10月26日下午(wu),鑄(zhu)牢中華民族共(gong)同體意(yi)識研究院成立(li)大會暨鑄(zhu)牢中華民族共(gong)同體意(yi)識思政課系列(lie)講座啟動儀式舉行。中國人民大學校長林尚立(li)、副(fu)(fu)校長王易出(chu)席(xi),黨委副(fu)(fu)書記齊鵬(peng)飛(fei)主(zhu)持,百余名(ming)專家和學生代表參加。
今年四(si)月,中(zhong)國人民(min)大(da)(da)學正式進入中(zhong)央(yang)統(tong)戰(zhan)部(bu)(bu)、中(zhong)央(yang)宣傳(chuan)部(bu)(bu)、教(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)(bu)和國家民(min)委四(si)部(bu)(bu)委批準的鑄牢(lao)中(zhong)華民(min)族(zu)共同(tong)體意(yi)(yi)識研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)基(ji)地的28家高校(xiao)科研(yan)(yan)院(yuan)所名單。以(yi)此為契機,中(zhong)國人民(min)大(da)(da)學決定整合包括已建成的國家民(min)委中(zhong)華民(min)族(zu)共同(tong)體研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)基(ji)地、教(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)(bu)民(min)族(zu)教(jiao)育(yu)發展中(zhong)心等各方面(mian)力量,成立(li)鑄牢(lao)中(zhong)華民(min)族(zu)共同(tong)體意(yi)(yi)識研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)院(yuan),構筑(zhu)新的學術創新平(ping)臺和智庫建設(she)平(ping)臺,全力推進此專題領域的研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)工作。

林尚立在講話中表示,中華民(min)族共(gong)同體(ti)意(yi)識是國(guo)家統一之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)基(ji)、民(min)族團結(jie)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)本、精神力量之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)魂。
強(qiang)化思想(xiang)(xiang)引領,打造自主的民族(zu)理(li)論(lun)知識(shi)體(ti)系(xi)。要(yao)堅(jian)持以習近(jin)平新時代中(zhong)國(guo)特色社會主義思想(xiang)(xiang)為指導,加強(qiang)習近(jin)平總書記關于(yu)加強(qiang)和改(gai)進民族(zu)工(gong)作的重要(yao)論(lun)述研究,形成具有中(zhong)國(guo)特色、中(zhong)國(guo)風格、中(zhong)國(guo)氣派的民族(zu)理(li)論(lun)知識(shi)體(ti)系(xi)。
加(jia)強中(zhong)華(hua)民(min)(min)族史(shi)(shi)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu),著力(li)中(zhong)華(hua)民(min)(min)族共(gong)同(tong)(tong)體(ti)重大基礎性(xing)問題(ti)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)。要深入分(fen)析馬(ma)克思主義經(jing)典作家的(de)共(gong)同(tong)(tong)體(ti)思想(xiang),系統性(xing)地梳理中(zhong)國共(gong)產黨一百年來的(de)民(min)(min)族工作歷(li)程和實踐經(jing)驗,深化中(zhong)華(hua)民(min)(min)族共(gong)同(tong)(tong)體(ti)歷(li)史(shi)(shi)、中(zhong)華(hua)民(min)(min)族多元(yuan)一體(ti)格局的(de)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu),堅持(chi)從中(zhong)華(hua)民(min)(min)族共(gong)同(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)高度(du)掌握歷(li)史(shi)(shi)敘述(shu)權和話語權。
結(jie)合治國(guo)理政生動實(shi)(shi)踐,推(tui)進重大現實(shi)(shi)問題研究(jiu)。要整合經濟(ji)學、人(ren)口學、社會學等領(ling)域研究(jiu)力(li)量,從多(duo)個(ge)角(jiao)度(du)深入探討各民族(zu)交往、交流、交融的實(shi)(shi)踐路(lu)徑和政策保障,為推(tui)進鑄牢中華民族(zu)共同體意識(shi)和民族(zu)團(tuan)結(jie)提供智力(li)支持和實(shi)(shi)踐指導(dao)。
建好一(yi)體(ti)化大(da)課(ke)堂,打造(zao)鑄(zhu)牢中華(hua)(hua)民(min)族共同體(ti)意識的思(si)政金課(ke)。要以(yi)研究院(yuan)為平臺,帶頭推(tui)動中華(hua)(hua)民(min)族共同體(ti)教育(yu)大(da)中小幼一(yi)體(ti)化發展,在(zai)各個層(ceng)級學生中開展鑄(zhu)牢中華(hua)(hua)民(min)族共同體(ti)意識教育(yu),讓中華(hua)(hua)民(min)族共同體(ti)意識根植青少年學生心靈(ling)深處。

麻(ma)國(guo)慶圍繞主題(ti)從三方(fang)面進(jin)行闡(chan)釋:一是學(xue)(xue)科群是研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華民(min)(min)族共(gong)同(tong)體的(de)重要支撐(cheng)。要具有中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華民(min)(min)族和中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華民(min)(min)族共(gong)同(tong)體的(de)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)意(yi)識(shi),加強(qiang)考古學(xue)(xue)、語言學(xue)(xue)、人類學(xue)(xue)和民(min)(min)族學(xue)(xue)等多(duo)學(xue)(xue)科的(de)密切合作,推進(jin)歷時性(xing)、經驗性(xing)、共(gong)時性(xing)和發展性(xing)的(de)多(duo)維度鑄牢(lao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華民(min)(min)族共(gong)同(tong)體意(yi)識(shi)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)。
二是關于(yu)中華民(min)(min)(min)族之于(yu)民(min)(min)(min)族范疇(chou)的(de)思考。麻國慶以“國家(jia)”和“民(min)(min)(min)族”的(de)基(ji)本含義為切入點(dian),基(ji)于(yu)來(lai)自文本與田野的(de)豐富資(zi)料,回顧和討論了關于(yu)“中華民(min)(min)(min)族”“少(shao)數民(min)(min)(min)族”等(deng)概念的(de)建構問題。
三是從中(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)民(min)(min)(min)族(zu)(zu)共同性到中(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)民(min)(min)(min)族(zu)(zu)共同體。各民(min)(min)(min)族(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)分合(he)過(guo)程逐漸整合(he)了中(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)民(min)(min)(min)族(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)共同性,“合(he)之又合(he)”是中(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)民(min)(min)(min)族(zu)(zu)共同體形(xing)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)在運行機制。各民(min)(min)(min)族(zu)(zu)歷(li)史(shi)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)遷移、融合(he),使得在中(zhong)(zhong)國境內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)民(min)(min)(min)族(zu)(zu)形(xing)成(cheng)了你中(zhong)(zhong)有我、我中(zhong)(zhong)有你的(de)(de)(de)(de)多元一體格(ge)局。
中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)是(shi)一個統一的(de)多民族(zu)國(guo)(guo)家(jia),在現(xian)代(dai)化道路上(shang)推動各民族(zu)共(gong)同繁榮(rong)(rong)發展(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)式(shi)現(xian)代(dai)化的(de)題中(zhong)應有之義。要為共(gong)同繁榮(rong)(rong)發展(zhan)(zhan)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)學理支撐,進一步加強對民族(zu)地(di)區支持(chi)政策(ce)和實施鄉村(cun)振(zhen)興戰略等(deng)方面(mian)的(de)研究,為推進中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)式(shi)現(xian)代(dai)化提(ti)(ti)供(gong)智力(li)支持(chi),為其他多民族(zu)發展(zhan)(zhan)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)邁向(xiang)現(xian)代(dai)化提(ti)(ti)供(gong)有益(yi)借鑒。
齊鵬飛在主持總結中(zhong)表示(shi),本次講(jiang)座從歷(li)史到(dao)現實、從中(zhong)國到(dao)世界、從理論到(dao)實踐三方(fang)面闡釋了不同(tong)(tong)學科對(dui)中(zhong)華(hua)民族(zu)共同(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)的研(yan)(yan)究成果和(he)研(yan)(yan)究進(jin)展,明(ming)確了開展鑄牢(lao)中(zhong)華(hua)民族(zu)共同(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)意(yi)識(shi)(shi)研(yan)(yan)究需要關(guan)注的前(qian)沿問題(ti),對(dui)未來鑄牢(lao)中(zhong)華(hua)民族(zu)共同(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)意(yi)識(shi)(shi)研(yan)(yan)究院的工(gong)作開展極具(ju)啟(qi)發(fa)性。
此外,為積極促(cu)進鑄牢(lao)中(zhong)華民族(zu)共同(tong)體(ti)(ti)意識學術研究(jiu)成(cheng)果(guo)的溝(gou)通(tong)交(jiao)流,10月27日(ri),由(you)中(zhong)國人(ren)民大學鑄牢(lao)中(zhong)華民族(zu)共同(tong)體(ti)(ti)意識研究(jiu)院(yuan)、中(zhong)華民族(zu)共同(tong)體(ti)(ti)研究(jiu)基地主辦的“中(zhong)國人(ren)民大學鑄牢(lao)中(zhong)華民族(zu)共同(tong)體(ti)(ti)意識高端論壇2023”舉行。
論(lun)壇由主(zhu)旨論(lun)壇“馬克思(si)主(zhu)義民(min)族(zu)理論(lun)中國(guo)化(hua)時代化(hua)的自主(zhu)知(zhi)識體(ti)系建構”和(he)兩個平行論(lun)壇“中華民(min)族(zu)交往交流交融的歷史(shi)與(yu)現(xian)狀”和(he)“各民(min)族(zu)走向(xiang)共(gong)同(tong)繁榮與(yu)現(xian)代化(hua)”構成(cheng)。
