2 專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)內(nei)(nei)容(rong)及知(zhi)識(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi) 按(an)照(zhao)頂層(ceng)(ceng)設(she)計的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方法及培(pei)養(yang)(yang)目標和(he)(he)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)規格(ge)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),本方向專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)內(nei)(nei)容(rong)和(he)(he)知(zhi)識(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)由普通教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)內(nei)(nei)容(rong)、專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)內(nei)(nei)容(rong)和(he)(he)綜合教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)內(nei)(nei)容(rong)三大(da)部分(fen),包含10個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)知(zhi)識(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)。具(ju)體(ti)(ti)(ti)內(nei)(nei)容(rong)見表1。理(li)論(lun)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)內(nei)(nei)容(rong)與(yu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)由核心知(zhi)識(shi)單(dan)元(yuan)(必修(xiu))和(he)(he)一(yi)般(ban)知(zhi)識(shi)單(dan)元(yuan)(選修(xiu))組成,其課程可分(fen)為(wei)通識(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)課程、專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)基礎課程和(he)(he)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)特(te)(te)色(se)(se)課程三個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)層(ceng)(ceng)次。如表2所示(shi)。為(wei)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐能(neng)力和(he)(he)創新精神,根據(ju)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)目標和(he)(he)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)規格(ge)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),按(an)照(zhao)“兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)結(jie)(jie)(jie)合,三個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)層(ceng)(ceng)次,四年(nian)不斷線(xian)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)則,既“兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)結(jie)(jie)(jie)合”指(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是校內(nei)(nei)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)資源與(yu)校外實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)基地相結(jie)(jie)(jie)合,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)與(yu)科研生(sheng)(sheng)產相結(jie)(jie)(jie)合;“三個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)層(ceng)(ceng)次”是指(zhi)通識(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐、專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐和(he)(he)綜合教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐三個(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)層(ceng)(ceng)次;“四年(nian)不斷線(xian)”是指(zhi)從(cong)大(da)一(yi)開始到(dao)大(da)四,每年(nian)都(dou)組織學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)進行(xing)有關的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐。其實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)內(nei)(nei)容(rong)與(yu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)如表3所示(shi)。 3 結(jie)(jie)(jie)語 通過幾年(nian)來按(an)照(zhao)以上人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)方案(an)(an)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)施,我(wo)們(men)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)特(te)(te)點鮮明的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)應用型(xing)本科數控(kong)技術方向人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)得(de)(de)到(dao)了用人(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)認(ren)可,他們(men)在生(sheng)(sheng)產一(yi)線(xian)主要(yao)(yao)從(cong)事(shi)數控(kong)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝、制造裝備運行(xing)管理(li)以及生(sheng)(sheng)產服務等工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作。由于(yu)這些工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作崗(gang)位(wei)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)具(ju)有較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)綜合素質(zhi),除要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)有一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)理(li)論(lun)學(xue)(xue)術水平(ping)(ping)外,還(huan)應具(ju)有較(jiao)為(wei)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐經驗(yan)以及較(jiao)強的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)動(dong)手操(cao)作能(neng)力。以上人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)方案(an)(an)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)措施與(yu)活動(dong),不僅畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)理(li)論(lun)水平(ping)(ping)得(de)(de)到(dao)了提高(gao),而且他們(men)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐能(neng)力更得(de)(de)到(dao)了加強,更好地體(ti)(ti)(ti)現出(chu)應用型(xing)本科的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)特(te)(te)色(se)(se)。
