7月27日,南開大學(xue)和(he)(he)中國(guo)人(ren)民(min)大學(xue)聯合舉(ju)辦2024國(guo)際貨幣論壇。論壇上,《人(ren)民(min)幣國(guo)際化報告2024》重(zhong)磅(bang)發布。來(lai)自(zi)國(guo)內金融管理部門、高校、科研院(yuan)所和(he)(he)金融實(shi)業界的知名專家學(xue)者齊聚南開大學(xue),圍繞“全球供應鏈與金融強國(guo)”展開研討。

《人民幣國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)化(hua)(hua)報告2024》以(yi)“可(ke)持(chi)(chi)(chi)續(xu)(xu)全球供(gong)(gong)應(ying)(ying)(ying)鏈(lian)(lian)(lian)體系(xi)(xi)與(yu)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)貨(huo)幣金(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)變革”為主題(ti)(ti),系(xi)(xi)統闡述(shu)了(le)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)貨(huo)幣金(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)改(gai)革對(dui)全球供(gong)(gong)應(ying)(ying)(ying)鏈(lian)(lian)(lian)可(ke)持(chi)(chi)(chi)續(xu)(xu)發展(zhan)具有(you)(you)重(zhong)要意(yi)義,充分論證了(le)一(yi)國(guo)(guo)(guo)貨(huo)幣金(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)體系(xi)(xi)服務于全球供(gong)(gong)應(ying)(ying)(ying)鏈(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)可(ke)持(chi)(chi)(chi)續(xu)(xu)發展(zhan)將有(you)(you)助于該國(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)金(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)現(xian)代化(hua)(hua)和(he)貨(huo)幣國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)化(hua)(hua)進程。課題(ti)(ti)組從國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)貨(huo)幣金(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)視角出發,聚焦金(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)體系(xi)(xi)如何支(zhi)持(chi)(chi)(chi)全球供(gong)(gong)應(ying)(ying)(ying)鏈(lian)(lian)(lian)體系(xi)(xi)的(de)可(ke)持(chi)(chi)(chi)續(xu)(xu)性、如何通過金(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)支(zhi)持(chi)(chi)(chi)保障(zhang)功能(neng)來(lai)普遍提升全球供(gong)(gong)應(ying)(ying)(ying)鏈(lian)(lian)(lian)上各國(guo)(guo)(guo)(地區)福利水(shui)平等(deng)問題(ti)(ti),為探討國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)貨(huo)幣金(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)體系(xi)(xi)與(yu)可(ke)持(chi)(chi)(chi)續(xu)(xu)全球供(gong)(gong)應(ying)(ying)(ying)鏈(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)關(guan)系(xi)(xi)提供(gong)(gong)了(le)一(yi)個理論分析框架。

報告(gao)重(zhong)點討(tao)論了金(jin)(jin)融(rong)服(fu)務全(quan)(quan)球供(gong)應(ying)鏈可(ke)持(chi)續(xu)發展(zhan)的(de)三大功能(neng):資(zi)金(jin)(jin)融(rong)通(tong)、風險管(guan)理和跨境支(zhi)付(fu)。報告(gao)認為,越(yue)是處于全(quan)(quan)球供(gong)應(ying)鏈重(zhong)要位置的(de)經濟體(ti),其通(tong)過金(jin)(jin)融(rong)服(fu)務功能(neng)來提升供(gong)應(ying)鏈合作伙伴的(de)福(fu)利水平、增強全(quan)(quan)球供(gong)應(ying)鏈韌(ren)性的(de)效果(guo)越(yue)是顯著,而且伴隨(sui)一國(guo)金(jin)(jin)融(rong)體(ti)系(xi)服(fu)務全(quan)(quan)球供(gong)應(ying)鏈可(ke)持(chi)續(xu)發展(zhan)的(de)能(neng)力提高,該國(guo)貨(huo)幣(bi)的(de)國(guo)際使用基礎也必(bi)然更加(jia)夯實。同(tong)時,本報告(gao)也梳理了全(quan)(quan)球供(gong)應(ying)鏈面臨(lin)的(de)主要問題(ti)和挑戰,基于對國(guo)際貨(huo)幣(bi)金(jin)(jin)融(rong)體(ti)系(xi)服(fu)務全(quan)(quan)球供(gong)應(ying)鏈包(bao)容、綠(lv)色可(ke)持(chi)續(xu)發展(zhan)的(de)現狀分析,提出了相應(ying)的(de)政策(ce)建(jian)議(yi)。
論(lun)壇還設(she)有(you)“全(quan)(quan)球(qiu)(qiu)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)應鏈與金融(rong)高(gao)質量發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)”“全(quan)(quan)球(qiu)(qiu)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)應鏈發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)與國際金融(rong)變革”“數字(zi)人民(min)幣國際化”三場分論(lun)壇,與會嘉賓分別圍繞“全(quan)(quan)球(qiu)(qiu)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)應鏈與中(zhong)國的科技金融(rong)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)”“全(quan)(quan)球(qiu)(qiu)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)應鏈穩定與金融(rong)系統性(xing)風險防范”“人民(min)幣國際化與全(quan)(quan)球(qiu)(qiu)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)應鏈”“金融(rong)開(kai)放與全(quan)(quan)球(qiu)(qiu)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)應鏈合作”等話題展(zhan)開(kai)深入研討。

據悉(xi),國(guo)際(ji)貨幣(bi)(bi)論(lun)壇(tan)(tan)是國(guo)際(ji)性年(nian)度(du)論(lun)壇(tan)(tan),自2012年(nian)以來已舉辦十(shi)二屆。論(lun)壇(tan)(tan)發布(bu)《人民幣(bi)(bi)國(guo)際(ji)化報告》,并對(dui)國(guo)際(ji)金(jin)融領域(yu)的重(zhong)要理(li)(li)論(lun)和現象進行深入探討。論(lun)壇(tan)(tan)吸引了來自歐、美(mei)、亞(ya)、非等地區科研院所、政府部門和金(jin)融機構的著名專家學者參(can)與(yu)討論(lun)。國(guo)際(ji)貨幣(bi)(bi)論(lun)壇(tan)(tan)自舉辦以來,不(bu)僅(jin)關注國(guo)內金(jin)融熱(re)點,更有國(guo)際(ji)視野的延(yan)伸展望(wang),聚焦人民幣(bi)(bi)國(guo)際(ji)化,探索新興市場貨幣(bi)(bi)危機,深度(du)交流國(guo)際(ji)市場走向,實(shi)現理(li)(li)論(lun)與(yu)實(shi)踐的相互切磋。
