浙江大學持續深化工程教育改革 大力推進卓越工程師培養

  浙江大(da)學堅持以習近平新(xin)時代中國特色社會(hui)主義思想為(wei)指導,牢記(ji)為(wei)黨育人(ren)、為(wei)國育才初心使命,積極適應新(xin)一(yi)輪科技革命和(he)產業(ye)(ye)變革新(xin)趨勢,把(ba)卓(zhuo)越工程(cheng)師(shi)培養(yang)作為(wei)“雙一(yi)流”建設的重要任務和(he)內在(zai)要求,深入(ru)實施工程(cheng)碩(shuo)博士(shi)培養(yang)改革專(zhuan)項試點,持續深化工程(cheng)教育改革,不(bu)斷提升工程(cheng)人(ren)才培養(yang)質(zhi)量(liang)和(he)水平,努力(li)造就(jiu)更多愛(ai)黨報國、敬業(ye)(ye)奉獻、具有突出技術創新(xin)能力(li)、善于解決復雜工程(cheng)問題(ti)的卓(zhuo)越工程(cheng)師(shi)隊伍。

  打造(zao)“試驗(yan)(yan)田”平臺,探索培(pei)養(yang)改革。一(yi)是(shi)完善組(zu)織(zhi)架構。與(yu)(yu)浙江省(sheng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)民政府(fu)共(gong)同創辦研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生層(ceng)次(ci)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan),探索構建(jian)(jian)卓越工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)自(zi)主培(pei)養(yang)平臺。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)實(shi)行(xing)理(li)事(shi)會(hui)(hui)負責(ze)制,與(yu)(yu)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)領軍(jun)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)共(gong)同組(zu)建(jian)(jian)理(li)事(shi)會(hui)(hui),校長(chang)(chang)擔任(ren)(ren)理(li)事(shi)長(chang)(chang),企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)主要(yao)負責(ze)人(ren)(ren)(ren)擔任(ren)(ren)共(gong)同輪值(zhi)理(li)事(shi)長(chang)(chang),分管副(fu)校長(chang)(chang)擔任(ren)(ren)副(fu)理(li)事(shi)長(chang)(chang)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)實(shi)行(xing)實(shi)體化(hua)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),設(she)立黨委以及(ji)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)位(wei)評(ping)(ping)定委員會(hui)(hui)等,內(nei)(nei)設(she)7個行(xing)政辦公室,專設(she)“求(qiu)是(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)崗”“工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)教(jiao)育創新(xin)(xin)崗”支(zhi)持(chi)(chi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)隊伍建(jian)(jian)設(she),專聘教(jiao)師(shi)30人(ren)(ren)(ren),兼聘校內(nei)(nei)導師(shi)900余人(ren)(ren)(ren),企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)導師(shi)1600余人(ren)(ren)(ren)。二是(shi)堅持(chi)(chi)需求(qiu)導向(xiang)。深(shen)度(du)服務區域經濟社會(hui)(hui)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和(he)產業(ye)(ye)(ye)轉型升級需求(qiu),發(fa)揮工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)改革“試驗(yan)(yan)田”功能,持(chi)(chi)續推(tui)動(dong)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)位(wei)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生培(pei)養(yang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科領域與(yu)(yu)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家戰略產業(ye)(ye)(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)急需相(xiang)匹(pi)配,試點“企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)出題(ti)(ti)、校企(qi)(qi)共(gong)答、產業(ye)(ye)(ye)評(ping)(ping)卷(juan)”模(mo)式,將(jiang)(jiang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)過程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)融入產業(ye)(ye)(ye)技術攻(gong)關實(shi)踐,在航(hang)空制造(zao)、高(gao)溫合(he)(he)金(jin)、集成電路、高(gao)端芯片等領域加(jia)大(da)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)力度(du),不(bu)斷提高(gao)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)精準度(du)。三(san)是(shi)強(qiang)化(hua)使(shi)命(ming)引(yin)領。將(jiang)(jiang)推(tui)進(jin)卓越工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)寫(xie)入學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校第十五次(ci)黨代(dai)(dai)會(hui)(hui)報告,開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)“新(xin)(xin)時代(dai)(dai)拔尖(jian)創新(xin)(xin)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)機制研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)”調研(yan)(yan),召開“加(jia)快建(jian)(jian)設(she)世界優(you)秀學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科與(yu)(yu)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家戰略人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)力量(liang)”等專題(ti)(ti)座談會(hui)(hui),進(jin)一(yi)步凝聚(ju)共(gong)識、形成合(he)(he)力,切實(shi)增(zeng)強(qiang)服務強(qiang)國(guo)(guo)(guo)建(jian)(jian)設(she)的使(shi)命(ming)感和(he)責(ze)任(ren)(ren)感。打造(zao)“黨團班一(yi)體化(hua)”“課程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)思政工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作坊”等特色品(pin)牌項(xiang)目,深(shen)挖工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)史中的紅(hong)色資源,舉(ju)辦科學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)家精神主題(ti)(ti)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),厚植師(shi)生家國(guo)(guo)(guo)情懷,引(yin)導廣大(da)師(shi)生在扎根中國(guo)(guo)(guo)大(da)地、投身行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)一(yi)線中探索攻(gong)克工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)技術難題(ti)(ti)。

  實(shi)(shi)施“項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)制(zhi)”組(zu)織,創(chuang)新培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)模(mo)(mo)式。一是(shi)加強聯(lian)合(he)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)。開展“項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)制(zhi)”人(ren)(ren)才培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)模(mo)(mo)式改革,以項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)為單(dan)位招收跨專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)類(lei)別的研(yan)究(jiu)生,面向航空制(zhi)造、集(ji)成電路、智慧能源(yuan)等(deng)重(zhong)(zhong)點領域(yu)(yu)規(gui)模(mo)(mo)化(hua)人(ren)(ren)才培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)需求,與企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)共同組(zu)建聯(lian)合(he)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)基地和(he)(he)中(zhong)試研(yan)發基地,探索構(gou)建學科(ke)(ke)(ke)交(jiao)叉(cha)、有組(zu)織的人(ren)(ren)才培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)新模(mo)(mo)式。每(mei)個研(yan)究(jiu)生卓越(yue)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)均成立培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)委員會,三(san)(san)分(fen)之(zhi)一以上委員來自(zi)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),推(tui)動(dong)行業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)深度參(can)(can)與專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)學位研(yan)究(jiu)生培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)全過程。二是(shi)實(shi)(shi)施項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)牽引。依托學校多元交(jiao)叉(cha)的國(guo)家級研(yan)發平臺(tai)、科(ke)(ke)(ke)創(chuang)中(zhong)心(xin)、實(shi)(shi)訓平臺(tai)等(deng)優(you)勢資(zi)源(yuan),設立近(jin)150個培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu),每(mei)個培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)確定(ding)(ding)一位首席科(ke)(ke)(ke)學家主導實(shi)(shi)施,以項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)為單(dan)元每(mei)年招收20—40名(ming)跨專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的工程碩士(shi)研(yan)究(jiu)生及一定(ding)(ding)比例的工程博士(shi)研(yan)究(jiu)生,針(zhen)對性服務(wu)重(zhong)(zhong)點領域(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)才培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)需求。三(san)(san)是(shi)深化(hua)產(chan)教(jiao)融合(he)。將產(chan)教(jiao)融合(he)要求貫穿(chuan)工程人(ren)(ren)才培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)全過程,每(mei)個培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)在全校范(fan)圍內遴選(xuan)(xuan)導師,并在聯(lian)合(he)研(yan)發攻關的企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)選(xuan)(xuan)聘總工程師和(he)(he)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)導師,將高(gao)校和(he)(he)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的優(you)勢資(zi)源(yuan)引入教(jiao)學、實(shi)(shi)訓等(deng)各環節。圍繞項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)所承擔的國(guo)家科(ke)(ke)(ke)技重(zhong)(zhong)大專(zhuan)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、重(zhong)(zhong)點工程項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)和(he)(he)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)重(zhong)(zhong)大橫向課題組(zu)建科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)攻關團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui),依托科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)開展人(ren)(ren)才培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang),把高(gao)水平科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)資(zi)源(yuan)轉化(hua)為高(gao)質量育人(ren)(ren)資(zi)源(yuan),推(tui)動(dong)實(shi)(shi)現人(ren)(ren)才培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)和(he)(he)科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)成果“雙豐收”。目(mu)(mu)(mu)前(qian),已累計選(xuan)(xuan)派2000余名(ming)學生到(dao)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生產(chan)一線(xian)參(can)(can)加實(shi)(shi)習實(shi)(shi)踐、參(can)(can)與科(ke)(ke)(ke)研(yan)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)。

  注重(zhong)“全方位(wei)”保障,夯實(shi)(shi)培養(yang)支撐(cheng)。一是(shi)完(wan)(wan)善教學(xue)體系(xi)(xi)。健全卓越(yue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)核心知識結(jie)構和(he)(he)關鍵能(neng)(neng)力素養(yang)框架,明(ming)確品德素質(zhi)、知識結(jie)構、基本(ben)能(neng)(neng)力3個一級指標及13個二級指標,更(geng)加突出(chu)卓越(yue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)人才的(de)(de)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)素養(yang)、跨專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)知識和(he)(he)團隊(dui)協作能(neng)(neng)力。重(zhong)塑實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)教學(xue)體系(xi)(xi),構建“專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)位(wei)應(ying)用性課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)”“重(zhong)點行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)核心課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)”“跨專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)大類(lei)前沿課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)”三大類(lei)課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)體系(xi)(xi),開(kai)設(she)(she)《高(gao)階工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)認知與實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)》等(deng)(deng)一系(xi)(xi)列卓越(yue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)培養(yang)課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。創新(xin)(xin)卓越(yue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)綜(zong)合實(shi)(shi)訓體系(xi)(xi),開(kai)展(zhan)“工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)設(she)(she)計(ji)、制造、分(fen)析、測試、集成(cheng)、協同(tong)”全流程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)高(gao)階工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)創新(xin)(xin)實(shi)(shi)訓,讓研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)在企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、研(yan)(yan)發基地、高(gao)能(neng)(neng)級校(xiao)(xiao)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)聯合體和(he)(he)科研(yan)(yan)院所等(deng)(deng)多個平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)和(he)(he)項目中進(jin)(jin)行(xing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)訓練。二是(shi)壓實(shi)(shi)導(dao)師(shi)責任(ren)。為所有(you)專(zhuan)(zhuan)項的(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)配備校(xiao)(xiao)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)導(dao)師(shi)組,學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)課(ke)(ke)(ke)題(ti)(ti)來自(zi)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)清(qing)單,探索由企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)為研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)設(she)(she)計(ji)出(chu)題(ti)(ti)。搭建校(xiao)(xiao)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)對接會等(deng)(deng)面(mian)對面(mian)溝通(tong)平(ping)臺(tai)(tai),企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)導(dao)師(shi)定(ding)(ding)期了解(jie)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)學(xue)習進(jin)(jin)展(zhan)情況,指導(dao)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)方向,并提供豐富(fu)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)產和(he)(he)實(shi)(shi)驗數據。推(tui)進(jin)(jin)導(dao)師(shi)分(fen)類(lei)評(ping)(ping)(ping)聘和(he)(he)管理改革,舉(ju)辦“企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)導(dao)師(shi)育人能(neng)(neng)力提升研(yan)(yan)修班”,通(tong)過開(kai)發“典學(xue)APP”、升級研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)管理系(xi)(xi)統為校(xiao)(xiao)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)導(dao)師(shi)組全過程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)協同(tong)指導(dao)提供技術支撐(cheng)。三是(shi)創新(xin)(xin)評(ping)(ping)(ping)價機(ji)制。成(cheng)立工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)類(lei)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)位(wei)評(ping)(ping)(ping)定(ding)(ding)委員會,完(wan)(wan)善成(cheng)果(guo)基本(ben)要(yao)求(qiu)和(he)(he)學(xue)位(wei)授予機(ji)制,單列評(ping)(ping)(ping)選(xuan)優秀工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)博士學(xue)位(wei)論文。明(ming)確以工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)創新(xin)(xin)及成(cheng)果(guo)應(ying)用轉化成(cheng)效為導(dao)向的(de)(de)學(xue)位(wei)申請前置要(yao)求(qiu),推(tui)動研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)(sheng)畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)學(xue)位(wei)申請與工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)職(zhi)稱評(ping)(ping)(ping)審貫通(tong),對符合條(tiao)件(jian)的(de)(de)畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)在頒(ban)發學(xue)位(wei)證(zheng)、學(xue)歷證(zheng)的(de)(de)同(tong)時頒(ban)發工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)職(zhi)稱證(zheng)書。

  強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)“全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)鏈(lian)條(tiao)”協同(tong)(tong)(tong),匯聚(ju)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)合(he)力(li)。一是加(jia)強(qiang)校(xiao)企協同(tong)(tong)(tong)。聚(ju)焦國(guo)家關(guan)鍵領域人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)布局以(yi)及重(zhong)點(dian)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)急需(xu),協調跨院(yuan)(yuan)系、跨學科(ke)和(he)(he)校(xiao)外師(shi)資等(deng)資源,建(jian)(jian)立(li)鏈(lian)接校(xiao)內院(yuan)(yuan)系、聯(lian)通校(xiao)企校(xiao)地(di)的(de)多方協同(tong)(tong)(tong)育人(ren)(ren)機(ji)制(zhi),每年培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)碩(shuo)士(shi)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)博士(shi)研究生(sheng)1000余人(ren)(ren)。完善校(xiao)企協同(tong)(tong)(tong)共(gong)(gong)(gong)商機(ji)制(zhi),強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)校(xiao)企在培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)方案制(zhi)定、課程(cheng)教材建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)、資助體系改革、評價(jia)標準創新(xin)等(deng)方面的(de)協同(tong)(tong)(tong),圍繞育人(ren)(ren)目(mu)標、專業(ye)(ye)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)、畢業(ye)(ye)設(she)(she)計等(deng)環節(jie)共(gong)(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)方案,目(mu)前(qian)已與(yu)(yu)相關(guan)企業(ye)(ye)協作(zuo)完成(cheng)124套培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)方案的(de)編制(zhi)修訂。二(er)是對接產(chan)業(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)。在半(ban)導體、人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)、新(xin)材料、智慧(hui)能(neng)源、生(sheng)物育種(zhong)等(deng)13個重(zhong)點(dian)領域與(yu)(yu)國(guo)家實(shi)(shi)驗室和(he)(he)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)開展(zhan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)碩(shuo)士(shi)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)博士(shi)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)改革專項試點(dian)任(ren)務(wu)(wu),加(jia)快貫通教育鏈(lian)、產(chan)業(ye)(ye)鏈(lian)與(yu)(yu)創新(xin)鏈(lian)。健全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)開放辦學模式(shi),結合(he)地(di)方特色(se)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)開展(zhan)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)和(he)(he)科(ke)研合(he)作(zuo),構建(jian)(jian)覆(fu)蓋(gai)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)省(sheng)域的(de)協同(tong)(tong)(tong)聯(lian)動網絡(luo)。在浙江衢州、寧波、臺州建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)3個工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)師(shi)學院(yuan)(yuan)分院(yuan)(yuan),有效支撐(cheng)當(dang)地(di)智能(neng)裝(zhuang)備等(deng)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)集(ji)(ji)群轉型(xing)升(sheng)級(ji),為(wei)地(di)方直(zhi)接培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)、引進(jin)和(he)(he)輸送人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)。與(yu)(yu)有關(guan)單位共(gong)(gong)(gong)同(tong)(tong)(tong)制(zhi)定全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)省(sheng)卓(zhuo)越(yue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)師(shi)能(neng)力(li)評價(jia)標準,推動成(cheng)立(li)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)省(sheng)卓(zhuo)越(yue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)師(shi)協會(hui),引導科(ke)研團隊與(yu)(yu)地(di)方行(xing)業(ye)(ye)、企業(ye)(ye)互動銜接,服(fu)務(wu)(wu)促進(jin)當(dang)地(di)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)集(ji)(ji)群建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she),構建(jian)(jian)新(xin)時代校(xiao)政企合(he)作(zuo)生(sheng)態體系。三是深化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)國(guo)際合(he)作(zuo)。持續(xu)拓展(zhan)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)球合(he)作(zuo)網絡(luo),與(yu)(yu)巴黎綜(zong)合(he)理工(gong)(gong)(gong)學院(yuan)(yuan)、埃因霍芬理工(gong)(gong)(gong)大學等(deng)聯(lian)合(he)設(she)(she)立(li)研究生(sheng)學位項目(mu),設(she)(she)置(zhi)模塊(kuai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、特色(se)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)方案,協同(tong)(tong)(tong)推進(jin)創新(xin)型(xing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang),為(wei)在校(xiao)研究生(sheng)參加(jia)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)前(qian)沿研討會(hui)及國(guo)際工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)項目(mu)提供支持和(he)(he)保障,在實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)中培(pei)養(yang)(yang)(yang)具有全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)球視野、緊跟產(chan)業(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)的(de)高層次工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)技術人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)。
