聚焦示范引領賦能,鍛造黨員隊伍過硬素質。一是全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)面(mian)提高(gao)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)質(zhi)量(liang)。實(shi)施發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)提質(zhi)行(xing)(xing)動,編制(zhi)《發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)作(zuo)手冊》,制(zhi)定關鍵環節工(gong)作(zuo)臺賬,嚴格把好發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)質(zhi)量(liang)關。精準下達發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)指導(dao)性(xing)計劃,健全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)完善“學(xue)(xue)校黨(dang)(dang)委(wei)?職能部門?院系(xi)黨(dang)(dang)委(wei)?基層支(zhi)部”四級聯動機制(zhi),加(jia)強對高(gao)層次人才和(he)優秀(xiu)青年教(jiao)(jiao)師在(zai)政治引(yin)(yin)領(ling)和(he)專業成長上(shang)的“雙培養”。扎實(shi)做好在(zai)低年級學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)中(zhong)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)作(zuo),抓實(shi)“五個一”新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)入黨(dang)(dang)啟蒙教(jiao)(jiao)育活(huo)(huo)動,教(jiao)(jiao)育引(yin)(yin)導(dao)青年學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)以實(shi)際行(xing)(xing)動積(ji)極向(xiang)黨(dang)(dang)組織(zhi)靠攏。二是全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)面(mian)加(jia)強黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)教(jiao)(jiao)育管(guan)理。完善全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)覆(fu)蓋(gai)、全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)方位、全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)周(zhou)期黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)經常性(xing)學(xue)(xue)習教(jiao)(jiao)育體(ti)系(xi),定期發(fa)布黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)組織(zhi)生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)內容(rong),組織(zhi)開展(zhan)(zhan)“千名書記講黨(dang)(dang)課”、“聚星(xing)火(huo)”川大青年黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)說等活(huo)(huo)動,抓實(shi)“畢業前最后(hou)一堂黨(dang)(dang)課”“行(xing)(xing)走的黨(dang)(dang)課”等黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)教(jiao)(jiao)育品(pin)牌。三是實(shi)施黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)示范引(yin)(yin)領(ling)行(xing)(xing)動。常態化開展(zhan)(zhan)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)“亮身份(fen)、立(li)標(biao)尺、樹形象”活(huo)(huo)動,組織(zhi)開展(zhan)(zhan)結對幫扶、志愿服務(wu)、送學(xue)(xue)上(shang)門,健全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)示范崗、承諾(nuo)踐諾(nuo)、應急(ji)動員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)等機制(zhi),引(yin)(yin)導(dao)推(tui)動黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)立(li)足(zu)崗位建功、主動擔當(dang)作(zuo)為。
