抓(zhua)政(zheng)治引領。堅(jian)持(chi)(chi)用習(xi)近(jin)平(ping)新時代中國(guo)特色社(she)會主義思想鑄魂育人(ren)(ren)(ren),成立習(xi)近(jin)平(ping)總(zong)書(shu)記(ji)致哈(ha)爾濱(bin)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)大學建校(xiao)(xiao)100周年(nian)賀(he)信(xin)精神(shen)宣講(jiang)團,由(you)校(xiao)(xiao)領導帶隊,深入(ru)(ru)一校(xiao)(xiao)三區、重(zhong)點用人(ren)(ren)(ren)單位、校(xiao)(xiao)友、選調生等,宣講(jiang)習(xi)近(jin)平(ping)總(zong)書(shu)記(ji)賀(he)信(xin)精神(shen)的豐(feng)富內涵、哈(ha)工(gong)(gong)大建校(xiao)(xiao)百年(nian)的優良傳統、哈(ha)工(gong)(gong)大師(shi)者為(wei)黨(dang)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)為(wei)國(guo)育才(cai)的感人(ren)(ren)(ren)故事以(yi)(yi)及哈(ha)工(gong)(gong)大人(ren)(ren)(ren)二十年(nian)磨一劍、為(wei)國(guo)家鑄重(zhong)器的奮斗事跡(ji),凝聚人(ren)(ren)(ren)心、鼓舞士氣。把習(xi)近(jin)平(ping)總(zong)書(shu)記(ji)賀(he)信(xin)精神(shen)全(quan)面融入(ru)(ru)“思政(zheng)課(ke)(ke)程+課(ke)(ke)程思政(zheng)”教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學改革,建立由(you)278名學校(xiao)(xiao)負責(ze)同(tong)志、中層干部、學生思想政(zheng)治工(gong)(gong)作者以(yi)(yi)及重(zhong)點行業(ye)(ye)產業(ye)(ye)領域專(zhuan)家組成的思政(zheng)實(shi)踐(jian)課(ke)(ke)師(shi)資庫,啟動(dong)習(xi)近(jin)平(ping)總(zong)書(shu)記(ji)賀(he)信(xin)精神(shen)專(zhuan)題思政(zheng)實(shi)踐(jian)課(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)學,策劃設計課(ke)(ke)件包,支持(chi)(chi)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)深入(ru)(ru)新生群體講(jiang)好賀(he)信(xin)精神(shen),為(wei)學生打下堅(jian)實(shi)的愛國(guo)榮校(xiao)(xiao)烙印,切實(shi)推(tui)動(dong)習(xi)近(jin)平(ping)總(zong)書(shu)記(ji)賀(he)信(xin)精神(shen)落細落實(shi)、入(ru)(ru)腦(nao)入(ru)(ru)心。
抓典型(xing)引路。在重大攻關、急(ji)難險重、愛崗敬業(ye)等(deng)關鍵任務和日(ri)常(chang)考驗中堅持并持續完善選樹(shu)典型(xing)機制。創(chuang)新設(she)置校、院(yuan)、支(zhi)部(bu)三級榜(bang)樣(yang)庫,完善立德樹(shu)人(ren)(ren)榮譽表彰激勵體系(xi),設(she)立立德樹(shu)人(ren)(ren)獎(jiang)、立德樹(shu)人(ren)(ren)先(xian)(xian)(xian)進(jin)導師獎(jiang)等(deng),遴選300余名師生(sheng)進(jin)入榜(bang)樣(yang)庫,按需(xu)組(zu)建各類(lei)先(xian)(xian)(xian)進(jin)事(shi)跡報(bao)告(gao)團(tuan)(tuan),廣(guang)泛開展宣講(jiang)。組(zu)建離退休教(jiao)職工“正能量”宣講(jiang)團(tuan)(tuan)、劉永坦(tan)院(yuan)士(shi)先(xian)(xian)(xian)進(jin)事(shi)跡報(bao)告(gao)團(tuan)(tuan)、哈工大“八百壯士(shi)”先(xian)(xian)(xian)進(jin)事(shi)跡報(bao)告(gao)團(tuan)(tuan)、“青春的(de)(de)選擇(ze)”大學(xue)生(sheng)先(xian)(xian)(xian)進(jin)事(shi)跡報(bao)告(gao)團(tuan)(tuan)等(deng),深入師生(sheng)群體宣講(jiang)校訓傳統、講(jiang)成長故事(shi)、談(tan)家(jia)國情懷(huai),累(lei)計(ji)宣講(jiang)300余場,覆蓋13余萬(wan)人(ren)(ren)次,積極營造處處有(you)典型(xing)、人(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)學(xue)典型(xing)、人(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)爭當典型(xing)的(de)(de)良好(hao)氛圍(wei)。
抓品(pin)牌(pai)帶動(dong)(dong)。堅(jian)持(chi)以品(pin)牌(pai)化(hua)思維推動(dong)(dong)思政工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)提質增效,每年立項品(pin)牌(pai)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)200余項,定期開展(zhan)品(pin)牌(pai)案(an)例征集展(zhan)示(shi)。發(fa)揮全(quan)媒體傳播優勢,講好品(pin)牌(pai)故事,培育(yu)出(chu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)雷(lei)鋒小組、黨員服(fu)務站、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)風督導隊等一批思政工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)品(pin)牌(pai)。組建以曲擁措姆工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室為代表的多民族(zu)互幫(bang)互助(zhu)平臺(tai)(tai),匯聚全(quan)校志(zhi)愿者“一對一”幫(bang)扶少(shao)數(shu)民族(zu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng),促(cu)進各民族(zu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)“像(xiang)石榴籽(zi)那(nei)樣緊緊地抱(bao)在(zai)一起”, 真正做(zuo)到政治上(shang)(shang)關心、生(sheng)活(huo)上(shang)(shang)關愛(ai)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)上(shang)(shang)幫(bang)扶、文(wen)化(hua)上(shang)(shang)融通。運用信息(xi)化(hua)、智能(neng)化(hua)手段全(quan)方(fang)位(wei)助(zhu)力學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)就業(ye)創業(ye),研發(fa)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)職(zhi)業(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)和就業(ye)信息(xi)化(hua)平臺(tai)(tai),通過(guo)對畢業(ye)生(sheng)和用人單位(wei)精準“畫像(xiang)”,推動(dong)(dong)實現供需雙方(fang)精準“握手”、“靶向”匹配,彰顯了思政工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的“新動(dong)(dong)能(neng)”。
抓校(xiao)訓育人。大力(li)弘揚(yang)“規格嚴格、功夫到(dao)家”的校(xiao)訓精神,深入(ru)(ru)開(kai)展“哈工(gong)(gong)大規格”“哈工(gong)(gong)大功夫”大討論、“校(xiao)友說校(xiao)訓”活動,開(kai)設“哈工(gong)(gong)大追夢人”專欄,講好哈工(gong)(gong)大校(xiao)訓故事。通過集體(ti)宣誓、校(xiao)史宣講等方式,讓新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)、畢(bi)業生(sheng)(sheng)、新(xin)入(ru)(ru)職教職工(gong)(gong)銘(ming)記責任(ren)、竭誠奉(feng)獻(xian)、忠誠報效。在紀念建(jian)校(xiao)百(bai)年(nian)系列活動期間(jian),將(jiang)校(xiao)訓傳統、精神文化深度融(rong)入(ru)(ru)活動各(ge)環節(jie)、全(quan)過程,為(wei)廣大師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)上了一堂生(sheng)(sheng)動的思想政治課和校(xiao)訓傳統課。
