  華東理工大學認真學習(xi)(xi)貫徹習(xi)(xi)近(jin)平總書記(ji)關(guan)于教(jiao)育(yu)的重(zhong)要論述(shu),深(shen)入落(luo)實(shi)(shi)教(jiao)育(yu)部關(guan)于高校(xiao)教(jiao)師(shi)思想(xiang)政治和(he)師(shi)德(de)(de)師(shi)風建(jian)設(she)工作的部署要求,在夯實(shi)(shi)體制(zhi)機制(zhi)建(jian)設(she)、加強(qiang)思想(xiang)價值引領、選樹宣傳(chuan)優秀(xiu)典型(xing)、堅持(chi)師(shi)德(de)(de)第一標準、開展(zhan)師(shi)德(de)(de)警示教(jiao)育(yu)等方(fang)面把(ba)準重(zhong)點、深(shen)化落(luo)實(shi)(shi),以(yi)“四個注(zhu)重(zhong)”扎實(shi)(shi)推進教(jiao)師(shi)思想(xiang)政治和(he)師(shi)德(de)(de)師(shi)風建(jian)設(she),努力建(jian)設(she)政治素(su)質(zhi)過(guo)硬、業(ye)務能力精(jing)湛、育(yu)人水平高超的高素(su)質(zhi)教(jiao)師(shi)隊伍。

  注重(zhong)體制(zhi)機(ji)制(zhi)建(jian)設,把(ba)握方向聚合力。成立由(you)黨(dang)委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)書記、校(xiao)(xiao)長任主(zhu)(zhu)任的師(shi)(shi)德建(jian)設委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)員會(hui),統籌學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)師(shi)(shi)德建(jian)設各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),加快構建(jian)黨(dang)委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)集中統一領導,黨(dang)政(zheng)齊抓(zhua)共管(guan),黨(dang)委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)部統籌協(xie)調,各(ge)部門履職(zhi)盡責(ze)、協(xie)同(tong)配合的教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)格局。學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)黨(dang)委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)常委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)會(hui)每學(xue)期(qi)專題研究(jiu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)思想政(zheng)治(zhi)和師(shi)(shi)德師(shi)(shi)風建(jian)設,把(ba)握教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)思想動態(tai),解決教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)關心關切的重(zhong)大問題。加強黨(dang)委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)部建(jian)設,選(xuan)優配強工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)力量,由(you)人事(shi)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)、科研等部門負責(ze)人兼任副部長,進一步(bu)明確相關部門在教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)思想政(zheng)治(zhi)和師(shi)(shi)德師(shi)(shi)風建(jian)設工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中的職(zhi)責(ze)任務,并完善(shan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)例(li)會(hui)制(zhi)度,加強分工(gong)(gong)協(xie)作(zuo)、協(xie)同(tong)聯動。制(zhi)定《華東(dong)理工(gong)(gong)大學(xue)關于加強二級黨(dang)組(zu)織教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)思想政(zheng)治(zhi)和師(shi)(shi)德師(shi)(shi)風建(jian)設工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的意見》,壓(ya)實二級黨(dang)組(zu)織主(zhu)(zhu)體責(ze)任,注重(zhong)發揮教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)黨(dang)支部在教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)成長和管(guan)理各(ge)環節的政(zheng)治(zhi)和師(shi)(shi)德“雙把(ba)關”作(zuo)用。

  注重思想(xiang)政(zheng)(zheng)治(zhi)引領,固本(ben)培(pei)元育(yu)(yu)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德。常態化開(kai)展教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)思想(xiang)政(zheng)(zheng)治(zhi)和(he)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)風教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu),將(jiang)習近平(ping)總書記關(guan)于教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)重要論(lun)述納(na)入教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)理論(lun)學(xue)(xue)習計劃(hua)、組(zu)織生活指導(dao)性計劃(hua)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)崗前和(he)在崗培(pei)訓學(xue)(xue)習內容(rong)等。實施(shi)每周(zhou)二(er)下午(wu)全校教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)理論(lun)學(xue)(xue)習制度,重點做好新(xin)進(jin)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)、留學(xue)(xue)歸國教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、研(yan)究(jiu)生導(dao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、班導(dao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、輔導(dao)員等群體的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)引導(dao)。加強教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)“四史”學(xue)(xue)習教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu),扎實開(kai)展黨(dang)史學(xue)(xue)習教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu),在教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)黨(dang)員中開(kai)展“師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)語(yu)明(ming)志話百年 師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)道有方踐初心”等系列活動,進(jin)一步激勵廣大教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)永(yong)遠跟黨(dang)走、奮進(jin)新(xin)征程(cheng)。累計立(li)(li)項(xiang)140余(yu)門課(ke)程(cheng)思政(zheng)(zheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)改(gai)革示范課(ke)程(cheng),打造“微言師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)說”師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德建(jian)設微窗口,引導(dao)廣大教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)守好講臺主陣地,提升師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德素養。累計立(li)(li)項(xiang)106項(xiang)校級教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)思政(zheng)(zheng)和(he)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)風建(jian)設專項(xiang)研(yan)究(jiu)課(ke)題(ti),促(cu)進(jin)廣大教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)深(shen)入思考(kao)和(he)探(tan)索,提升新(xin)時代教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)思政(zheng)(zheng)和(he)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)風建(jian)設的(de)成效。

  注重優秀典(dian)型選樹(shu),爭先創優鑄師(shi)(shi)魂(hun)。充(chong)分運用(yong)學(xue)校新聞(wen)網、黨委教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作部微信公眾號等平(ping)臺,構筑起多層(ceng)次、多角度優秀教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)典(dian)型宣傳矩陣,塑造“榜(bang)樣在(zai)身邊、人(ren)人(ren)可學(xue)做”的良好(hao)環境(jing)。每年(nian)舉辦教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)節(jie)慶(qing)祝(zhu)大會,表彰在(zai)教(jiao)(jiao)書(shu)育人(ren)等各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作中取(qu)得突(tu)出成(cheng)績的教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)個人(ren)和集體;在(zai)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)入職(zhi)、榮休等節(jie)點,開展線(xian)(xian)上(shang)線(xian)(xian)下相(xiang)結合的祝(zhu)福活動,厚植校園師(shi)(shi)道文(wen)化。近年(nian)來,學(xue)校2個團(tuan)隊先后入選“全(quan)國(guo)高校黃大年(nian)式教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)團(tuan)隊”,涌現(xian)出一批全(quan)國(guo)先進(jin)工(gong)(gong)作者、上(shang)海市科技功臣、上(shang)海市教(jiao)(jiao)書(shu)育人(ren)楷模等先進(jin)典(dian)型。

  注重師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)(de)(de)第一標準(zhun),抓常(chang)抓長見長效。完善師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)(de)(de)管理(li)制(zhi)度,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)先后出(chu)臺《教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)(de)(de)失范(fan)處(chu)理(li)辦法》《教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工處(chu)分暫行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)規(gui)定》《學(xue)(xue)術不(bu)端行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)為(wei)處(chu)理(li)辦法及實(shi)施細(xi)則》《關于落(luo)實(shi)研究生(sheng)(sheng)導師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)立德(de)(de)(de)(de)樹人職(zhi)責的(de)實(shi)施細(xi)則》等(deng)制(zhi)度規(gui)范(fan),進一步明確紅(hong)線底線、強(qiang)化行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)為(wei)約束。加(jia)強(qiang)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)(de)(de)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)風(feng)(feng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),組(zu)織全體教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)工學(xue)(xue)習《新時(shi)代高(gao)校(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)職(zhi)業(ye)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)為(wei)十項(xiang)準(zhun)則》,提高(gao)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)思(si)想(xiang)自覺、行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)動自覺。嚴(yan)格(ge)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)(de)(de)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)風(feng)(feng)考核(he),規(gui)范(fan)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)黨委、二級(ji)黨組(zu)織、教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)黨支部(bu)(bu)三級(ji)聯動的(de)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)(de)(de)考核(he)流程,將教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)思(si)想(xiang)政治素(su)質和(he)(he)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)(de)(de)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)風(feng)(feng)作(zuo)為(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)招聘引進、職(zhi)稱評審、崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)聘用、導師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)遴選、評優獎勵、聘期考核(he)、項(xiang)目(mu)申報等(deng)的(de)首要要求和(he)(he)第一標準(zhun)。注重考核(he)結果運(yun)用,師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)(de)(de)考核(he)不(bu)合(he)格(ge)者(zhe)年度考核(he)評定為(wei)不(bu)合(he)格(ge),并取消在(zai)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)職(zhi)稱評聘、崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)聘用、評優獎勵、項(xiang)目(mu)申報和(he)(he)研究生(sheng)(sheng)招生(sheng)(sheng)等(deng)方面(mian)的(de)資格(ge)。強(qiang)化師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)(de)(de)警(jing)(jing)示(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu),在(zai)黨委教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工作(zuo)部(bu)(bu)網站、微信公眾號等(deng)開設“警(jing)(jing)示(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)”專(zhuan)欄,編印《師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)(de)(de)警(jing)(jing)示(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)案(an)例(li)匯(hui)編》,以鮮活的(de)案(an)例(li)和(he)(he)深刻的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)訓加(jia)強(qiang)警(jing)(jing)示(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)。組(zu)建(jian)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)(de)(de)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)風(feng)(feng)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)督導隊,對師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)(de)(de)失范(fan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)為(wei)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)嚴(yan)肅調查處(chu)理(li)。
