武漢理工大(da)學(xue)認真學(xue)習貫(guan)徹習近平總書記關于教(jiao)育(yu)的重(zhong)要論述(shu),深入實施國家教(jiao)育(yu)數(shu)(shu)字化戰略,將(jiang)教(jiao)育(yu)數(shu)(shu)字化作(zuo)為深化改革(ge)的重(zhong)要抓手,持續推動(dong)學(xue)校管理體制(zhi)、育(yu)人方式、評價體系和服務保障(zhang)系統(tong)變革(ge),加(jia)快推動(dong)數(shu)(shu)字化轉型,著力塑造(zao)發展新優(you)勢。
改革(ge)管理(li)體制(zhi),構建(jian)精(jing)準(zhun)化(hua)(hua)治理(li)體系(xi)(xi)。一(yi)是加(jia)強(qiang)統(tong)(tong)籌部署。成立(li)以學(xue)校(xiao)黨(dang)委書記、校(xiao)長為(wei)雙(shuang)組長的(de)網絡安全與信息(xi)化(hua)(hua)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)領導(dao)小組,定(ding)期召開網信工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)領導(dao)小組會(hui)議,成立(li)信息(xi)化(hua)(hua)辦公(gong)室和(he)質(zhi)量(liang)評估中心,構建(jian)大數(shu)(shu)據(ju)中心,推(tui)動(dong)學(xue)校(xiao)智能運(yun)行中心(IOC)實(shi)(shi)(shi)體化(hua)(hua)建(jian)設,建(jian)立(li)“周推(tui)進(jin)+月調度(du)”工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)推(tui)進(jin)機(ji)制(zhi),統(tong)(tong)籌推(tui)動(dong)學(xue)校(xiao)數(shu)(shu)字化(hua)(hua)轉型發展(zhan)。二是優化(hua)(hua)管理(li)流(liu)程。持續(xu)強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)對(dui)大學(xue)治理(li)的(de)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)變(bian)革(ge),探索數(shu)(shu)據(ju)驅(qu)動(dong)的(de)大學(xue)治理(li)新(xin)模式,加(jia)快(kuai)部門職能轉換,實(shi)(shi)(shi)施“管辦評”分離,以“管理(li)制(zhi)度(du)化(hua)(hua)、制(zhi)度(du)流(liu)程化(hua)(hua)、流(liu)程信息(xi)化(hua)(hua)”推(tui)動(dong)管理(li)“扁平化(hua)(hua)、精(jing)準(zhun)化(hua)(hua)、透明化(hua)(hua)”,形(xing)成管理(li)“閉環(huan)”。以人(ren)技結合(he)綜合(he)改革(ge)為(wei)抓手(shou),通過(guo)(guo)技術賦能,實(shi)(shi)(shi)施“定(ding)編、定(ding)崗、定(ding)責、定(ding)薪”人(ren)事四定(ding)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),為(wei)教師(shi)成長發展(zhan)提供更加(jia)精(jing)準(zhun)的(de)反(fan)饋和(he)指導(dao),學(xue)校(xiao)教師(shi)“一(yi)人(ren)一(yi)策”比例(li)達93%。三是推(tui)動(dong)機(ji)制(zhi)再造。集(ji)成教學(xue)、管理(li)、服(fu)務等(deng)平臺系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),建(jian)立(li)校(xiao)長-處長-院(yuan)長“三級鏈接”數(shu)(shu)據(ju)駕(jia)駛(shi)艙,實(shi)(shi)(shi)現上下貫通、協同共享,對(dui)學(xue)校(xiao)辦學(xue)過(guo)(guo)程中的(de)問題提前預警干(gan)預,校(xiao)長辦公(gong)會(hui)“系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)匯報、數(shu)(shu)據(ju)說話”成為(wei)常態。構建(jian)全域數(shu)(shu)據(ju)感知駕(jia)駛(shi)艙,運(yun)行AI校(xiao)長助(zhu)理(li),通過(guo)(guo)重點工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)“周計劃、月督(du)辦、年考評”機(ji)制(zhi),實(shi)(shi)(shi)現任務進(jin)度(du)的(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)時監控和(he)定(ding)期反(fan)饋督(du)辦,AI校(xiao)長助(zhu)理(li)提醒督(du)辦準(zhun)確率達90%。
創(chuang)新(xin)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)方式(shi),打(da)(da)造泛在化教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)空(kong)間(jian)。一是(shi)共(gong)享(xiang)(xiang)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)資源。打(da)(da)造知識(shi)和數(shu)(shu)據雙驅動的(de)理工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)課平(ping)臺(tai)(tai),深度(du)對接(jie)國家智(zhi)慧教(jiao)育(yu)公共(gong)服(fu)務(wu)平(ping)臺(tai)(tai),共(gong)建校企微課程150余門,開發匯(hui)聚(ju)優質資源60萬(wan)余條。加(jia)快校地、校企、校校融合發展(zhan),實(shi)(shi)現與(yu)襄陽示(shi)范區、三(san)亞(ya)科(ke)教(jiao)園等(deng)異地研究(jiu)院的(de)互(hu)(hu)(hu)聯互(hu)(hu)(hu)通(tong)和數(shu)(shu)據融通(tong),與(yu)行(xing)業(ye)頭部(bu)企業(ye)聯合打(da)(da)造“無(wu)邊界”課堂,與(yu)華中(zhong)(zhong)師范大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、中(zhong)(zhong)南財(cai)經政法(fa)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)實(shi)(shi)現教(jiao)師共(gong)享(xiang)(xiang)、課程互(hu)(hu)(hu)選、學(xue)(xue)(xue)分互(hu)(hu)(hu)認,促(cu)進空(kong)間(jian)數(shu)(shu)據集成。二(er)是(shi)創(chuang)新(xin)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)模(mo)(mo)式(shi)。利用在線(xian)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)、虛(xu)擬現實(shi)(shi)(VR)、增強現實(shi)(shi)(AR)等(deng)先進技(ji)術,開展(zhan)線(xian)上線(xian)下混合式(shi)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、翻轉課堂等(deng)新(xin)型教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)模(mo)(mo)式(shi),打(da)(da)破傳統課堂的(de)時空(kong)限制。加(jia)強人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能一流(liu)課程和教(jiao)材建設,將人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能教(jiao)育(yu)納入(ru)日常教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)環(huan)節(jie),以質量為(wei)導向開展(zhan)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能通(tong)識(shi)教(jiao)育(yu)。三(san)是(shi)豐富教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)場景(jing)。依(yi)托建材建工(gong)(gong)、交(jiao)通(tong)、汽車三(san)大(da)行(xing)業(ye)建設未來學(xue)(xue)(xue)習中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),通(tong)過(guo)虛(xu)擬技(ji)術將“無(wu)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)廠”“無(wu)人(ren)(ren)碼頭”“無(wu)人(ren)(ren)汽車”等(deng)前沿技(ji)術和真實(shi)(shi)應用場景(jing)遠(yuan)程接(jie)入(ru),構建“沉浸(jin)式(shi)”教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)環(huan)境,學(xue)(xue)(xue)生參與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習體驗35000人(ren)(ren)次。啟動“人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能+教(jiao)育(yu)”行(xing)動,打(da)(da)造AIMind知識(shi)圖譜、AI學(xue)(xue)(xue)伴、AI科(ke)研助手等(deng)6大(da)標桿(gan)應用場景(jing),促(cu)進學(xue)(xue)(xue)生的(de)全面發展(zhan)和個性化學(xue)(xue)(xue)習。
強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)技術驅動(dong),重塑過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)化(hua)(hua)評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)范式。一是完善評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)。構(gou)建(jian)(jian)數據賦能的(de)全(quan)面(mian)性(xing)評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi),建(jian)(jian)立過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)、結果評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)、增值評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)、綜(zong)合評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)等相結合的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育綜(zong)合評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)。在學(xue)生培(pei)(pei)養方面(mian),建(jian)(jian)立信(xin)息評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)模型,以院長駕(jia)駛艙、產教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)協(xie)同教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育資(zi)源云(yun)平臺為(wei)載體(ti)(ti)(ti),分(fen)類實(shi)(shi)(shi)施研(yan)究生培(pei)(pei)養過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)質量評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)。在人才(cai)(cai)管理(li)方面(mian),構(gou)建(jian)(jian)分(fen)級分(fen)類的(de)人才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)育和評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)機制,建(jian)(jian)設人才(cai)(cai)綜(zong)合評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)平臺,精準(zhun)精細破“五(wu)唯”。在教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)方面(mian),全(quan)覆蓋開(kai)展(zhan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)數字(zi)素(su)養測評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping),精準(zhun)開(kai)展(zhan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)數字(zi)素(su)養培(pei)(pei)訓(xun),推(tui)(tui)動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)更新教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育理(li)念,提(ti)升(sheng)數字(zi)素(su)養,增強(qiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)書育人能力。二(er)是構(gou)建(jian)(jian)數字(zi)畫像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。聚焦學(xue)校(xiao)改革發展(zhan)的(de)重點任務,對(dui)(dui)涉(she)及學(xue)校(xiao)發展(zhan)的(de)70個關鍵數字(zi)化(hua)(hua)指標進(jin)行動(dong)態感(gan)知,實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)學(xue)科(ke)(ke)、學(xue)院、專業和課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)等全(quan)域科(ke)(ke)學(xue)評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)數字(zi)畫像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),構(gou)建(jian)(jian)干部(bu)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)和學(xue)生的(de)能力圖譜,建(jian)(jian)成人才(cai)(cai)畫像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統,著力推(tui)(tui)動(dong)由“數量畫像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)”向“質量畫像(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)”轉變。三(san)是加強(qiang)數智評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)估。建(jian)(jian)設AI智能巡課(ke)(ke)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統,實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)對(dui)(dui)近萬(wan)個課(ke)(ke)堂的(de)智能分(fen)析,根(gen)據排名引(yin)導教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)轉變教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)思路方法,提(ti)升(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)質量。構(gou)建(jian)(jian)全(quan)域數據分(fen)析體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi),實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)對(dui)(dui)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)數據實(shi)(shi)(shi)時(shi)整理(li)和分(fen)析,為(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)價(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)提(ti)供全(quan)面(mian)的(de)評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)估數據,本科(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)審(shen)核(he)評(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)估實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)“全(quan)程(cheng)線上不(bu)入校(xiao)”。
夯實(shi)(shi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)基建(jian)(jian),優化(hua)(hua)(hua)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)慧(hui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)保(bao)障(zhang)。一(yi)是筑牢數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)基座。加(jia)強教育教學(xue)信(xin)息(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)基礎(chu)設(she)(she)施(shi)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she),提升(sheng)云(yun)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)中心(xin)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)力,依托“云(yun)網數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)端”構(gou)建(jian)(jian)安(an)全(quan)(quan)保(bao)障(zhang)、運維(wei)管(guan)理和(he)標準規范三(san)(san)大(da)(da)體系,集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)構(gou)建(jian)(jian)校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)三(san)(san)維(wei)可(ke)視化(hua)(hua)(hua)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)孿生底(di)座。建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)可(ke)感知(zhi)(zhi)、可(ke)分(fen)析(xi)、可(ke)預(yu)(yu)警(jing)、有預(yu)(yu)案的(de)(de)大(da)(da)安(an)全(quan)(quan)態勢感知(zhi)(zhi)分(fen)析(xi)平臺,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)網絡、能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)、財務(wu)(wu)(wu)、交通(tong)(tong)等(deng)(deng)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)空間要素(su)全(quan)(quan)域集(ji)(ji)成(cheng),全(quan)(quan)面實(shi)(shi)施(shi)“紅綠燈計劃”,對學(xue)校(xiao)治理過(guo)程(cheng)中的(de)(de)問題(ti)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)超前預(yu)(yu)警(jing)及干預(yu)(yu)。建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)“數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據+模型”雙耦合數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據中臺,集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)170個平臺系統(tong),數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據日交換(huan)量從7億提升(sheng)到(dao)22億。二是回應師生需求。建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)集(ji)(ji)維(wei)修管(guan)理、通(tong)(tong)行(xing)(xing)管(guan)理、宿舍管(guan)理、餐飲服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)、監督評(ping)價為(wei)一(yi)體的(de)(de)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)慧(hui)后勤綜合服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)系統(tong),為(wei)師生提供全(quan)(quan)場景、移動化(hua)(hua)(hua)、智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)保(bao)障(zhang)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)。在物(wu)聯數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)通(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)基礎(chu)上(shang),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)水(shui)電等(deng)(deng)維(wei)修服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)上(shang)報(bao)、自動提醒和(he)“一(yi)電通(tong)(tong)辦”,讓(rang)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)惠及全(quan)(quan)體師生。三(san)(san)是助(zhu)(zhu)力校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)。上(shang)線(xian)(xian)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)慧(hui)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)監管(guan)平臺,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)報(bao)表(biao)對能(neng)(neng)(neng)耗趨勢、設(she)(she)備(bei)設(she)(she)施(shi)、數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據采集(ji)(ji)、運行(xing)(xing)監測(ce)等(deng)(deng)領(ling)域的(de)(de)關鍵指(zhi)標進(jin)行(xing)(xing)實(shi)(shi)時(shi)監測(ce),推動校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)使用(yong)情況、設(she)(she)備(bei)運行(xing)(xing)情況“一(yi)屏可(ke)見”。上(shang)線(xian)(xian)“理工百(bai)事通(tong)(tong)”校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)助(zhu)(zhu)手,智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)解答師生常見的(de)(de)校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)疑問,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)600余項制度的(de)(de)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)問答,校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)事務(wu)(wu)(wu)“一(yi)鍵直達”,切實(shi)(shi)加(jia)快數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)轉型步伐(fa),不斷提升(sheng)學(xue)校(xiao)師生滿意度。
