強化(hua)(hua)過程(cheng)(cheng)評(ping)(ping)價,高標(biao)準構(gou)建(jian)多元化(hua)(hua)學(xue)(xue)業評(ping)(ping)價體系。深入落實(shi)《深化(hua)(hua)新時代教(jiao)育評(ping)(ping)價改革(ge)總體方(fang)案》,在數(shu)理化(hua)(hua)生(sheng)等(deng)公共(gong)(gong)基礎(chu)課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)推行過程(cheng)(cheng)性評(ping)(ping)價改革(ge)。2021年,在42門(men)公共(gong)(gong)基礎(chu)課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)率先實(shi)施(shi)過程(cheng)(cheng)性評(ping)(ping)價改革(ge),累計涉及(ji)337個教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)班(ban)。細化(hua)(hua)課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)考(kao)核評(ping)(ping)價方(fang)案,全方(fang)位跟(gen)蹤了解學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)學(xue)(xue)習過程(cheng)(cheng),組(zu)織實(shi)施(shi)好期(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)考(kao)試(shi)、階段性測試(shi)、隨堂測驗和課(ke)(ke)(ke)堂討論等(deng)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)環節(jie),加(jia)強過程(cheng)(cheng)性評(ping)(ping)價的(de)結(jie)果(guo)運用。優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)學(xue)(xue)業成績(ji)構(gou)成,一般由作(zuo)(zuo)業及(ji)平時表(biao)現、階段測試(shi)、期(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)考(kao)試(shi)和期(qi)(qi)末考(kao)試(shi)等(deng)成績(ji)組(zu)成,合理確(que)定(ding)各(ge)環節(jie)占比。加(jia)大助教(jiao)配(pei)置力度,印發(fa)《研究生(sheng)助教(jiao)工作(zuo)(zuo)管(guan)理辦法(fa)》,并(bing)優(you)(you)先向公共(gong)(gong)基礎(chu)課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)傾斜,通過小班(ban)習題講解、點對(dui)點交流等(deng)方(fang)式為學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)答疑解惑、提供指導。2021—-2022學(xue)(xue)年秋季學(xue)(xue)期(qi)(qi),配(pei)置數(shu)理化(hua)(hua)生(sheng)公共(gong)(gong)基礎(chu)課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)助教(jiao)崗(gang)位410余個,占全校校設助教(jiao)崗(gang)位近50%。
