3月(yue)23日,教育(yu)(yu)部(bu)召開新聞發布會,介紹2022年(nian)(nian)全(quan)國教育(yu)(yu)事(shi)業發展基(ji)本情況。據教育(yu)(yu)部(bu)職(zhi)業教育(yu)(yu)與成人教育(yu)(yu)司副司長林宇(yu)介紹,2022年(nian)(nian),全(quan)國已有超過一半(ban)的中(zhong)職(zhi)畢(bi)業生升(sheng)入高(gao)職(zhi)(專科(ke)(ke))和本科(ke)(ke)繼續(xu)學習(xi)。同樣,高(gao)職(zhi)畢(bi)業生在保(bao)持高(gao)就業率的同時,現在每(mei)年(nian)(nian)也有接近1/5的學生實現升(sheng)學深造。

林宇(yu)介紹,職業(ye)教育(yu)(yu)作為國(guo)民教育(yu)(yu)體系(xi)和人(ren)力資源開發(fa)的(de)重要(yao)組成部分,作為與普通教育(yu)(yu)具有同等重要(yao)地位的(de)教育(yu)(yu)類型,教育(yu)(yu)部堅持(chi)立足(zu)服(fu)務學生(sheng)的(de)全面發(fa)展和經濟社會發(fa)展,按照經濟社會發(fa)展需要(yao),不(bu)斷推動(dong)職業(ye)教育(yu)(yu)與普通教育(yu)(yu)協(xie)調發(fa)展。
從(cong)結構質量(liang)看,不(bu)斷推進高(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)階段(duan)和高(gao)(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)育階段(duan)的(de)普職協調發展(zhan)。高(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)階段(duan),全國目前有中(zhong)(zhong)等(deng)職業學(xue)校9752所(suo)(含(han)技工學(xue)校),2022年招(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)650.69萬人(ren),占(zhan)高(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)階段(duan)教(jiao)育招(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)的(de)40.71%;在校生(sheng)1784.61萬人(ren),占(zhan)高(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)階段(duan)教(jiao)育的(de)39.67%;高(gao)(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)育階段(duan),高(gao)(gao)職(含(han)職業本(ben)科)學(xue)校1521所(suo),2022年招(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)546.61萬人(ren)(不(bu)含(han)五年制高(gao)(gao)職轉入專(zhuan)科招(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)54.29萬人(ren)),連(lian)續4年超過普通(tong)本(ben)科招(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)規(gui)模(mo)。當前,中(zhong)(zhong)等(deng)職業教(jiao)育和高(gao)(gao)等(deng)職業教(jiao)育發展(zhan)的(de)重(zhong)點都在于加強內涵(han)建(jian)設、提高(gao)(gao)培養質量(liang)和適應性(xing),進而(er)提升(sheng)吸引力(li)和社(she)會形象(xiang),豐富國家教(jiao)育體系(xi)的(de)多(duo)樣性(xing),為(wei)全面建(jian)設社(she)會主義現代(dai)化國家培養更多(duo)高(gao)(gao)素(su)質技術技能(neng)人(ren)才、能(neng)工巧匠、大國工匠。
從學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)發展(zhan)看,堅持拓寬職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)發展(zhan)通道(dao)。根據產業(ye)(ye)升級調整(zheng)需要(yao)和社會新增勞動力受教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)年(nian)限提升規律,逐步引導中(zhong)等職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)在(zai)堅持職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)人才培養要(yao)求的(de)(de)基礎上,通過中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)貫通、中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)本銜(xian)接、完善職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)高(gao)(gao)考等,為有(you)意(yi)愿(yuan)夠(gou)條件的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)提供(gong)多種就業(ye)(ye)、升學(xue)(xue)(xue)發展(zhan)路徑。去(qu)年(nian),全國(guo)已有(you)超(chao)過一半的(de)(de)中(zhong)職(zhi)(zhi)畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)升入高(gao)(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)(專科)和本科繼續學(xue)(xue)(xue)習。同樣,高(gao)(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)保(bao)持高(gao)(gao)就業(ye)(ye)率的(de)(de)同時,現在(zai)每年(nian)也有(you)接近(jin)1/5的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)實現升學(xue)(xue)(xue)深造。
從職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)普(pu)(pu)融(rong)(rong)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)看,推(tui)(tui)進職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育與各(ge)學(xue)段普(pu)(pu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)教(jiao)(jiao)育滲透融(rong)(rong)合(he),推(tui)(tui)動兩類教(jiao)(jiao)育在(zai)各(ge)成(cheng)體(ti)系(xi)的(de)基(ji)礎上實現(xian)溝(gou)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)銜接、融(rong)(rong)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)發展。這一點上,各(ge)地成(cheng)功的(de)做法很多(duo)。例如(ru):有的(de)地方充分(fen)發揮職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)學(xue)校(xiao)專業(ye)(ye)優勢,面(mian)向中(zhong)小學(xue)開展職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)啟蒙教(jiao)(jiao)育、勞動實踐教(jiao)(jiao)育,引導青少年(nian)樹立技(ji)能報國(guo)、技(ji)能成(cheng)才的(de)理(li)念;有的(de)地方在(zai)高(gao)中(zhong)階(jie)段教(jiao)(jiao)育職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)普(pu)(pu)融(rong)(rong)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)方面(mian),推(tui)(tui)動職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)學(xue)校(xiao)和(he)普(pu)(pu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)高(gao)中(zhong)課程互選、學(xue)分(fen)互認、資源互通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、學(xue)籍互轉,鼓勵學(xue)生(sheng)在(zai)規則的(de)基(ji)礎上自主選擇職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育和(he)普(pu)(pu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)教(jiao)(jiao)育;有的(de)地方在(zai)高(gao)等教(jiao)(jiao)育階(jie)段職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)普(pu)(pu)融(rong)(rong)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)方面(mian),支持高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)專科(ke)和(he)普(pu)(pu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)本科(ke)聯合(he)辦(ban)學(xue)、貫通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)培養,努(nu)力為每一個人(ren)創(chuang)造人(ren)生(sheng)出彩的(de)機(ji)會。
