強(qiang)化資(zi)源協(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong),夯實(shi)培(pei)養保障基礎。優化資(zi)源配置,推(tui)動政(zheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)學研(yan)融合。聯(lian)合政(zheng)府部門(men)(松江區、奉賢(xian)區)、行業(ye)(ye)協(xie)會(中國紡(fang)織(zhi)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)聯(lian)合會)及頭部企業(ye)(ye)(中建(jian)八局(ju)(ju)、瑞金醫(yi)(yi)院(yuan)),共建(jian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)教融合基地,布局(ju)(ju)“紡(fang)織(zhi)+”交(jiao)叉領(ling)域(yu),覆蓋招(zhao)生、課程、實(shi)踐全流程,促進校(xiao)(xiao)地、校(xiao)(xiao)企深(shen)度融合,形成(cheng)“政(zheng)府搭臺(tai)—企業(ye)(ye)出(chu)題—高校(xiao)(xiao)攻堅”協(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)模式,服務五大新城產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)集群(qun)建(jian)設。強(qiang)化導(dao)師隊伍,落實(shi)雙導(dao)責任。深(shen)化雙導(dao)師責任共擔機(ji)(ji)制(zhi),選拔65名校(xiao)(xiao)內導(dao)師與(yu)80名企業(ye)(ye)專家(jia),落實(shi)“導(dao)學聯(lian)合解題”機(ji)(ji)制(zhi),通過(guo)專題培(pei)訓強(qiang)化校(xiao)(xiao)企協(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong),促進導(dao)師指導(dao)水平提(ti)(ti)升,學生實(shi)踐安(an)全性與(yu)職業(ye)(ye)素養顯著(zhu)提(ti)(ti)高,形成(cheng)“協(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)指導(dao)—精準對(dui)接—雙向(xiang)賦(fu)能”新范式。推(tui)進技(ji)術(shu)中心建(jian)設,支撐產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)創新。高標準建(jian)設先進材料(liao)、生物醫(yi)(yi)藥、智能制(zhi)造(zao)等七大工(gong)程師技(ji)術(shu)中心,聯(lian)合頭部企業(ye)(ye)等開展技(ji)術(shu)攻關(guan),聚焦集成(cheng)電路關(guan)鍵(jian)材料(liao)、大飛機(ji)(ji)復合材料(liao)等方(fang)向(xiang),簽署戰略協(xie)議207項,累(lei)計支撐產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)化項目落地143項,助力(li)企業(ye)(ye)技(ji)術(shu)突破,構建(jian)以產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)協(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)、項目牽引和平臺(tai)支撐為核(he)心的卓(zhuo)越工(gong)程師人(ren)才培(pei)養機(ji)(ji)制(zhi)。
