河南開放大(da)(da)學是經教(jiao)育部批準,河南省(sheng)人民(min)政(zheng)府主辦的新型(xing)本(ben)科高等學校(xiao)。前身(shen)是創辦于1979年(nian)的河南廣播(bo)電視(shi)大(da)(da)學,2020年(nian)11月(yue)正式更名為(wei)河南開放大(da)(da)學。學校(xiao)以促進全民(min)終身(shen)學習和技能(neng)社會建設為(wei)使(shi)命、以現代(dai)信息(xi)技術為(wei)支撐、以“互聯網(wang)+”為(wei)特征,面向(xiang)社會開展學歷教(jiao)育和非(fei)學歷教(jiao)育。2009年(nian),經省(sheng)政(zheng)府同意(yi),學校(xiao)代(dai)管一所公辦全日制(zhi)普(pu)通高職院校(xiao)——鄭州信息(xi)科技職業(ye)學院。
河南開(kai)(kai)放大學(xue)(xue)實行系統辦學(xue)(xue),現(xian)有(you)市(shi)級(ji)電(dian)大22所(含省直(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)大和(he)(he)3所行業電(dian)大)、直(zhi)(zhi)屬(shu)學(xue)(xue)習中(zhong)(zhong)心1所、縣級(ji)電(dian)大91所(含3所直(zhi)(zhi)管縣級(ji)電(dian)大)、其他類型學(xue)(xue)習中(zhong)(zhong)心19個。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)現(xian)有(you)東(dong)、西兩個校(xiao)區,占地(di)總(zong)面(mian)積500畝,設(she)有(you)8個學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)、3個書院(yuan),開(kai)(kai)放教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)開(kai)(kai)設(she)本(ben)(ben)專(zhuan)科(ke)(ke)專(zhuan)業65個,職業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)開(kai)(kai)設(she)專(zhuan)業32個;學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)現(xian)有(you)教(jiao)(jiao)職工(gong)705人(ren)(ren)(ren),各類在(zai)(zai)校(xiao)生28萬(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(開(kai)(kai)放教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)本(ben)(ben)專(zhuan)科(ke)(ke)23萬(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、網(wang)絡(luo)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)3.1萬(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、全日制高職教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)10342人(ren)(ren)(ren)、高職擴招(zhao)6182人(ren)(ren)(ren)、中(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)4675人(ren)(ren)(ren))。建校(xiao)以(yi)來,培(pei)養本(ben)(ben)專(zhuan)科(ke)(ke)畢業生98萬(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren),中(zhong)(zhong)專(zhuan)畢業生18.2萬(wan)余(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren),開(kai)(kai)展非學(xue)(xue)歷教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)培(pei)訓服務400余(yu)萬(wan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)次(ci),非學(xue)(xue)歷教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)崗位培(pei)訓、職業資格(ge)培(pei)訓和(he)(he)考試(shi)規模(mo)穩定在(zai)(zai)每年4萬(wan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)次(ci)左右,為滿足各類人(ren)(ren)(ren)員學(xue)(xue)歷和(he)(he)履職能力提升需求、加快(kuai)我(wo)省高等教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)大眾化(hua)進程(cheng)、服務我(wo)省學(xue)(xue)習型社會(hui)建設(she)作出了較大貢獻。
近(jin)年(nian)來,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)深入貫徹習(xi)近(jin)平(ping)新(xin)(xin)時(shi)代(dai)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)特色社(she)會(hui)主義思想(xiang)和(he)(he)(he)習(xi)近(jin)平(ping)總書(shu)記關于教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的系(xi)列重(zhong)要講話精神,緊緊圍繞“構建(jian)(jian)(jian)全(quan)民終(zhong)(zhong)身學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)的教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)體(ti)系(xi)”時(shi)代(dai)命題(ti),積(ji)極(ji)探(tan)索并(bing)推(tui)進高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)、職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)與繼續(xu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)融合發展(zhan)之路(lu),形成了多種辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)形式相(xiang)互支撐、相(xiang)互促進的工(gong)(gong)(gong)作格局。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)先后(hou)承擔(dan)了“國(guo)(guo)家數字化學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)資源中(zhong)心河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)中(zhong)心”“河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)遠程教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)心”“河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)省社(she)區教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)服(fu)務(wu)指導(dao)中(zhong)心”“河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)省終(zhong)(zhong)身教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)分銀行”“河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)干部(bu)網(wang)絡學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院”“河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)網(wang)絡學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院”等(deng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)任務(wu),持(chi)續(xu)擴大(da)業(ye)務(wu)范(fan)(fan)圍,提升辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)內涵,增強(qiang)社(she)會(hui)服(fu)務(wu)能(neng)力;積(ji)極(ji)開展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)成果認定與轉(zhuan)換試(shi)點(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,探(tan)索搭建(jian)(jian)(jian)終(zhong)(zhong)身學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)“立(li)交橋”;充分利用辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)系(xi)統力量,落實(shi)(shi)(shi)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)擴招(zhao)任務(wu),打造了線(xian)上線(xian)下結合、校(xiao)(xiao)企(qi)多元實(shi)(shi)(shi)訓的人才培養新(xin)(xin)模式;獲批(pi)(pi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)第二批(pi)(pi)人工(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)助推(tui)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)隊伍(wu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)試(shi)點(dian)(dian)項目(mu),推(tui)動了人工(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)與教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)隊伍(wu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)的全(quan)面(mian)融合。高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院先后(hou)被(bei)評為河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)省職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)“品(pin)牌示范(fan)(fan)校(xiao)(xiao)”和(he)(he)(he)“優質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)”,獲批(pi)(pi)河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)省高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)等(deng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)水平(ping)專(zhuan)業(ye)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao),入選教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)現(xian)代(dai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)徒制試(shi)點(dian)(dian)和(he)(he)(he)全(quan)國(guo)(guo)“1+X”證書(shu)制度試(shi)點(dian)(dian)院校(xiao)(xiao),成立(li)了河(he)(he)南(nan)(nan)省人工(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)集團和(he)(he)(he)鯤鵬產業(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院,獲批(pi)(pi)人工(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)技術及(ji)應用、智能(neng)綠色建(jian)(jian)(jian)造等(deng)4個(ge)省級(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程中(zhong)心,入選“碼農計劃”第二批(pi)(pi)試(shi)點(dian)(dian)院校(xiao)(xiao),獲批(pi)(pi)省職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)示范(fan)(fan)性校(xiao)(xiao)企(qi)合作項目(mu)、省職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)示范(fan)(fan)性虛擬(ni)仿真(zhen)實(shi)(shi)(shi)訓基地。師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)在(zai)各(ge)類競賽(sai)(sai)中(zhong)獲得(de)國(guo)(guo)家級(ji)獎項50余項、省級(ji)獎項近(jin)400項,在(zai)“互聯網(wang)+”大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)創(chuang)業(ye)大(da)賽(sai)(sai)、全(quan)國(guo)(guo)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)技能(neng)大(da)賽(sai)(sai)等(deng)多個(ge)國(guo)(guo)家級(ji)比賽(sai)(sai)中(zhong)取得(de)重(zhong)大(da)突破。
河南開放(fang)大(da)學將繼續扎根中原大(da)地(di),牢牢把握(wo)“互聯網+教育”發展契機,進一步拓展辦學職能(neng)、拓寬服務范圍、提升服務能(neng)力,加快構建面向人(ren)人(ren)、適合人(ren)人(ren)、更(geng)加開放(fang)靈活(huo)的(de)教育體(ti)系(xi),打造(zao)人(ren)民群眾身邊(bian)的(de)“互聯網大(da)學”,實現“人(ren)人(ren)皆學、時(shi)時(shi)可學、處(chu)處(chu)能(neng)學”,為河南終(zhong)身教育體(ti)系(xi)構建和技能(neng)社(she)會建設(she)作(zuo)出(chu)新的(de)更(geng)大(da)貢獻。
