河南開(kai)放(fang)大(da)學(xue)(xue)是經教(jiao)育部批準,河南省人(ren)民(min)政府(fu)主辦的新(xin)型本科(ke)高等學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)。前身(shen)是創辦于1979年(nian)的河南廣播(bo)電視大(da)學(xue)(xue),2020年(nian)11月正(zheng)式(shi)更名為河南開(kai)放(fang)大(da)學(xue)(xue)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)以促進全民(min)終身(shen)學(xue)(xue)習和(he)技(ji)能社會(hui)建設(she)為使(shi)命、以現代信息(xi)技(ji)術為支撐、以“互(hu)聯(lian)網+”為特征,面(mian)向社會(hui)開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)歷教(jiao)育和(he)非(fei)學(xue)(xue)歷教(jiao)育。2009年(nian),經省政府(fu)同(tong)意,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)代管一所公(gong)辦全日制普(pu)通高職(zhi)(zhi)院校(xiao)(xiao)——鄭(zheng)州信息(xi)科(ke)技(ji)職(zhi)(zhi)業學(xue)(xue)院。
河南開(kai)(kai)放大學(xue)實行(xing)系統(tong)辦(ban)學(xue),現(xian)(xian)有(you)市級(ji)電(dian)大22所(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)(含省直電(dian)大和3所(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)電(dian)大)、直屬學(xue)習中(zhong)心1所(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)、縣級(ji)電(dian)大91所(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)(含3所(suo)(suo)(suo)(suo)直管縣級(ji)電(dian)大)、其(qi)他類(lei)(lei)型(xing)學(xue)習中(zhong)心19個(ge)(ge)(ge)。學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)現(xian)(xian)有(you)東、西兩個(ge)(ge)(ge)校(xiao)(xiao)區,占地總面積500畝,設有(you)8個(ge)(ge)(ge)學(xue)院、3個(ge)(ge)(ge)書院,開(kai)(kai)放教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)開(kai)(kai)設本專(zhuan)科(ke)(ke)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)65個(ge)(ge)(ge),職業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)開(kai)(kai)設專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)32個(ge)(ge)(ge);學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)現(xian)(xian)有(you)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職工705人(ren)(ren)(ren),各類(lei)(lei)在校(xiao)(xiao)生28萬(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(開(kai)(kai)放教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)本專(zhuan)科(ke)(ke)23萬(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、網絡(luo)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)3.1萬(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、全日制高(gao)職教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)10342人(ren)(ren)(ren)、高(gao)職擴招(zhao)6182人(ren)(ren)(ren)、中(zhong)專(zhuan)4675人(ren)(ren)(ren))。建(jian)(jian)校(xiao)(xiao)以來,培養本專(zhuan)科(ke)(ke)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生98萬(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren),中(zhong)專(zhuan)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生18.2萬(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren),開(kai)(kai)展非學(xue)歷(li)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)培訓(xun)(xun)服(fu)務(wu)400余(yu)萬(wan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)次(ci),非學(xue)歷(li)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)崗(gang)位(wei)培訓(xun)(xun)、職業(ye)(ye)資格培訓(xun)(xun)和考試規模穩定在每年4萬(wan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)次(ci)左右,為滿(man)足各類(lei)(lei)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員學(xue)歷(li)和履職能力提(ti)升需求、加快我省高(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)大眾化進程、服(fu)務(wu)我省學(xue)習型(xing)社會建(jian)(jian)設作出了較大貢獻。
近(jin)年來,學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)深入(ru)貫(guan)徹習(xi)(xi)近(jin)平(ping)新(xin)時(shi)代中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特色(se)社(she)會(hui)主義思想和(he)習(xi)(xi)近(jin)平(ping)總書記關于教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)系(xi)列重(zhong)要講話精神,緊(jin)緊(jin)圍繞(rao)“構建(jian)(jian)全民(min)終(zhong)(zhong)身(shen)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)體(ti)系(xi)”時(shi)代命題,積(ji)極探索并推(tui)進(jin)(jin)高(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)、職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)與繼續(xu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)融(rong)合(he)發展之路,形成了(le)多(duo)種辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)形式相(xiang)互(hu)支撐、相(xiang)互(hu)促進(jin)(jin)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作格局。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)先(xian)后承擔(dan)了(le)“國(guo)家數字化學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)資(zi)源中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)(nan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心”“河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)(nan)遠程(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心”“河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)社(she)區教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)服務(wu)(wu)指導(dao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心”“河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)終(zhong)(zhong)身(shen)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)分銀行”“河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)(nan)干部網絡學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)”“河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)(nan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師網絡學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)”等(deng)建(jian)(jian)設(she)任(ren)務(wu)(wu),持續(xu)擴(kuo)大(da)(da)業(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)范(fan)圍,提升辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)內涵,增(zeng)強社(she)會(hui)服務(wu)(wu)能(neng)(neng)力;積(ji)極開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)成果認定與轉換(huan)試點工(gong)(gong)作,探索搭建(jian)(jian)終(zhong)(zhong)身(shen)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)“立交橋(qiao)”;充分利(li)用辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)系(xi)統力量,落實(shi)(shi)高(gao)職(zhi)擴(kuo)招(zhao)任(ren)務(wu)(wu),打造了(le)線(xian)上線(xian)下結合(he)、校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)企(qi)多(duo)元實(shi)(shi)訓(xun)的(de)人才(cai)培養新(xin)模式;獲(huo)(huo)批教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)部第(di)二批人工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)(neng)助推(tui)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師隊伍建(jian)(jian)設(she)試點項(xiang)目,推(tui)動了(le)人工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)(neng)與教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師隊伍建(jian)(jian)設(she)的(de)全面融(rong)合(he)。高(gao)職(zhi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)先(xian)后被評(ping)為河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)“品牌(pai)示范(fan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”和(he)“優質校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”,獲(huo)(huo)批河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)等(deng)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)高(gao)水平(ping)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)建(jian)(jian)設(she)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),入(ru)選教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)部現代學(xue)(xue)(xue)徒制試點和(he)全國(guo)“1+X”證書制度試點院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),成立了(le)河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)(sheng)人工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)(neng)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)集團和(he)鯤(kun)鵬(peng)產業(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan),獲(huo)(huo)批人工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)(neng)技(ji)術及應用、智能(neng)(neng)綠色(se)建(jian)(jian)造等(deng)4個省(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)(ji)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心,入(ru)選“碼農計劃”第(di)二批試點院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),獲(huo)(huo)批省(sheng)(sheng)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)示范(fan)性校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)企(qi)合(he)作項(xiang)目、省(sheng)(sheng)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)示范(fan)性虛(xu)擬仿真實(shi)(shi)訓(xun)基(ji)地。師生(sheng)在各(ge)類競(jing)賽(sai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)獲(huo)(huo)得(de)(de)國(guo)家級(ji)(ji)獎項(xiang)50余(yu)項(xiang)、省(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)(ji)獎項(xiang)近(jin)400項(xiang),在“互(hu)聯網+”大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)創新(xin)創業(ye)(ye)(ye)大(da)(da)賽(sai)、全國(guo)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)大(da)(da)賽(sai)等(deng)多(duo)個國(guo)家級(ji)(ji)比賽(sai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)取(qu)得(de)(de)重(zhong)大(da)(da)突(tu)破(po)。
