  建強師資隊伍,夯實“上好思政課”的力量。牢(lao)牢(lao)抓(zhua)住教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)關鍵隊伍,重視(shi)梯隊建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she),著(zhu)力(li)(li)(li)打造政(zheng)(zheng)治強、情懷深、思(si)(si)(si)(si)維新、視(shi)野廣(guang)、自律(lv)嚴、人(ren)格正的(de)思(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)資力(li)(li)(li)量(liang)(liang)。一(yi)是(shi)積極選(xuan)育(yu)名(ming)(ming)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)骨干。實施思(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)學名(ming)(ming)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)培(pei)育(yu)計劃,通過(guo)配(pei)備責(ze)任(ren)(ren)團(tuan)(tuan)隊、委托教(jiao)研(yan)項目、研(yan)學研(yan)修等方式,大力(li)(li)(li)選(xuan)拔培(pei)育(yu)優秀思(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)。建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)多個思(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)“名(ming)(ming)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工作室”,明(ming)確青年(nian)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)培(pei)養、師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)資培(pei)訓、對口幫扶、示范(fan)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)等重點任(ren)(ren)務(wu),切實發揮(hui)好(hao)輻射帶(dai)動(dong)作用(yong)。二是(shi)服務(wu)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)成(cheng)長發展(zhan)。啟動(dong)思(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)數據(ju)平臺(tai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she),圍繞教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)成(cheng)長發展(zhan)要素(su),向教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)精準(zhun)推(tui)送學習(xi)資源,為(wei)思(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)學改革賦能(neng)提(ti)(ti)效。打造崗前、專(zhuan)(zhuan)項、示范(fan)等全(quan)員(yuan)培(pei)訓項目,設(she)(she)立思(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)學研(yan)究(jiu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)項等,出(chu)臺(tai)職稱單(dan)(dan)列計劃、單(dan)(dan)設(she)(she)標準(zhun)、單(dan)(dan)獨(du)評審政(zheng)(zheng)策,切實保(bao)障思(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)各項待遇保(bao)障落地落實。三是(shi)推(tui)動(dong)整(zheng)體能(neng)力(li)(li)(li)提(ti)(ti)升。建(jian)(jian)(jian)立常(chang)態(tai)化聽課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)制度,統一(yi)規(gui)范(fan)聽課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)記(ji)錄表(biao),推(tui)動(dong)思(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)全(quan)員(yuan)融(rong)入問題(ti)式專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)化團(tuan)(tuan)隊教(jiao)學改革,提(ti)(ti)高教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學質量(liang)(liang)。組織4000余名(ming)(ming)思(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),緊密結合學習(xi)貫(guan)徹黨的(de)二十大精神等,自選(xuan)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)、全(quan)員(yuan)“曬課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)”,積極營造比學趕(gan)幫超的(de)良好(hao)氛圍,持(chi)續提(ti)(ti)升思(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)鑄(zhu)魂育(yu)人(ren)的(de)能(neng)力(li)(li)(li)水平,為(wei)“大思(si)(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)”建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)提(ti)(ti)供有力(li)(li)(li)支撐保(bao)障。
