重慶大學認真(zhen)學習(xi)貫徹黨的(de)二十大精神,深入落實習(xi)近平(ping)總(zong)書記關(guan)于教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)重要論述(shu),主(zhu)動適應新(xin)一輪科技(ji)革(ge)(ge)命和產業變(bian)革(ge)(ge)新(xin)趨勢,緊(jin)(jin)緊(jin)(jin)圍繞國(guo)家重大戰略和區域經濟社會發展(zhan)需要,以(yi)推進國(guo)家卓越工(gong)程師學院(yuan)建設為抓手,持續深化工(gong)程教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)改(gai)革(ge)(ge),探(tan)索構建中國(guo)特色、世界(jie)一流的(de)工(gong)程教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)體(ti)系,不斷提(ti)升工(gong)程技(ji)術人才培養質量,努力(li)為打造世界(jie)工(gong)程創新(xin)中心和人才高地(di)作出(chu)積極貢(gong)獻。
強化組織領導,完善人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)體系。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)黨(dang)委(wei)將卓(zhuo)(zhuo)越(yue)(yue)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)納入重(zhong)要議事(shi)日程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),列入學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)“十四(si)五”發展規劃(hua),黨(dang)委(wei)常委(wei)會會議、校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)辦公會議定(ding)期(qi)專題研(yan)(yan)究,以(yi)培(pei)養(yang)模(mo)式改革為(wei)(wei)核心,產(chan)(chan)教(jiao)融合培(pei)養(yang)為(wei)(wei)紐(niu)帶,體制機制創新(xin)為(wei)(wei)保障,努力構(gou)(gou)建具有(you)鮮明特色的(de)(de)卓(zhuo)(zhuo)越(yue)(yue)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)體系。以(yi)獲批國家卓(zhuo)(zhuo)越(yue)(yue)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)建設(she)(she)高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)為(wei)(wei)契機,成(cheng)立(li)作為(wei)(wei)實體化辦學(xue)(xue)平臺(tai)的(de)(de)國家卓(zhuo)(zhuo)越(yue)(yue)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師學(xue)(xue)院(yuan),匯聚(ju)(ju)企(qi)業、科(ke)研(yan)(yan)機構(gou)(gou)和(he)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)內優質(zhi)資源(yuan),在師資引進(jin)、績效(xiao)評價、項(xiang)目支持(chi)(chi)、實驗室建設(she)(she)等方(fang)面(mian)制定(ding)專項(xiang)方(fang)案(an),統籌推進(jin)卓(zhuo)(zhuo)越(yue)(yue)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)。實施“產(chan)(chan)教(jiao)融合協同發展計(ji)劃(hua)”,校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)領導帶頭走訪相(xiang)關(guan)企(qi)業、科(ke)研(yan)(yan)院(yuan)所(suo),支持(chi)(chi)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)、教(jiao)師主動(dong)對接(jie)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)外資源(yuan),持(chi)(chi)續完善校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)企(qi)協同育人(ren)(ren)平臺(tai)體系,集聚(ju)(ju)多(duo)方(fang)力量(liang)開展關(guan)鍵技術攻關(guan)、高(gao)層次人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)和(he)一流(liu)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)建設(she)(she),不斷(duan)推動(dong)教(jiao)育鏈(lian)、人(ren)(ren)才(cai)鏈(lian)與創新(xin)鏈(lian)、產(chan)(chan)業鏈(lian)有(you)效(xiao)對接(jie)。如,與重(zhong)慶(qing)市兩江新(xin)區(qu)、相(xiang)關(guan)企(qi)業合作成(cheng)立(li)“重(zhong)慶(qing)大學(xue)(xue)—明月湖新(xin)工科(ke)教(jiao)育科(ke)創平臺(tai)”,以(yi)科(ke)創項(xiang)目為(wei)(wei)驅動(dong)開展多(duo)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)的(de)(de)交(jiao)叉研(yan)(yan)究,著(zhu)力構(gou)(gou)建產(chan)(chan)學(xue)(xue)研(yan)(yan)合作育人(ren)(ren)、合作發展的(de)(de)工作格局。
突出交(jiao)叉融合(he),優(you)化學科(ke)(ke)(ke)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)布局。實施“工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)科(ke)(ke)(ke)革新(xin)登(deng)峰行動”,調(diao)整優(you)化、升級改造(zao)傳統(tong)(tong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)科(ke)(ke)(ke)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye),增設人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)、數(shu)據(ju)(ju)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學與(yu)大(da)(da)數(shu)據(ju)(ju)技(ji)術等新(xin)興專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye),主(zhu)動布局未來(lai)戰(zhan)略必爭領域(yu)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)。加快推動工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)研究(jiu)生培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)改革專(zhuan)(zhuan)項試(shi)點(dian),實施“研究(jiu)生教育(yu)高質量發展行動計(ji)劃(hua)”,探(tan)索(suo)推進“定制化人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)項目”“工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)博士領軍人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)計(ji)劃(hua)”等,引導支持工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)研究(jiu)生積極參與(yu)重(zhong)大(da)(da)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學問(wen)題(ti)和工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)技(ji)術難題(ti)研究(jiu)。統(tong)(tong)籌運用(yong)行業(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)技(ji)術優(you)勢(shi)與(yu)學校學科(ke)(ke)(ke)資源(yuan),大(da)(da)力推進特色課程(cheng)建設,探(tan)索(suo)構(gou)建多(duo)學科(ke)(ke)(ke)交(jiao)叉的項目制課程(cheng)體(ti)系。圍繞行業(ye)(ye)領域(yu)關鍵技(ji)術需求(qiu),系統(tong)(tong)設計(ji)智(zhi)慧能(neng)源(yuan)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)母機(ji)、智(zhi)能(neng)網聯汽車等專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)課程(cheng)體(ti)系與(yu)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)方(fang)案,開設“機(ji)器學習”“智(zhi)能(neng)駕駛算法”“工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)數(shu)值計(ji)算方(fang)法”等20余門(men)課程(cheng);聚焦(jiao)新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)科(ke)(ke)(ke)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)需求(qiu),開設通識(shi)、科(ke)(ke)(ke)學、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)科(ke)(ke)(ke)學、設計(ji)等跨學科(ke)(ke)(ke)課程(cheng),以及“科(ke)(ke)(ke)技(ji)發展史”“產品設計(ji)”“機(ji)器人(ren)(ren)數(shu)學”等特色課程(cheng),推動優(you)勢(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)科(ke)(ke)(ke)與(yu)其他學科(ke)(ke)(ke)融合(he)創新(xin),積極探(tan)索(suo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)教育(yu)的新(xin)理念(nian)、新(xin)標準、新(xin)模式。
拓展(zhan)(zhan)平(ping)臺載(zai)體,增強學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)實(shi)踐能力(li)。依托(tuo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)與企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)全(quan)國(guo)重點實(shi)驗室(shi)(shi)、工(gong)程(cheng)中心等(deng)科(ke)研平(ping)臺資源(yuan),規劃(hua)建造(zao)芯片與傳感器、高性能電機(ji)與控制、車(che)聯網(wang)、先進(jin)機(ji)器人、自(zi)(zi)主智(zhi)能系統軟件等(deng)8個主題實(shi)驗室(shi)(shi),組(zu)(zu)織進(jin)駐學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)進(jin)行(xing)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習與科(ke)研,著力(li)提升學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)解決復雜工(gong)程(cheng)問題的(de)(de)能力(li)。與相(xiang)關(guan)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)合(he)作(zuo)共建智(zhi)能網(wang)聯、車(che)聯網(wang)等(deng)智(zhi)能網(wang)聯汽車(che)創(chuang)新平(ping)臺,配備(bei)自(zi)(zi)動導航機(ji)器人、智(zhi)能載(zai)人船、自(zi)(zi)動駕(jia)駛作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)(ye)車(che)等(deng)實(shi)驗設備(bei),為開展(zhan)(zhan)項(xiang)目(mu)制課程(cheng)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)夯實(shi)條件保障。將企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)程(cheng)實(shi)踐中的(de)(de)“真問題”“真需(xu)求”融入(ru)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)和(he)實(shi)踐內容,對(dui)參與培(pei)(pei)養改革的(de)(de)碩士(shi)研究生(sheng)、博(bo)士(shi)研究生(sheng),分別實(shi)行(xing)累計不低于(yu)1年(nian)、2年(nian)的(de)(de)工(gong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)交替培(pei)(pei)養,組(zu)(zu)織學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)在企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)“真環境”中開展(zhan)(zhan)工(gong)程(cheng)實(shi)踐,不斷提升人才培(pei)(pei)養與企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)需(xu)求的(de)(de)契合(he)度。積極引進(jin)國(guo)外優質(zhi)工(gong)程(cheng)教(jiao)育(yu)資源(yuan),依托(tuo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)研究生(sheng)國(guo)際(ji)培(pei)(pei)養交流(liu)計劃(hua)和(he)合(he)作(zuo)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)海(hai)外機(ji)構,組(zu)(zu)織學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)赴國(guo)外一流(liu)大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、相(xiang)關(guan)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)海(hai)外基地開展(zhan)(zhan)交流(liu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習、工(gong)程(cheng)實(shi)踐等(deng),努力(li)幫助學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)拓展(zhan)(zhan)國(guo)際(ji)視野、提高實(shi)踐能力(li)。利(li)用大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)技園、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)實(shi)習實(shi)踐基地等(deng),鼓(gu)勵學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)積極開展(zhan)(zhan)實(shi)習實(shi)踐和(he)科(ke)技成(cheng)果轉化,加(jia)大對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)優質(zhi)創(chuang)新項(xiang)目(mu)的(de)(de)資助力(li)度,激(ji)發學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)創(chuang)新意識和(he)創(chuang)新潛(qian)能。
深(shen)化(hua)校企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)合作(zuo),創新(xin)協(xie)同(tong)(tong)育人(ren)模式。創新(xin)人(ren)才(cai)選(xuan)拔機制,建(jian)立校企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)聯合招生(sheng)(sheng)專家(jia)組,共同(tong)(tong)確(que)定(ding)協(xie)同(tong)(tong)攻關(guan)(guan)課題(ti)清單(dan),并(bing)根據清單(dan)內容制定(ding)招生(sheng)(sheng)計劃。結合考(kao)生(sheng)(sheng)提(ti)交(jiao)的(de)研(yan)究方(fang)案,通(tong)過“面(mian)試+項目”的(de)評(ping)價方(fang)式選(xuan)拔具有專業(ye)潛質的(de)優(you)秀人(ren)選(xuan),累計招收智(zhi)慧能源、人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能、智(zhi)能網聯汽車等(deng)9個方(fang)向的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)碩士(shi)(shi)、博(bo)士(shi)(shi)研(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)200余人(ren)。探索校企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)聯合培養(yang)模式,不斷促進師(shi)資(zi)互(hu)通(tong)、課程(cheng)打通(tong)、平臺融通(tong)、政策暢通(tong),以產(chan)(chan)業(ye)和(he)技術發展的(de)最新(xin)需(xu)求推(tui)動(dong)人(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)方(fang)式改革。以“一(yi)(yi)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)一(yi)(yi)中(zhong)心”為(wei)目標(biao),與相關(guan)(guan)龍頭企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)共建(jian)智(zhi)慧能源、智(zhi)能網聯汽車等(deng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)師(shi)技術中(zhong)心,不斷完善(shan)實踐教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)體系。強(qiang)化(hua)校企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)才(cai)雙(shuang)向流動(dong),從校內相關(guan)(guan)專業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)和(he)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)高級研(yan)發人(ren)員(yuan)中(zhong)選(xuan)聘工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)師(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院專職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi),建(jian)立高水平導師(shi)庫(ku),在招生(sheng)(sheng)指(zhi)標(biao)、培養(yang)經費等(deng)方(fang)面(mian)給予傾(qing)斜(xie)支持(chi);選(xuan)派專家(jia)教(jiao)(jiao)授到(dao)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)任職(zhi)(zhi)、選(xuan)派企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)優(you)秀工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)技術人(ren)員(yuan)到(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院任職(zhi)(zhi),不斷強(qiang)化(hua)師(shi)資(zi)隊伍的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)和(he)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)實踐能力(li)(li)。改革學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)評(ping)價方(fang)式,突破(po)傳統以學(xue)(xue)(xue)分與論文為(wei)核心的(de)單(dan)一(yi)(yi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)評(ping)價體系,將(jiang)創新(xin)實踐能力(li)(li)納入學(xue)(xue)(xue)位要求,多(duo)維評(ping)價學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)綜合素質,推(tui)動(dong)形成(cheng)“企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)出(chu)題(ti)、高校答題(ti)、校企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)聯合攻關(guan)(guan)”的(de)良(liang)好局(ju)面(mian),著力(li)(li)培養(yang)一(yi)(yi)批高素質、復合型(xing)的(de)卓越工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)人(ren)才(cai),為(wei)區域經濟(ji)社(she)會發展和(he)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)轉型(xing)升級提(ti)供人(ren)才(cai)和(he)智(zhi)力(li)(li)支持(chi)。
