  堅持“市(shi)(shi)區(qu)聯動(dong)”,持續完(wan)善大(da)(da)中(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)一(yi)(yi)體(ti)(ti)化(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)機制。成立北京市(shi)(shi)大(da)(da)中(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)一(yi)(yi)體(ti)(ti)化(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)指導(dao)(dao)委(wei)員會,由市(shi)(shi)委(wei)常委(wei)、市(shi)(shi)委(wei)教育(yu)工(gong)委(wei)書記擔任主(zhu)任委(wei)員,對全市(shi)(shi)大(da)(da)中(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)一(yi)(yi)體(ti)(ti)化(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)進(jin)行政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)治領導(dao)(dao)和(he)工(gong)作指導(dao)(dao)。成立北京市(shi)(shi)大(da)(da)中(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)一(yi)(yi)體(ti)(ti)化(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)領導(dao)(dao)小(xiao)(xiao)組,統籌整合市(shi)(shi)委(wei)教育(yu)工(gong)委(wei)、市(shi)(shi)教委(wei)相關處(chu)室以及直屬單(dan)位(wei)、相關機構(gou)平(ping)臺等各方(fang)(fang)面力(li)量(liang),集中(zhong)破解大(da)(da)中(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)一(yi)(yi)體(ti)(ti)化(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)中(zhong)的重點(dian)難點(dian)問題。研究(jiu)(jiu)制定《北京市(shi)(shi)大(da)(da)中(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)幼(you)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校一(yi)(yi)體(ti)(ti)化(hua)(hua)德(de)(de)育(yu)體(ti)(ti)系建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)指導(dao)(dao)綱要(yao)》,明確大(da)(da)中(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)幼(you)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)一(yi)(yi)體(ti)(ti)化(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)總(zong)體(ti)(ti)框架,構(gou)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)德(de)(de)育(yu)要(yao)素融通一(yi)(yi)體(ti)(ti)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)段銜接一(yi)(yi)體(ti)(ti)、各方(fang)(fang)協同一(yi)(yi)體(ti)(ti)的德(de)(de)育(yu)工(gong)作格局。在海(hai)淀區(qu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)立“大(da)(da)中(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)一(yi)(yi)體(ti)(ti)化(hua)(hua)研究(jiu)(jiu)基(ji)地(di)”和(he)“大(da)(da)中(zhong)小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)思(si)(si)(si)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)課(ke)(ke)(ke)一(yi)(yi)體(ti)(ti)化(hua)(hua)教研組”,開展一(yi)(yi)體(ti)(ti)化(hua)(hua)理論教學(xue)(xue)(xue)研究(jiu)(jiu)和(he)創新(xin)實踐探索,著(zhu)力(li)推動(dong)各項政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)策落(luo)地(di)落(luo)實。
