書制度試(shi)點(dian)(dian)院校(xiao)(xiao),成立(li)了河(he)(he)南省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)智能(neng)(neng)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)集團和(he)(he)鯤鵬(peng)產業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學院,獲(huo)批人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)智能(neng)(neng)技術及應(ying)用、智能(neng)(neng)綠色(se)建(jian)造等(deng)4個省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)級工(gong)程中心,入(ru)選(xuan)“碼(ma)農計劃”第二批試(shi)點(dian)(dian)院校(xiao)(xiao),獲(huo)批省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)示范性校(xiao)(xiao)企合(he)(he)作項目(mu)、省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)示范性虛擬仿真(zhen)實(shi)(shi)訓基地。師(shi)生在各類競賽中獲(huo)得(de)(de)國(guo)(guo)家級獎項50余項、省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)級獎項近(jin)(jin)400項,在“互聯網(wang)+”大(da)學生創新(xin)創業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)大(da)賽、全(quan)國(guo)(guo)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學校(xiao)(xiao)技能(neng)(neng)大(da)賽等(deng)多(duo)個國(guo)(guo)家級比賽中取得(de)(de)重(zhong)大(da)突破。
