11月15日,第(di)二(er)屆高(gao)校辦(ban)公室主任工(gong)作創(chuang)新(xin)與發展(zhan)論壇(tan)在(zai)重慶(qing)舉(ju)辦(ban)。作為第(di)62屆中(zhong)國(guo)高(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)博覽會的學(xue)(xue)術活動之一,本次論壇(tan)由中(zhong)國(guo)高(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)會指導,中(zhong)國(guo)高(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)會秘書學(xue)(xue)專業委(wei)員會支持(chi),首都師范(fan)大學(xue)(xue)、中(zhong)國(guo)高(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)培訓中(zhong)心主辦(ban),西南石油大學(xue)(xue)、辦(ban)公室業務(wu)雜志(zhi)社等(deng)承辦(ban)。論壇(tan)以(yi)“守正創(chuang)新(xin):提高(gao)高(gao)校辦(ban)公室管理能力”為主題(ti),吸引了全(quan)國(guo)50余所高(gao)校近(jin)100名嘉(jia)賓代(dai)表參會。

張文忠在致辭中(zhong)表示,學習(xi)貫徹習(xi)近平總書記在全(quan)國教(jiao)育大會上(shang)的(de)重要(yao)講(jiang)話(hua)是(shi)高(gao)(gao)校辦公室(shi)主(zhu)任的(de)重要(yao)任務(wu)(wu)(wu)。各(ge)(ge)高(gao)(gao)校各(ge)(ge)單位辦公室(shi)主(zhu)任要(yao)深入(ru)學習(xi)貫徹中(zhong)央政策(ce)精神和教(jiao)育有關部署,促進(jin)辦公室(shi)工(gong)作全(quan)面創(chuang)新(xin)(xin),助(zhu)力高(gao)(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)育跨越式(shi)高(gao)(gao)質量發展(zhan),為中(zhong)國式(shi)現(xian)代化做出新(xin)(xin)的(de)貢獻。他(ta)提出五點希(xi)望:第(di)一,完(wan)善(shan)內部治理(li),加強(qiang)辦事機構建設,推動(dong)專委會自(zi)身規范化發展(zhan)。第(di)二,堅持“學術立(li)會”,不斷提升秘書學科的(de)學術地位和社會影響力。第(di)三,推動(dong)“服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)興會”,有效提升高(gao)(gao)質量社會服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)能(neng)力。第(di)四,踐行“創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)強(qiang)會”,全(quan)面深化教(jiao)育綜合改革力度,以實踐活動(dong)和培訓為抓手,有效發揮橋(qiao)梁(liang)紐帶作用,更廣泛深入(ru)團結引領(ling)各(ge)(ge)理(li)事成(cheng)員及單位。

宋軍在(zai)(zai)致辭中表示,高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)辦公室作為(wei)綜(zong)合辦事機構,擔負著監(jian)督、協調(diao)、溝(gou)通(tong)等(deng)(deng)職能(neng),為(wei)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)管(guan)理提(ti)供建(jian)設性和(he)參考性意(yi)見(jian),當(dang)好領導的參謀和(he)助(zhu)手,保(bao)障教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)學工(gong)作有條不紊地開展。隨著教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)體制改革(ge)的不斷深(shen)入,高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)管(guan)理和(he)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)管(guan)理發(fa)生了很大變化。要求(qiu)高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)辦公室業務要順應形勢、優化管(guan)理觀(guan)念,滿足教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)體制改革(ge)需(xu)求(qiu);健(jian)全管(guan)理制度(du),提(ti)高(gao)辦公室管(guan)理整體服(fu)務水平;強化人才建(jian)設,提(ti)升辦公室管(guan)理人員(yuan)整體素質,在(zai)(zai)管(guan)理服(fu)務、行政(zheng)監(jian)管(guan)、綜(zong)合協調(diao)等(deng)(deng)職能(neng)方面尋求(qiu)新的工(gong)作突破(po),培養志趣高(gao)雅的思想(xiang)境界(jie),打造高(gao)素質工(gong)作團隊,以(yi)努力奮進的精神狀態,創造一流的工(gong)作業績。
