強化規劃設計,繪好綜(zong)合(he)(he)改(gai)(gai)革(ge)“路(lu)線圖”。堅(jian)持系(xi)統謀劃、精心設計、一體(ti)推進(jin),把“三(san)全育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)”綜(zong)合(he)(he)改(gai)(gai)革(ge)作為新(xin)時代推進(jin)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)理念和(he)(he)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)方式(shi)創新(xin)變革(ge)的(de)(de)重大命題,學校(xiao)黨委常(chang)委會(hui)定(ding)期專題研究思(si)想政(zheng)(zheng)治工(gong)作和(he)(he)“三(san)全育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)”綜(zong)合(he)(he)改(gai)(gai)革(ge)工(gong)作,形(xing)成黨委統一領(ling)導(dao)(dao)、思(si)政(zheng)(zheng)工(gong)作領(ling)導(dao)(dao)小組(zu)部署安排、辦(ban)公(gong)室(shi)牽頭負責、6個(ge)工(gong)作組(zu)各(ge)司其職、評估(gu)督(du)導(dao)(dao)組(zu)督(du)促落(luo)實(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)“1+6+1”組(zu)織管理運行體(ti)系(xi)。印(yin)發《關于加快(kuai)構建學校(xiao)思(si)想政(zheng)(zheng)治工(gong)作體(ti)系(xi)的(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)施方案》等制度文件,著(zhu)力(li)細化“三(san)全育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)”綜(zong)合(he)(he)改(gai)(gai)革(ge)實(shi)(shi)施方案,落(luo)實(shi)(shi)落(luo)細各(ge)項工(gong)作任務和(he)(he)責任清單,分層分類(lei)完善各(ge)項育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)職責和(he)(he)規范,激發各(ge)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)系(xi)統主動(dong)(dong)性(xing)(xing),增強各(ge)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)環節互動(dong)(dong)性(xing)(xing),促進(jin)各(ge)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)主體(ti)聯動(dong)(dong)性(xing)(xing),持續(xu)完善學校(xiao)“三(san)全育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)”工(gong)作制度的(de)(de)“四梁(liang)八柱”,著(zhu)力(li)將(jiang)“三(san)全育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)”綜(zong)合(he)(he)改(gai)(gai)革(ge)引向深入(ru)、推向實(shi)(shi)處。
