35.完(wan)(wan)善(shan)(shan)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)管(guan)理(li)與待遇(yu)保(bao)障(zhang)。完(wan)(wan)善(shan)(shan)中(zhong)(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)資格(ge)考試政策。推動(dong)各地(di)加強(qiang)中(zhong)(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)職工編(bian)制保(bao)障(zhang)。研(yan)究完(wan)(wan)善(shan)(shan)中(zhong)(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)崗(gang)位設置管(guan)理(li)辦法,提(ti)高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)中(zhong)(zhong)級(ji)、高(gao)級(ji)崗(gang)位結(jie)構比例。加強(qiang)工資待遇(yu)保(bao)障(zhang),提(ti)高(gao)教(jiao)(jiao)齡津(jin)貼標準(zhun),落(luo)(luo)實(shi)好鄉村(cun)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)生活補助(zhu)政策,逐步(bu)提(ti)高(gao)鄉村(cun)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)待遇(yu),支持艱(jian)苦邊(bian)遠地(di)區改善(shan)(shan)鄉村(cun)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)周轉宿舍。深化義(yi)務教(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)“縣管(guan)校聘(pin)”管(guan)理(li)改革,有(you)序推進教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)交流輪(lun)崗(gang)。推進中(zhong)(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)減負工作,嚴控進校園事項(xiang),督(du)促各地(di)落(luo)(luo)實(shi)已經出臺的中(zhong)(zhong)小學(xue)(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)減負清單。繼續(xu)實(shi)施“鄉村(cun)優秀青年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)培養獎勵計劃”。開(kai)展2022年(nian)國家級(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)成果獎評審。
