1994年,孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)昌(chang)(chang)(chang)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)建縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)后更(geng)名的(de)孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)昌(chang)(chang)(chang)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)職(zhi)(zhi)業高級中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)是孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)昌(chang)(chang)(chang)電(dian)大(da)(da)的(de)前(qian)身,1995年,孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)昌(chang)(chang)(chang)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)職(zhi)(zhi)業高級中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)掛靠孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)感市(shi)廣(guang)播(bo)電(dian)視大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue),成(cheng)為孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)感市(shi)廣(guang)播(bo)電(dian)視大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)昌(chang)(chang)(chang)分校,開始招收(shou)廣(guang)播(bo)電(dian)視大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)全(quan)日(ri)制(zhi)專科學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)和(he)(he)衛星電(dian)視函授中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)專學(xue)(xue)(xue)員(yuan)。2014年孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)昌(chang)(chang)(chang)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)編委關(guan)于成(cheng)立(li)孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)昌(chang)(chang)(chang)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)繼(ji)續教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)培(pei)訓中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心的(de)批(pi)復內容指出(chu):成(cheng)立(li)孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)昌(chang)(chang)(chang)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)繼(ji)續教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)培(pei)訓中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心,與孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)昌(chang)(chang)(chang)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)等(deng)(deng)職(zhi)(zhi)業技術(shu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校合署辦公(gong),人員(yuan)編制(zhi)從孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)昌(chang)(chang)(chang)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)等(deng)(deng)職(zhi)(zhi)業技術(shu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校調劑。縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)繼(ji)續教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)培(pei)訓中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心主(zhu)要職(zhi)(zhi)責:承擔全(quan)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)(xue)教(jiao)師(shi)繼(ji)續教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)培(pei)訓、成(cheng)人教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)和(he)(he)孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)感廣(guang)播(bo)電(dian)視大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)孝(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)昌(chang)(chang)(chang)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)點(dian)日(ri)常工作。
近年來(lai),孝昌電(dian)大依托國開、省開和市校,形成了覆蓋全縣的辦學系統網絡。目(mu)前,全校共有(you)教職工23人(ren),其中(zhong)專(zhuan)職教師(shi)20人(ren),外聘兼職教師(shi)3人(ren),高級(ji)職稱14人(ren),中(zhong)級(ji)職稱9人(ren),研究生3人(ren),本科(ke)(ke)學歷18人(ren),專(zhuan)科(ke)(ke)學歷2人(ren)。
學校(xiao)現有機(ji)考(kao)教(jiao)室四個(ge)(ge),計算機(ji)170臺,辦公(gong)室7個(ge)(ge),可容納100余人的多媒體功能(neng)三個(ge)(ge),16人可坐(zuo)小型會議室兩個(ge)(ge),另在(zai)新校(xiao)區(qu)(新職高)設有考(kao)務區(qu)8個(ge)(ge)考(kao)場,一(yi)間試(shi)卷轉(zhuan)存保(bao)密室,監控設備、信號屏蔽儀一(yi)應俱全,學校(xiao)儲藏了豐富的教(jiao)學資(zi)源。學校(xiao)現有校(xiao)領導5人,平均年(nian)(nian)齡50周歲,均具有大(da)專(zhuan)(zhuan)以(yi)上(shang)學歷,平均從事教(jiao)育工作(zuo)年(nian)(nian)限15年(nian)(nian)以(yi)上(shang),校(xiao)級領導身體健康,專(zhuan)(zhuan)業知識(shi)有一(yi)定互補性,具有較高的政(zheng)治(zhi)素(su)質和學識(shi)水平,班子成員團結進取(qu),工作(zuo)積極努力(li)。
學(xue)校(xiao)實(shi)行黨支(zhi)部(bu)領導下的(de)(de)校(xiao)長負責制,既堅(jian)持重大問題由黨支(zhi)委討論(lun)決(jue)定,又注(zhu)意發揮校(xiao)長在辦(ban)學(xue)中的(de)(de)積(ji)極作用(yong)。孝昌電(dian)大的(de)(de)開辦(ban),擴大了(le)我(wo)縣的(de)(de)教育事業規模,滿足了(le)縣直各(ge)部(bu)門(men)、企事業單(dan)位以及廣(guang)大農村、基層對(dui)人才的(de)(de)急切需求。
