為貫(guan)徹落實習近(jin)平(ping)總書記在(zai)全國教育(yu)(yu)大(da)會(hui)上的(de)重要講(jiang)話、對學校(xiao)(xiao)思政(zheng)課(ke)建設的(de)重要指示精神,充分發(fa)(fa)揮共(gong)(gong)青(qing)團(tuan)在(zai)高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)學生(sheng)思想政(zheng)治工作(zuo)中的(de)主力(li)軍作(zuo)用,守正創新(xin)(xin)推(tui)動(dong)高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)思政(zheng)課(ke)建設內涵式發(fa)(fa)展(zhan),共(gong)(gong)青(qing)團(tuan)中央、教育(yu)(yu)部近(jin)日聯合印發(fa)(fa)《關于在(zai)新(xin)(xin)時代新(xin)(xin)征程高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)思政(zheng)課(ke)建設中進一步發(fa)(fa)揮共(gong)(gong)青(qing)團(tuan)作(zuo)用的(de)實施(shi)意(yi)見(jian)》(以下簡稱《意(yi)見(jian)》)。
《意見》指(zhi)(zhi)出,要以習(xi)近平新時代中國(guo)特色(se)社會主義(yi)思(si)想為指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao),緊緊圍繞立德樹人根本任(ren)務(wu),充分發(fa)(fa)揮共青團(tuan)組織育(yu)人、實(shi)踐育(yu)人、文(wen)化育(yu)人、網絡育(yu)人等優勢,不斷加(jia)強(qiang)和(he)改(gai)進新時代學校(xiao)思(si)想政治教育(yu),積極探索思(si)政課建設(she)新路徑(jing)與內涵式(shi)發(fa)(fa)展新模(mo)式(shi),教育(yu)引(yin)導(dao)青年(nian)學生(sheng)為以中國(guo)式(shi)現代化全面推進中華民(min)族偉大復興貢獻青春力量。

《意見》強調,各(ge)省級(ji)團(tuan)委要(yao)將推(tui)動思政(zheng)課(ke)內涵式(shi)發(fa)展作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)共青(qing)團(tuan)在(zai)(zai)高校學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)思想政(zheng)治工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中發(fa)揮主力(li)軍(jun)作(zuo)(zuo)用的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)內容,每年專題(ti)研(yan)究部(bu)署、定期總結分析、完善(shan)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)措施、持續落(luo)實(shi)落(luo)細。各(ge)級(ji)教育部(bu)門對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校進(jin)行黨建(jian)(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)、辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)質量、學(xue)(xue)(xue)科建(jian)(jian)設(she)等評價中,要(yao)將共青(qing)團(tuan)參與(yu)思政(zheng)課(ke)建(jian)(jian)設(she)成效(xiao)列為(wei)重(zhong)要(yao)觀測點。各(ge)高校團(tuan)委要(yao)在(zai)(zai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校黨委領導下加強部(bu)門、院(系)溝通協同(tong),明確在(zai)(zai)思政(zheng)課(ke)建(jian)(jian)設(she)中的(de)職責任務、工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)接口和實(shi)施方式(shi),注(zhu)重(zhong)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)效(xiao),防止形(xing)式(shi)主義。
