河北廣播電視大學黨委書記籍獻平同志到張家口進行調研
為(wei)推進河(he)北開放大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)體(ti)系建設,探(tan)索學(xue)(xue)歷(li)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)和社區(qu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)、老(lao)年教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)等非學(xue)(xue)歷(li)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的發展(zhan),6月(yue)19日至(zhi)20日,河(he)北電大(da)(da)黨(dang)(dang)委書(shu)記籍獻平(ping)同(tong)志先后(hou)深入到我(wo)校(xiao)及張家口(kou)東寧街社區(qu)、張家口(kou)老(lao)年大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)、懷來電大(da)(da)進行調研,我(wo)校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)委書(shu)記許桂友同(tong)志、黨(dang)(dang)委委員、副校(xiao)長張麗桃同(tong)志、紀委書(shu)記高海琴同(tong)志陪同(tong)調研。
黨委書(shu)記許桂友同志(zhi)對張家(jia)口市各縣區(qu)(qu)電(dian)大的(de)辦學形式、辦學機制、以及我市成人(ren)教育(yu)社會(hui)辦學情況(kuang)進行(xing)了(le)匯報。對老年教育(yu)、社區(qu)(qu)教育(yu)等非學歷教育(yu)從平(ping)臺建設(she)、課程整合(he)、終端(duan)服務方面與(yu)籍獻平(ping)書(shu)記進行(xing)了(le)深(shen)入(ru)交流。
在東寧街(jie)社(she)區,籍(ji)獻(xian)平書記聽取了(le)有關(guan)社(she)區教(jiao)育(yu)開展情況,并對社(she)區教(jiao)育(yu)師資(zi)、場地設備、活動開展、社(she)區人員(yuan)分布,文藝團隊(dui)年(nian)齡(ling)構成以及(ji)管理措施等方面進行了(le)指(zhi)導。
在(zai)老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),籍獻(xian)(xian)平(ping)(ping)書(shu)記(ji)參觀了老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)場所,并與(yu)(yu)張(zhang)(zhang)家(jia)口(kou)(kou)市(shi)委組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部副部長(chang)李(li)雪春、市(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)局(ju)(ju)(ju)局(ju)(ju)(ju)長(chang)馮文利、老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校長(chang)張(zhang)(zhang)云等同志(zhi)進行(xing)了座(zuo)談。籍獻(xian)(xian)平(ping)(ping)書(shu)記(ji)認為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)大(da)(da)開展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)與(yu)(yu)非學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),在(zai)很(hen)大(da)(da)程度(du)上就是“兜底”教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),按照2035中國教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)目標,建(jian)(jian)成服務全民終(zhong)身(shen)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)的(de)現代(dai)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)體(ti)系,電(dian)(dian)(dian)大(da)(da)要緊(jin)貼黨委和政府中心(xin)工作(zuo),主(zhu)動承(cheng)擔社會責任(ren),開展(zhan)(zhan)老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)開放(fang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),實行(xing)線(xian)上線(xian)下相(xiang)(xiang)結(jie)合,線(xian)上依托電(dian)(dian)(dian)大(da)(da)系統力量,利用電(dian)(dian)(dian)大(da)(da)師資(zi)人(ren)才優(you)(you)勢,為(wei)老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)提供豐(feng)富的(de)線(xian)上教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)資(zi)源,打造大(da)(da)容量、快(kuai)速的(de)老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)平(ping)(ping)臺,將(jiang)海量的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)資(zi)源傳輸到每一個(ge)線(xian)下學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)點(dian)或社區,實現“人(ren)人(ren)能(neng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、時(shi)時(shi)能(neng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、處(chu)處(chu)能(neng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”,讓(rang)(rang)眾多老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)人(ren)老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)有(you)所學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)有(you)所樂(le)。線(xian)下與(yu)(yu)老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)相(xiang)(xiang)結(jie)合,形成相(xiang)(xiang)配(pei)套(tao)的(de)體(ti)驗基地(di)。市(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)局(ju)(ju)(ju)局(ju)(ju)(ju)長(chang)馮文利表示開放(fang)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)不僅是構(gou)建(jian)(jian)終(zhong)身(shen)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)社會、健全教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)體(ti)系的(de)重要載體(ti),而且在(zai)新時(shi)代(dai)加深了老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)人(ren)的(de)組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)化(hua)程度(du),通(tong)過發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),開展(zhan)(zhan)個(ge)性化(hua)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)興趣增加了老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)人(ren)組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)化(hua)的(de)連接點(dian)。組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部副部長(chang)李(li)雪春認為(wei)文化(hua)養老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)、社會養老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)統籌起來(lai)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),讓(rang)(rang)老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)人(ren)享(xiang)受成果(guo)、身(shen)心(xin)愉悅(yue)、安度(du)晚年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)、不和社會脫節是一件利國利民的(de)好(hao)事。但是張(zhang)(zhang)家(jia)口(kou)(kou)現有(you)資(zi)源難以滿足老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)群體(ti)日益增長(chang)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)需求,全市(shi)僅有(you)的(de)一所老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)供需矛(mao)盾十分(fen)突出。而電(dian)(dian)(dian)大(da)(da)在(zai)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)遠程教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)、終(zhong)身(shen)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)方面(mian)有(you)著獨(du)特的(de)經驗與(yu)(yu)優(you)(you)勢,希望(wang)做好(hao)頂(ding)層設(she)(she)計,建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)以張(zhang)(zhang)家(jia)口(kou)(kou)為(wei)試點(dian),積極探索開展(zhan)(zhan)老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)新模(mo)式,為(wei)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)與(yu)(yu)終(zhong)身(shen)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)、建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)型社會服務。
在(zai)懷(huai)(huai)(huai)來(lai)(lai)(lai)電(dian)大,就懷(huai)(huai)(huai)來(lai)(lai)(lai)電(dian)大在(zai)學歷教(jiao)(jiao)育過程中遇到的政(zheng)(zheng)策困難(nan)、系統(tong)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)培養等方面(mian)與(yu)懷(huai)(huai)(huai)來(lai)(lai)(lai)縣(xian)教(jiao)(jiao)育局(ju)局(ju)長(chang)曹錦宏、主(zhu)管電(dian)大的副局(ju)長(chang)童(tong)曉明(ming)、懷(huai)(huai)(huai)來(lai)(lai)(lai)電(dian)大校長(chang)成德全等同志進行了深入探討。籍獻(xian)平書記強調,電(dian)大作為成人(ren)教(jiao)(jiao)育的主(zhu)力軍,要增(zeng)強質量控制意(yi)識,作為開放的辦學體系,電(dian)大要緊貼黨委和政(zheng)(zheng)府中心工作,為政(zheng)(zheng)府分憂,為地方經濟社會發展(zhan)服務。
