在6月(yue)5日(ri)世界環(huan)境(jing)(jing)日(ri)到來(lai)之際,中國科協生(sheng)態(tai)環(huan)境(jing)(jing)產學聯合體發(fa)布了2021年度“中國生(sheng)態(tai)環(huan)境(jing)(jing)十(shi)大科技進展”。其中,由中國生(sheng)態(tai)學會推薦(jian),蘭(lan)州大學生(sheng)態(tai)學院、草種創新與草地農業生(sheng)態(tai)系統(tong)全國重點(dian)實驗室鄧建明團(tuan)(tuan)隊與安黎(li)哲、賀(he)金生(sheng)、劉建全等(deng)團(tuan)(tuan)隊合作研究的項目《中國旱(han)區(qu)生(sheng)態(tai)系統(tong)結(jie)構與功能(neng)隨環(huan)境(jing)(jing)梯度的變化規律及其調(diao)控機制》成功入選。
研(yan)究團隊(dui)歷時8年對我國(guo)旱(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)區(qu)(qu)典型(xing)(xing)生態(tai)(tai)系(xi)統(tong)進行了大(da)尺度野(ye)外(wai)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)查(cha),收(shou)集(ji)了20000余份樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)品,結合室內實驗和(he)(he)理(li)論建(jian)模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)與模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)擬(ni)分析等研(yan)究手(shou)段,取(qu)得了以下系(xi)列研(yan)究成果:(1)創新(xin)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)地整合代謝生態(tai)(tai)理(li)論、植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)異速(su)生長理(li)論和(he)(he)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)競爭(zheng)理(li)論等,推導并建(jian)立了木本(ben)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)生物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)量分配的(de)(de)(de)一般性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)理(li)論模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)型(xing)(xing);(2)發現(xian)木本(ben)和(he)(he)草(cao)本(ben)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)根莖葉元素含量及(ji)(ji)化(hua)學計量比等功能(neng)(neng)(neng)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)狀均(jun)在干(gan)(gan)旱(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)與半干(gan)(gan)旱(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)區(qu)(qu)分界線(xian)(xian)(xian)(即干(gan)(gan)旱(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)指數(shu)0.2)發生了明顯轉(zhuan)變(bian)現(xian)象(xiang),草(cao)本(ben)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)可作為(wei)(wei)干(gan)(gan)旱(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)梯度上植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)功能(neng)(neng)(neng)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)狀變(bian)化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)負指示(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)種(zhong),而(er)木本(ben)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)可作為(wei)(wei)干(gan)(gan)旱(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)梯度上的(de)(de)(de)正指示(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)種(zhong);(3)解析了從末次(ci)間(jian)冰(bing)期到現(xian)在及(ji)(ji)未來的(de)(de)(de)2070年,不(bu)同生活(huo)型(xing)(xing)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)多(duo)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)時空動態(tai)(tai)格局及(ji)(ji)其形成機(ji)制(zhi),發現(xian)水熱因子聯合調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)控(kong)(kong)了木本(ben)和(he)(he)草(cao)本(ben)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)多(duo)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),且(qie)山地或(huo)山盆體系(xi)的(de)(de)(de)植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)多(duo)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)對氣候變(bian)化(hua)最敏(min)感;(4)厘清(qing)了土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)微生物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)多(duo)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)及(ji)(ji)生態(tai)(tai)系(xi)統(tong)多(duo)功能(neng)(neng)(neng)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)空間(jian)變(bian)化(hua)規律,發現(xian)土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)細菌(jun)和(he)(he)真菌(jun)多(duo)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)及(ji)(ji)生態(tai)(tai)系(xi)統(tong)多(duo)功能(neng)(neng)(neng)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)沿(yan)干(gan)(gan)旱(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)梯度均(jun)呈非線(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)變(bian)化(hua)趨勢,且(qie)生態(tai)(tai)系(xi)統(tong)多(duo)功能(neng)(neng)(neng)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)對干(gan)(gan)旱(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)脅迫的(de)(de)(de)響應比單個(ge)功能(neng)(neng)(neng)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)狀更(geng)加(jia)敏(min)感;(5)構建(jian)了環境脅迫-生物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)多(duo)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)-生態(tai)(tai)系(xi)統(tong)功能(neng)(neng)(neng)間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)耦合關系(xi)及(ji)(ji)作用機(ji)制(zhi),創新(xin)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)地提出了植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)和(he)(he)土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)微生物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)多(duo)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)對生態(tai)(tai)系(xi)統(tong)多(duo)功能(neng)(neng)(neng)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)控(kong)(kong)分別(bie)(bie)遵循bottom-up和(he)(he)top-down調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)控(kong)(kong)原(yuan)理(li),且(qie)該調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)控(kong)(kong)模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)式(shi)將沿(yan)干(gan)(gan)旱(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)梯度發生轉(zhuan)變(bian)的(de)(de)(de)理(li)論假(jia)說(shuo),并得到了大(da)量野(ye)外(wai)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)查(cha)和(he)(he)室內控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)實驗的(de)(de)(de)有效驗證,首次(ci)發現(xian)生物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)多(duo)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)對生態(tai)(tai)系(xi)統(tong)多(duo)功能(neng)(neng)(neng)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)控(kong)(kong)機(ji)制(zhi)將沿(yan)干(gan)(gan)旱(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)與半干(gan)(gan)旱(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)區(qu)(qu)分界線(xian)(xian)(xian)(即干(gan)(gan)旱(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)指數(shu)0.2),由半干(gan)(gan)旱(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)和(he)(he)干(gan)(gan)旱(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)半濕潤(run)區(qu)(qu)以植(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)多(duo)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)控(kong)(kong)為(wei)(wei)主的(de)(de)(de)bottom-up調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)控(kong)(kong)模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)式(shi)轉(zhuan)變(bian)為(wei)(wei)干(gan)(gan)旱(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)與極旱(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)區(qu)(qu)以土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)微生物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)多(duo)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(特別(bie)(bie)是(shi)真菌(jun))調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)控(kong)(kong)為(wei)(wei)主的(de)(de)(de)top-down調(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)控(kong)(kong)模(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)式(shi)。
上述系(xi)列研(yan)究(jiu)成(cheng)果(guo)不僅極大(da)拓展(zhan)了(le)生(sheng)態(tai)學相(xiang)關理論(lun)(lun)基(ji)(ji)礎,還為(wei)在全球變化背景下因地制宜地制定我國旱區的(de)保(bao)護政(zheng)策、生(sheng)態(tai)管理與修(xiu)復(fu)等(deng)方面提供了(le)十分重(zhong)要的(de)科學依據和理論(lun)(lun)基(ji)(ji)礎。該(gai)系(xi)列研(yan)究(jiu)成(cheng)果(guo)于2021年(nian)發表在NatureCommunications,National Science Review, Functional Ecology, Ecological Indicators等(deng)國際(ji)著名刊物上,并(bing)得到(dao)相(xiang)關領域(yu)國際(ji)專家的(de)高(gao)度(du)認(ren)可。其中,發表在Nature Communications上的(de)標志性成(cheng)果(guo),被編輯(ji)面向全球遴選為(wei)Editors’ Highlights和生(sheng)態(tai)與進化領域(yu)Top50最佳論(lun)(lun)文,且被人民日報、新(xin)華社(中文、英文線路(lu))等(deng)20余家媒(mei)體進行專題報道(dao)。

2021年(nian)度“中國生(sheng)態(tai)環(huan)(huan)境十大(da)(da)科(ke)技進(jin)(jin)展(zhan)”是由(you)兩院(yuan)院(yuan)士、中國科(ke)協生(sheng)態(tai)環(huan)(huan)境產學(xue)聯合體成(cheng)(cheng)員單位(wei)(wei)、高校(xiao)和科(ke)研(yan)(yan)院(yuan)所推薦(jian),由(you)15位(wei)(wei)院(yuan)士組成(cheng)(cheng)評(ping)委會(hui)評(ping)議投票產生(sheng)的(de)(de)。此次的(de)(de)年(nian)度評(ping)選(xuan),旨在(zai)推動(dong)生(sheng)態(tai)環(huan)(huan)境領(ling)域(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)基礎(chu)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)和科(ke)技創(chuang)新,充分展(zhan)示和宣(xuan)傳我(wo)國生(sheng)態(tai)環(huan)(huan)境領(ling)域(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)重(zhong)大(da)(da)科(ke)技成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)。2021年(nian)度入選(xuan)的(de)(de)進(jin)(jin)展(zhan)內容反映了(le)我(wo)國生(sheng)態(tai)環(huan)(huan)境科(ke)技領(ling)域(yu)(yu)(yu)前(qian)沿發展(zhan)動(dong)態(tai),在(zai)引領(ling)生(sheng)態(tai)環(huan)(huan)境領(ling)域(yu)(yu)(yu)技術(shu)創(chuang)新,鼓(gu)勵生(sheng)態(tai)環(huan)(huan)境科(ke)學(xue)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu),營造社(she)會(hui)創(chuang)新氛圍(wei),提高公眾(zhong)環(huan)(huan)保意識方(fang)(fang)面(mian)起(qi)到了(le)積(ji)極的(de)(de)作用,影響深遠,意義(yi)重(zhong)大(da)(da)。蘭州大(da)(da)學(xue)生(sheng)態(tai)學(xue)院(yuan)科(ke)研(yan)(yan)團(tuan)隊的(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)功入選(xuan),充分彰(zhang)顯了(le)蘭州大(da)(da)學(xue)生(sheng)態(tai)學(xue)院(yuan)在(zai)生(sheng)態(tai)環(huan)(huan)境領(ling)域(yu)(yu)(yu)基礎(chu)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)方(fang)(fang)面(mian)取得的(de)(de)重(zhong)大(da)(da)突(tu)破,同時也是生(sheng)態(tai)學(xue)院(yuan)師生(sheng)扎根(gen)西(xi)部、服務區域(yu)(yu)(yu)乃至國家(jia)重(zhong)大(da)(da)戰略(lve)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)。
