  廈門(men)大學認真貫徹落(luo)實習近平總書記關(guan)于(yu)教(jiao)育的重(zhong)(zhong)要論述、關(guan)于(yu)數(shu)(shu)字中(zhong)國建設(she)的重(zhong)(zhong)要指示精神,把信(xin)息化建設(she)作為推動學校高質(zhi)量發展的重(zhong)(zhong)要戰略抓手,持續強化系統設(she)計、多元投入、課(ke)程建設(she)、教(jiao)師培訓等工作,推動信(xin)息技(ji)術與教(jiao)育教(jiao)學深度融合,積極探索(suo)信(xin)息時代(dai)教(jiao)育治理和人才培養新模式,努(nu)力(li)推進數(shu)(shu)字化轉型(xing),賦能學校事業(ye)高質(zhi)量發展。

  強化(hua)系統設計,構(gou)建(jian)數字教(jiao)育(yu)新(xin)格局(ju)(ju)。成(cheng)(cheng)立網絡安全與(yu)(yu)(yu)信(xin)息(xi)化(hua)建(jian)設領(ling)導小組,完(wan)善(shan)工(gong)作體制(zhi)機制(zhi),構(gou)建(jian)“部門(men)協同、校院聯動(dong)”的(de)信(xin)息(xi)化(hua)工(gong)作格局(ju)(ju),搭(da)建(jian)“信(xin)息(xi)、平臺(tai)、教(jiao)師、學(xue)(xue)生”四大服務支(zhi)撐體系。優化(hua)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)專業(ye)布局(ju)(ju),新(xin)增人(ren)工(gong)智能(neng)、數據科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)與(yu)(yu)(yu)大數據技術(shu)、網絡空(kong)間安全等本科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)專業(ye),新(xin)增集(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)電路科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)與(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)程一級學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)博士學(xue)(xue)位(wei)授(shou)權(quan)點(dian)(dian)、電子信(xin)息(xi)博士專業(ye)學(xue)(xue)位(wei)授(shou)權(quan)點(dian)(dian);成(cheng)(cheng)立人(ren)工(gong)智能(neng)研究院,打造跨學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)拔(ba)尖人(ren)才(cai)高地(di)。修訂人(ren)才(cai)培養方案,要求各專業(ye)培養方案與(yu)(yu)(yu)信(xin)息(xi)時(shi)代(dai)學(xue)(xue)生學(xue)(xue)習方式的(de)變化(hua)相適應,著(zhu)力(li)培養學(xue)(xue)生解決(jue)復雜問題(ti)的(de)能(neng)力(li)。

  強化(hua)(hua)多元(yuan)投(tou)入(ru),推進教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務新基建。實(shi)(shi)施教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)硬件設(she)施優化(hua)(hua)改(gai)造工程,建設(she)一(yi)批(pi)(pi)智慧教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)室(shi),探索翻轉課(ke)(ke)堂(tang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、混合(he)式(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)模(mo)式(shi)。搭建數(shu)字教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)管(guan)理服(fu)(fu)(fu)務平臺(tai)(tai),啟(qi)用教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)室(shi)錄播資(zi)源、標準化(hua)(hua)考場監控管(guan)理平臺(tai)(tai),構建全方位聯動的(de)智能信息服(fu)(fu)(fu)務體(ti)(ti)(ti)系,支撐線(xian)上(shang)線(xian)下混合(he)式(shi)研(yan)修模(mo)式(shi)和教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務管(guan)理。上(shang)線(xian)本研(yan)一(yi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)化(hua)(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)務系統,建立(li)“課(ke)(ke)程體(ti)(ti)(ti)系一(yi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)化(hua)(hua)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)資(zi)源調度一(yi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)化(hua)(hua)、師生(sheng)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務管(guan)理一(yi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)化(hua)(hua)”的(de)本碩博人(ren)才培(pei)(pei)養服(fu)(fu)(fu)務管(guan)理平臺(tai)(tai)。建設(she)集評價管(guan)理、巡課(ke)(ke)簽(qian)到、移動評教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)、聽課(ke)(ke)評價、改(gai)進反饋等功能于一(yi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)智慧課(ke)(ke)程教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)評價系統,推進實(shi)(shi)施本科課(ke)(ke)程教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)評價,為提高教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)質量、優化(hua)(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)決策提供科學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)依(yi)據和數(shu)據支撐。利用虛擬現實(shi)(shi)、人(ren)機(ji)交互(hu)等技術(shu)打造虛擬仿(fang)真(zhen)實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)與實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)課(ke)(ke)程,培(pei)(pei)養學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)綜合(he)設(she)計(ji)和創新能力,醫學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)虛擬仿(fang)真(zhen)等3個實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)中(zhong)心獲(huo)批(pi)(pi)國家級(ji)虛擬仿(fang)真(zhen)實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)中(zhong)心。加大教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)信息化(hua)(hua)資(zi)金投(tou)入(ru),為“數(shu)字校園(yuan)”“智慧校園(yuan)”建設(she)提供有力保障。

  強(qiang)化課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程建(jian)(jian)(jian)設,探索資源(yuan)(yuan)共享新(xin)模式(shi)。堅持(chi)(chi)“提升高階性(xing)(xing)、突出創新(xin)性(xing)(xing)、增加挑戰(zhan)度”的標(biao)準,打造一(yi)批課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程應用與(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)服務相融(rong)通的線上線下混合(he)式(shi)“金課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)”,構建(jian)(jian)(jian)國(guo)家級(ji)、省級(ji)、校級(ji)三級(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)資源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設體系。建(jian)(jian)(jian)成22門(men)國(guo)家級(ji)精品資源(yuan)(yuan)共享課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),10門(men)教(jiao)(jiao)育部精品視(shi)頻公開課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),63門(men)省級(ji)、222門(men)校級(ji)線上一(yi)流課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程。強(qiang)化網絡課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程建(jian)(jian)(jian)設,建(jian)(jian)(jian)成263間(jian)支持(chi)(chi)線上線下同步直播授課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)的多(duo)功能教(jiao)(jiao)室,推進113門(men)慕課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)在中國(guo)大學(xue)(xue)(xue)MOOC開課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke),共計開設870期(qi),總訪問量達2718萬人次。建(jian)(jian)(jian)強(qiang)網絡課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程資源(yuan)(yuan)庫,保(bao)(bao)障疫(yi)情期(qi)間(jian)4000余(yu)門(men)課(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)程的線上教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue),確(que)保(bao)(bao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生學(xue)(xue)(xue)習不延期(qi)、質量有保(bao)(bao)障。運用新(xin)技術(shu)、新(xin)手段(duan),發揮學(xue)(xue)(xue)科優(you)勢,支持(chi)(chi)中西部地區(qu)高校教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)進修培(pei)訓(xun)。自2015年至今,累計舉辦17期(qi)大數據師(shi)資培(pei)訓(xun)班,為400余(yu)所高校培(pei)訓(xun)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)600余(yu)名。

  強化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師培訓,助(zhu)推(tui)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)改(gai)革(ge)新突(tu)破。開(kai)展(zhan)人工智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)助(zhu)推(tui)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師隊(dui)伍(wu)建(jian)設(she)行動(dong)試(shi)點(dian)工作(zuo)(zuo),打造集智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)學(xue)(xue)習環境、智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)技(ji)術應用(yong)(yong)(yong)、智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)策略研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)于一(yi)體的“智(zhi)(zhi)慧方(fang)案”。開(kai)展(zhan)多樣化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)能(neng)(neng)力培訓,融合(he)信息(xi)技(ji)術指導(dao)、平臺(tai)與(yu)軟硬(ying)件使用(yong)(yong)(yong)、在線(xian)(xian)開(kai)放課(ke)程(cheng)建(jian)設(she)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)討等內容,鼓(gu)勵教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師利用(yong)(yong)(yong)信息(xi)化(hua)手(shou)段改(gai)革(ge)課(ke)堂(tang)(tang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)模式(shi)(shi),推(tui)動(dong)課(ke)堂(tang)(tang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)提(ti)質(zhi)增效。依托(tuo)虛擬教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)室、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)課(ke)程(cheng)組定期開(kai)展(zhan)集體備課(ke)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)討等,交流線(xian)(xian)上(shang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)及(ji)混合(he)式(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)經(jing)驗,推(tui)動(dong)線(xian)(xian)上(shang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)資源建(jian)設(she)與(yu)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)。以線(xian)(xian)上(shang)一(yi)流課(ke)程(cheng)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)項目申報立(li)項為抓手(shou),幫助(zhu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師遵循線(xian)(xian)上(shang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)規(gui)律(lv)和(he)學(xue)(xue)生自主(zhu)學(xue)(xue)習規(gui)律(lv),開(kai)展(zhan)線(xian)(xian)上(shang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)改(gai)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)。完善(shan)課(ke)程(cheng)評優機制(zhi),遴選(xuan)推(tui)廣慕(mu)課(ke)與(yu)線(xian)(xian)上(shang)線(xian)(xian)下混合(he)式(shi)(shi)典型教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)案例,發揮精品課(ke)程(cheng)的示(shi)范(fan)引領作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong),著力提(ti)升教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師隊(dui)伍(wu)信息(xi)化(hua)能(neng)(neng)力和(he)素養。
